Overview

UProfit is a futures prop trading firm. Its website says it has offered funding "since 2019" and that its products come from the CME, NYMEX, COMEX and CBOT. Its current evaluations are sold under the Day 2.0 programme as Day Soft and Day Flex, each in 50K, 100K and 150K sizes. All UProfit evaluations are monthly subscriptions.

There are three stages. You pass a simulated evaluation, then trade a Virtual Live account in a demo environment where UProfit says you can get up to 90% of simulated profits. Top performers may be offered a place in a Funded Live stage that trades real capital. The site says payouts are processed within 24 hours. You trade through TradingView or Tradoverse.

This review uses only UProfit's own website and help centre. The help centre lists further articles, including restricted countries, markets and trading hours, a copy trading tool and the payout policies, that we did not capture, so we do not cover them.

Everything in this review comes from Uprofit's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and prices

The Day 2.0 banner on the site reads: "Meet Day Soft and Day Flex: pass in 2 days, first payout in 3. Free activation, forever." Your subscription renews every 30 days from your first payment. It stays active until you hit the profit target and move to Virtual Live, or until you cancel it.

Each price card shows two monthly prices, for example "$130 $78/ Month" for Day Soft 50K, and the home page says "Get funded From $78!". The captured pages do not explain the two prices or say whether the lower one is a time-limited offer, so the table shows both as printed.

Day Flex 150K$377 / $226$9,000Not listed$4,500950%

The Day Flex cards show no daily loss limit, and the Flex trading-parameters article lists five rules (drawdown, inactivity, contract scaling, trading hours and consistency) without one.

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC or BTC) through CoinPayments. The Terms and Conditions say: "All Sales are final, there are no refunds."

Legacy programmes

A separate Legacy programs page describes a one-step evaluation with a daily loss limit, an end-of-day drawdown and a minimum of 5 trading days with no maximum. We could not tell from the page whether these accounts are still on sale.

The legacy 9K account is described as being for the CME e-micro contracts MNQ, MES and M2K.

Trading rules by programme

Day Flex (evaluation and Live Virtual)

  • End-of-day drawdown: $2,000 on 50K (starts at $48,000 and updates up to $50,000), $3,000 on 100K (starts at $97,000, up to $100,000) and $4,500 on 150K (starts at $145,500, up to $150,000). It updates at the end of the day from the highest balance reached in each session. It applies in both the evaluation and Live Virtual phases.
  • Reaching the drawdown at any time during the day is a breach. The position is closed automatically and the account needs a Reset.
  • Consistency: in the evaluation your best day must not exceed 50% of total accumulated profit, and this must be met to move to Live Virtual. In Live Virtual the limit is 40%, and meeting it decides whether you can request a withdrawal. Missing it is not a breach; you keep trading until the numbers work.
  • Inactivity (Live Virtual only): at least 1 completed trade per week. You can pause an account for 7, 14 or 21 days from the Dashboard.
  • Contract scaling (Live Virtual only): contract limits rise with profit. The 50K account allows 2 E-minis or 20 E-micros at 0–1,500 and 3 E-minis or 30 E-micros from 1,501. The 150K account steps up to 9 E-minis or 90 E-micros from 5,001. Going over the limit is a breach.
  • Trading hours: the week opens Sunday at 6:00 PM ET. Monday to Thursday, trading closes at 4:10 PM ET and reopens at 6:00 PM ET. The week closes Friday at 4:10 PM ET. All positions must be closed before 4:10 PM ET because swing trading between sessions is not allowed; the system closes anything left open.

Day Soft Live Virtual 50K

We captured the help article for the 50K Soft Live Virtual account only. It lists:

  • Activation fee $0 and a $50,000 balance.
  • Daily loss limit $1,100. If you break it, you can trade again at the next market open.
  • Drawdown $2,000, starting at $48,000 and updating only up to $50,000.
  • Consistency of 40% and an inactivity rule of 1 week, counted Monday to Friday.
  • Contract scaling from 2 E-minis or 20 E-micros at 0–1,500 to 3 E-minis or 30 E-micros from 1,501.
  • Commissions of $5 per E-mini and $1 per E-micro.
  • Trading Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM ET to 4:10 PM ET each session, with no swing trading between sessions.

ONE 50K (Virtual Live stage)

The help centre also has articles on a ONE 50K account, which does not appear on the Day 2.0 price page. Its Virtual Live stage has no activation fee, a static drawdown of $1,000 starting at $49,000, a limit of 2 E-minis or 20 E-micros, a 1-week inactivity rule and trading from 18:00 ET to 16:10 ET with no swing trading between sessions. We did not capture its price or evaluation rules.

Breaches and resets

All evaluations follow the same breach process. After a rule breach you can pay for a Reset at any time, which restores the account to its starting state but does not change your subscription date. Or you can wait for your next monthly renewal and request a free Reset from support. This applies if the account breached a rule before the renewal date, or if the balance is below the starting amount. The third option is to cancel and buy a new programme.

Live Virtual accounts can also be reset after a breach without retaking the evaluation, according to the Day Soft Live Virtual 50K article and the older Day accounts article.

Restrictions and prohibited strategies

UProfit's Terms and Conditions set out its banned practices. The main points:

  • Using a VPN, VPS or similar tools "that generate or could generate the subcontracting of operations" is "strictly prohibited". Detection leads to the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of accumulated profits.
  • Exploiting platform errors, such as incorrect prices or data delays.
  • Spoofing, layering, trading "an excessive or unrealistic number of contracts in a single day", trading outside the best bid or offer, and using external or delayed data feeds.
  • Coordinating trades between connected or external accounts to manipulate outcomes, collectively reduce risks or gain unfair advantages, including placing opposing or identical trades in separate accounts "to manipulate or mitigate risks collectively".
  • Using automated software, artificial intelligence, high-frequency systems or bulk data entry tools "to manipulate results or gain unfair advantages".
  • Holding positions within 2% of a product's lock limit, or keeping open trades more than 1.5% of the account balance in loss.
  • Trading on behalf of third parties.

