MyPropGenius is operated by VKDP LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16197794) ("we", "us").
By accessing and using MyPropGenius, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
MyPropGenius provides information and comparison tools for proprietary trading firms. We do not provide financial advice, and our content is for informational purposes only.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Information on this site should not be considered financial advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any prop trading firm.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Prop firm terms and conditions change frequently.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
We may receive compensation from prop trading firms when you use our links. Our ratings come from the Transparency Index, and the same rules and scores apply to firms we have an affiliate relationship with as to every other firm.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on MyPropGenius, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyPropGenius and is protected by copyright laws.
Exception: the Transparency Index dataset published at /transparency-index/data/ (the CSV and JSON files and the per-firm badges) is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse it, including commercially, if you credit “MyPropGenius Transparency Index”, link to the dataset page and say if you changed the data.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyPropGenius shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of MyPropGenius, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
