Overview

Traders Launch sells evaluations for futures and crypto trading, paid with a one-time fee. Its site footer describes it as offering “Futures and crypto evaluations with daily payouts.” The home page lists standard futures accounts of $100K, $200K and $300K. It also lists “Legacy NYC” futures accounts, which it says remain available to buy with their existing rules. A separate crypto page lists $5K, $10K and $20K accounts.

The firm states that evaluation and funded accounts operate in a simulated trading environment, and that payouts are real. Its site footer and Terms of Service name the operator as Traders Launch LLC, with an address in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This review uses only the firm’s own pages. Most answers in its FAQ were collapsed and not visible in our saved copies. So we could not check some rules, such as the buffer size, time limits, commissions, the full contract-limit rules (the cards show only starting size and a 15-mini maximum) and restricted countries.

Everything in this review comes from Traders Launch's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • All futures and crypto accounts are sold for a one-time fee, and the firm lists a $0 activation fee.
  • Every account card shows an end-of-day (EOD) drawdown that locks at the starting balance, and the results page lists no daily loss limit.
  • The firm says futures funded accounts can request a payout once above +1% profit, after the buffer stage (we could not see the buffer size), with same-day processing when eligible.
  • The Terms of Service set out written rules on hedging, martingale-style trading, scalping and HFT.
  • The firm says plainly that evaluation and funded accounts are simulated.
  • Crypto accounts start at $20 (one-time fee) for the 5K size.

❌ Cons

  • The Terms say there are no refunds except where fraudulent activity is involved.
  • Many FAQ answers — on the buffer, time limits, the “40% rule”, commissions and restricted countries — were not visible to us.
  • The Terms mention a consistency rule for reaching the evaluation profit goal and a funding call with a background check, while the home page advertises no consistency rules once funded and a buffer account that opens automatically.
  • Hedging is banned, including across accounts and through correlated instruments, and HFT-style trading is not permitted.
  • The results page says futures evaluations start “As Low As $49”, but the home page cards we could see (80% split) start at $159, and the 60%-split prices were not visible.
  • Traders who reach $100,000 in cumulative payouts are paused, then become eligible for scaling opportunities.

Programmes and Prices

Every account price below is shown as a one-time fee. The home page lists activation fees as $0, and each account card says “No Additional Fees Once Funded”.

Futures — standard accounts

AccountPrice (one-time)Profit targetMax drawdown (EOD)Starting sizeSplit on card
Futures 100K$159$2,000$1,0002 Mini or 20 Micros80%
Futures 200K$299$4,000$2,0004 Mini or 40 Micros80%
Futures 300K$599$6,000$3,0006 Mini or 60 Micros80%

Each standard card says “Scale up to 15 mini contracts”. The home page pricing section is headed “Choose your profit split to get started”, and says that for standard accounts traders can choose 60% or 80%. The cards we saw show the 80% option. We could not see the prices for the 60% option.

The results page says futures evaluations are available “As Low As $49”. That is lower than any futures price on the home page, and the results page does not say which account or split it applies to. We used the home page prices in the table.

Futures — Legacy NYC accounts

AccountPrice (one-time)Profit targetMax drawdown (EOD)Starting sizeSplit on card
Futures 100K Legacy NYC$99$2,000$1,0005 Micros80%
Futures 200K Legacy NYC$149$3,000$1,0001 Mini or 10 Micros80%
Futures 300K Legacy NYC$279$5,000$2,0002 Mini or 20 Micros80%

The home page says legacy NYC trading hours are 9:30am–4:00pm ET and that “Legacy pricing and rules apply.” Each legacy card also says “Scale up to 15 mini contracts”. The legacy section also shows the figures 55% and 80% side by side. The page does not explain the 55% figure, and every legacy card shows an 80% split.

Crypto

AccountPrice (one-time)Profit targetMax drawdown (EOD)LeverageSplit on card
Crypto 5K$20$200$2005x80%
Crypto 10K$69$500$5005x80%
Crypto 20K$199$1,500$1,5005x80%

Each crypto card lists BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP as tradeable. The crypto page says the 80% split applies “On every crypto account size”.

Evaluation Rules

The home page describes Traders Launch as a “Futures prop firm with a one-step evaluation”. Its example path for a $100K futures evaluation has two steps — pass the evaluation, then build a buffer — before you get paid. It says a buffer account opens automatically when you pass. We could not see how large the buffer must be, because the FAQ answer on this was collapsed in our copies.

Drawdown (all programmes). Every futures, legacy and crypto account card shows an end-of-day (EOD) maximum drawdown that “Locks at Starting Balance”. The home page explains that the drawdown floor trails up and then locks at the starting balance. The results page says the firm does not enforce an intraday equity trailing drawdown. It lists the daily loss limit as “None (EOD Drawdown Only)”.

Time. The home page gives an example timeframe in which evaluations “can be passed in as little as 3 days”. The FAQ lists questions on a maximum time limit and a minimum number of trading days, but we could not see the answers.

Consistency. The site says there are no consistency rules once funded. The Terms of Service, however, say a trader must reach the evaluation profit goal and satisfy “the consistency rule” without breaking any risk rules. We could not see what that rule is. The FAQ also lists a question titled “What is the 40% rule?”, whose answer we could not see.

