TX3 Funding is an FX prop firm that sells evaluation challenges and instant funded accounts on simulated capital. Its website lists five programmes: Instant Standard, Instant Pro, 1 Phase, 2 Phase Flex and 2 Phase Pro. Accounts on the challenge selector ran from $7.5K to $200K, and the cheapest account was $50 when we checked. Some site and help-centre pages also mention $5K and $300K accounts, which the selector did not offer on 8 October. Traders keep 50% to 95% of simulated profits, depending on the programme; 95% is reachable only through the Pro scaling plan, and the site's marketing pages say "up to 90%".
Everything in this review comes from TX3 Funding's own website and help centre, saved on 7–8 October 2026. TX3 Funding also sells a separate futures product (the "Futures" link on its site), which this review does not cover.
The site's company details name TX3 Funding LLC, a US company with an address in Dover, Delaware, which it says serves US and international clients, and TX3 Funding Global Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia under number 2025-00751. Its Terms of Use are issued in the name of a third company, TX3 Funding FZCO, and refer to UAE law. The site says the firm has operated "since 2021" and has paid out "$35+ Million"; we have not verified these figures.
Every account is simulated. The help centre says "All TX3 Funding Forex accounts, including funded accounts, are demo accounts that use virtual funds", and payouts are a share of simulated profits. TX3 Funding describes itself as an evaluation firm, not a broker or financial adviser. Its disclosures state that it is not registered or licensed with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA or any other regulator. The site also says the firm is "powered by" a broker, TX3 Markets.
We read each programme's price and limits from TX3 Funding's challenge selector on 8 October 2026, clicking every account type and size. Every price was shown as a one-time fee labelled "LIMITED OFFER". The selector showed no higher, undiscounted price, so the figures below are the prices the site was charging. A comparison table on the FX pages has an unlabelled row, apparently TX3's, showing a $100K two-phase account at $399, a price that matches nothing on the selector.
| Programme | Price from | Sizes | Profit target | Daily loss limit | Max loss | Split | Min. days |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Instant Standard | $65 ($7.5K) | $7.5K–$100K | None | 3% | 5% trailing | 80% | 7 |

| 1 Phase | $59 ($7.5K) | $7.5K–$200K | 10% | 3% | 6% trailing (locks after +6%) | 85% (90% add-on) | 3 |

| 2 Phase Pro | $65 ($7.5K) | $7.5K–$200K | 10% (8% add-on), then 5% | 5% | 10% static (8% add-on) | 80% (90% add-on; 95% max with scaling) | 3 per phase |
Prices and sizes: TX3 Funding challenge selector, 8 Oct 2026. Rules: TX3 Funding help-centre articles updated 8 Oct 2026. On 1 Phase, Pro and the instant accounts, the daily limit is measured from the higher of balance or equity at 5 PM EST; the Flex funded limit is 2.5% of the initial balance, resetting at 5 PM EST. The selector (5% daily, 10% maximum) and three other help-centre articles, also dated 8 Oct 2026 (Payout Requests, Comparing Challenges, Funded Account Requirements), still show pre-24 August Flex rules, such as payouts 10 days after the first trade and then every 7 days. The table uses the newer Flex articles, which say they apply to accounts opened from 24 August 2026.
The 1 Phase and Pro challenges have no time limit; each Flex phase must be passed within 30 days. A failed Pro Phase 1 can be reset at a lower price if you ask within 24 hours. The Flex rules say a failed Flex phase can also be restarted by buying a reset, although the Pro reset article says resets are not available for Flex or 1 Phase accounts. TX3 Funding refunds the challenge fee with your third payout from the funded account.
Markets and platforms. The symbol list covers forex pairs, gold and silver, oil, indices such as US30, NAS100 and UK100, and crypto (BTCUSD, ETHUSD). Accounts on the challenge selector run on Match-Trader, and the help centre also names MT5 and A-Trader. Forex leverage is 1:30 on 1 Phase (1:60 with the Double Leverage add-on), 1:50 on Flex and Pro (1:100 with the add-on), 1:50 on Instant Standard and 1:5 on Instant Pro.
What is not allowed.
News and weekends.
Funded-account risk caps. These are stricter than the headline drawdowns:
Consistency rules. They limit how much of your profit can come from one day before you can be paid: 50% on funded 1 Phase, 20% on funded Flex, 25–40% on Pro for the sizes on sale (20% for $300K accounts), 15% on Instant Standard and 10% on Instant Pro.
Scaling (Pro only). Pro funded accounts can grow by 25% of the starting balance and gain 5% of profit share per review, up to 95%. To qualify, you need a payout of at least 10% of the initial balance in the last 3 months and profit in 2 of those 3 months. Flex and 1 Phase accounts cannot scale. The site caps the combined funding per trader at $400K across all 1 Phase accounts and $600K each across Flex and Pro accounts. With scaling, the total can reach $2M.
TX3 Funding replaced its Flex Challenge rules on 24 August 2026. Its help centre says traders already in a Flex phase could carry on, with one payout capped at 2%. Funded Flex accounts that had already received a payout were breached (closed) as part of the change. Funded accounts that had not been paid were allowed one more payout, capped at 2%. Affected traders received a 50% discount coupon. If you are judging how stable the rules are, this is the most important event on record.
The help centre bars residents of Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen, and of Vietnam from 3 March 2026. The site footer also names Israel and New Zealand.
TX3 Funding suits manual FX traders who want a cheap entry point, from $50 to $65 for the smallest accounts, and fast payouts on the 1 Phase or Pro programmes. The Pro programme is the one built for the long term: payouts on demand, a payout cap, and the only scaling plan.
It is a poor fit for traders who use EAs or copy trading, who trade the news without the News Trading add-on, or who hold large open positions. The funded-account caps on open loss and risk per trade are tight. Traders who value stable rules should also weigh the August 2026 Flex change. TX3 Funding offers a wide choice of low-cost FX programmes, a detailed help centre and quick payout processing on its main programmes. Those strengths are offset by strict funded-account risk caps, add-ons needed for news trading and higher splits, help-centre articles that contradict each other in places, and a 2026 rule change that closed some paid-out Flex accounts. With a 3.3/5 MyPropGenius score, the firm is one of the prop firms we track and review.

When we checked on 7 October 2026, toptiertrader.com redirected to TX3 Funding's FX site (tx3funding.com/en/fx), so our TopTier Trader listing now covers TX3 Funding. TX3 Funding's own pages do not mention TopTier Trader.
It depends on the programme: 80% on the Flex, Pro and Instant Standard accounts, 85% on the 1 Phase account, and 50% on Instant Pro. An add-on raises the 1 Phase and Pro split to 90%, and the Pro scaling plan adds 5% per scaling review up to a cap of 95%.
On 8 October 2026 the cheapest account on TX3 Funding's challenge selector was the $10K Instant Pro account at $50. The cheapest evaluations were the $7.5K 1 Phase and the $10K 2 Phase Flex at $59 each. All prices were one-time fees labelled "limited offer".
TX3 Funding says it does not support Expert Advisors or automated trading on any of its platforms. On 1 Phase, Flex and Pro, news trading is allowed only with the News Trading add-on; without it, trades cannot be opened, changed or closed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a red-folder event. Instant accounts have the same restriction, and their articles mention no add-on that lifts it.
For the 1 Phase and Pro programmes, TX3 Funding says payout requests are usually processed within 1 business day, after a risk review. Flex accounts are paid every two weeks, Instant Standard every 14 days and Instant Pro every 10 days, once each programme's conditions are met.