For simulated accounts, the Terms give examples of banned behaviour, including scalping strategies "designed to exploit unrealistic conditions", excessive rapid trades in one day, reckless risks in gapped markets, and using brackets or auto-break-even settings to manipulate fills.

The Day Flex, Day Soft Live Virtual and ONE 50K Virtual Live rules all say swing trading between sessions is not allowed.

Payouts and scaling

The Day 2.0 page says: "Pass your evaluation in 2 days. Keep 90% of your profits." It also says you can "Request up to $4,500 per payout and receive up to $24,000 per account", and that "All payouts are processed within 24 hours through your preferred payment method." The same page says your best trading day must not exceed 40% of total accumulated profit, which matches the Live Virtual consistency rule above.

The Day Soft Live Virtual 50K article gives a 90% profit split, a withdrawal threshold of $52,500 (withdrawals only above this amount) and a payout cap of $1,500 per payout, of which $1,350 goes to the trader at the 90% split. It also lists a SafetyNet of $2,500.

An older help article on UProfit DAY accounts (a separate help-centre category from Soft and Flex), last updated in February 2025, says traders receive 80% of their earnings from their first withdrawal and that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours through Rise or cryptocurrency wallets. For the Day 2.0 split we used the Day 2.0 pages.

Moving to real capital

The Terms say that once you have received the maximum rewards allowed in the Virtual Live stage, you receive a funding offer to trade with real capital. Only one Funded Live account may be active per user. If you hold several Virtual Live accounts when you reach the limit, those accounts are suspended.

Scaling

The scaling we saw raises the number of contracts you may trade in Live Virtual as profit grows. We did not see a plan that increases account size.

Figures the firm publishes

The home page claims 13,445 approved payout requests since 2019, an average payout of $1,400 and 60K Virtual Live accounts since 2019. These are UProfit's own figures; we have not verified them.

Platforms and markets

UProfit lists two platforms: TradingView and Tradoverse. Both are available on desktop and mobile. An older help article describes trading "directly from TradingView thanks to an exclusive UProfit integration".

The Legacy programs page says UProfit offers futures products from the CME, NYMEX, COMEX and CBOT. The Day Soft Live Virtual 50K and ONE 50K Virtual Live articles list CME, COMEX and NYMEX. The older Day accounts article mentions e-mini and micro contracts, from 3 to 9 e-minis or 30 to 90 micros depending on account size.

The Day Soft Live Virtual 50K and ONE 50K Virtual Live articles both list commissions of $5 per E-mini and $1 per E-micro.

Company and terms

UProfit's Terms and Conditions say: "Our company is a Limited Liability Company registered in Delaware." The site footer gives an address at 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States, and the contact email support@uprofittrader.com. The Terms we saw are marked "Last updated: November 2021" and refer to the domain www.uprofittrader.com.

The site says the evaluation "is a realistic simulation of trading", and the Virtual Live account runs "within a demo environment". Real capital is only traded in the Funded Live stage.

A disclaimer on the site says 22.45% of candidates passed the evaluation in Q3 2024, and that the programme "is not suggested for individuals with little to no trading experience".

To use the service, the Terms require you to be at least 18, not to have been convicted of a felony, and not to have an outstanding balance with a trading firm. A Live account is only assigned after identity verification (KYC). If KYC is not completed, the evaluation fee is not refunded.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Dashboard. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 1 business day before the billing date. If a renewal payment fails, you have 3 days to request a manual payment; after that the account cannot be reactivated.

The help centre has a Restricted Countries article that we did not capture, so we cannot list which countries are excluded.

Who it suits

UProfit is built for intraday futures traders. Every account whose trading-hours rules we captured (Day Flex, Day Soft Live Virtual 50K and ONE 50K Virtual Live) requires positions to be closed between sessions, so these accounts do not suit anyone who wants to hold trades overnight. It runs on a monthly subscription that renews until you pass or cancel, so slower traders pay each month. Day Soft lists a daily loss limit (on the Soft Live Virtual 50K account, breaking it pauses trading until the next market open); Day Flex lists none. UProfit itself says the evaluation is not suggested for people with little or no trading experience.

MyPropGenius Rating

MyPropGenius Rating: 3.2/5 — its Transparency Index score of 64/100 ÷ 20, rounded down

The rating measures how openly Uprofit discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.

Is Uprofit legit?

The entity (Uprofit Trader LLC), jurisdiction (Delaware) and a Dover, DE address are given, and the site describes a simulated (SIM) environment with a CFTC 4.41 simulated-results disclaimer. We found no registration number and no explicit statement of regulatory status (for example, that it is not a broker). The Terms state clearly that all sales are final and there are no refunds, and add that a passed-evaluation fee is not refunded if identity checks (KYC) fail. The homepage gives aggregate figures and dated customer testimonials mentioning withdrawals, but we found no list of dated payout records. The homepage says 'FUNDING SINCE 2019', giving about seven years of operation.

Its Transparency Index score is 64/100 (Good). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.

Our verdict

UProfit sells monthly futures evaluations (Day Soft and Day Flex, 50K to 150K) with a stated 90% split, no activation fee and payouts processed within 24 hours. Its rules are strict on timing: on the accounts we checked, all positions close by 4:10 PM ET, Live Virtual trading is in a demo environment, and withdrawals are capped per payout. Read the Terms, especially the ban on VPN and VPS use and the no-refund policy, before you buy.