Number of accounts. The home page says traders can have up to 5 active futures accounts. For crypto, the results page lists “Up to 5 Funded Accounts”.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The Terms of Service and the FAQ on the results page set out these rules. The wording we saw does not limit them to one programme.

  • Hedging is not permitted. This includes hedging the same instrument across accounts (for example, long NQ in one account and short NQ in another), hedging through correlated instruments (for example, long NQ and short ES), and coordinating offsetting positions with other traders. The Terms say this applies whether the accounts belong to one trader or to different traders acting together.
  • Averaging and martingale. Reasonable scaling and averaging are allowed. Repeatedly adding size to losing positions, especially as a routine part of most trades, is treated as excessive martingale-style trading and may result in an account review.
  • Scalping is allowed. The Terms define scalping as trades held for 5–30 seconds.
  • HFT-style trading is not permitted. If more than 10% of a trader’s trades are opened and fully closed within two seconds, the account may be flagged by the firm’s HFT filter and paused for review.

The Terms also say the firm may disqualify or terminate traders who use unauthorised methods to game the system. We did not find rules on news trading, weekend holding or automated trading in the pages we saved.

Payouts and Scaling

The payout rules page says Traders Launch processes eligible payouts the same day. It says futures funded accounts are eligible once the account is above +1% profit. The results page says a payout can be requested any day once the funded account is +1%, and that funds are paid by bank wire or crypto.

The firm advertises daily payouts, no payout caps, no time restriction on withdrawals and no additional fees once funded. The payout feed on the results page gives the payout schedule as “Every Business Day”. The results page also notes that payout timing reported by traders may vary by method, verification and request timing.

Profit split. Every account card we saw shows an 80% split. For standard futures accounts the home page and results page say traders choose 60% or 80%. We did not see a higher split or a split add-on.

Scaling. The payout rules page and the Terms say traders who reach $100,000 in cumulative payouts are paused and become eligible for scaling opportunities. The Terms say these include increased allocations and priority consideration for future live-capital opportunities. We did not see a published scaling plan with fixed steps. Futures account cards separately say “Scale up to 15 mini contracts”.

Conditions. The site says passing an evaluation does not guarantee funding, and that payouts are not guaranteed and are subject to programme rules. The Terms say payouts are funded by Traders Launch LLC, not by market proceeds, and are discretionary, performance-based awards. They also say traders introduced by a Traders Launch partner programme may not be eligible for payouts on simulated trading profits.

Platforms and Markets

The home page section “Trade on Your Favorite Platforms” names QuantTower and Volumetrica. The FAQ spells the first one “Quantower”. The same section also names TradingView, but the page does not show whether traders trade through it or use it only for charts. We could not see the FAQ answer on platforms.

For futures, the home page lists NQ, ES, GC, CL and YM, with up to $300K per account. The results page describes futures evaluations as “ES, NQ, and More” with full-session trading. Legacy NYC accounts have trading hours of 9:30am–4:00pm ET.

For crypto, the accounts cover BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP, with up to 5x leverage. The crypto page says crypto can be traded around the clock with no time restrictions.

The FAQ lists a question on the commission per contract, but we could not see the answer.

Company and Terms

  • Operator. The site footer names Traders Launch LLC, 1700 Market Street Suite 1005, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  • Simulated accounts. The Terms say all evaluation and funded-stage trading is simulated unless the firm states in writing that an account has moved to a live trading environment. They say no orders are executed in live markets during these stages.
  • Funding process. The Terms require KYC before a trader can start the evaluation. They say that when the profit goal is reached, the evaluation account is paused and a funding specialist reaches out to schedule a funding call. Funding offers are subject to a criminal background check and due diligence. This reads differently from the home page, which says a buffer account opens automatically when you pass.
  • Refunds. The Terms say: “we do not provide refunds except in the case where fraudulent activity is involved.”
  • Eligibility. Users must be 18 or older. The Terms refer to users “from authorized countries”, but we did not see a country list. Companies and other entities may not take part unless Traders Launch LLC approves it in writing.
  • Disputes. The Terms apply Pennsylvania law and require individual arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, seated in Philadelphia County. They include a class action waiver. Traders can opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first accepting the Terms.

Who It Suits

On its published rules, Traders Launch may suit traders who want a one-time fee rather than a monthly one, futures accounts from $100K to $300K or small crypto accounts from $5K, and an EOD drawdown with no separate daily loss limit. Futures traders can request a payout once a funded account is above +1%, after the buffer stage (we could not see the buffer size).

It suits fewer traders who hedge across accounts or correlated instruments, or whose trades often close within two seconds. Several FAQ answers were not visible to us — on the buffer, time limits, the 40% rule, commissions and restricted countries. Check these on the firm’s site first.

MyPropGenius Rating

MyPropGenius Rating: 2.8/5 — its Transparency Index score of 56/100 ÷ 20, rounded down

The rating measures how openly Traders Launch discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.

Is Traders Launch legit?

Entity, address and governing law (Pennsylvania) are disclosed, and the Terms explicitly state that evaluation and funded trading is simulated with no live orders. The operating company (Traders Launch LLC, Philadelphia) is named, but we found no founder, owner or team member named on the pages we read. The Terms of Service have a 'Refund Policy' section stating there are no refunds except where fraudulent activity is involved. Its Results page has a 'Recent Trader Payouts' list described as paid in the last 30 days, but the entries show only times such as '1 d ago' and no dates.

Its Transparency Index score is 56/100 (Mixed). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.
