Overview

Top One Futures sells simulated futures trading accounts. Its Terms of Service describe Top One Futures as "a trade name of Top One Futures, LLC". The home page lists Elite Daily, Elite Access, INSTANT Sim Funded and IGNITE Instant Funding accounts, and announces "X-ULTRA has launched". A separate Launchpad page offers experimental account types for a limited time.

The firm says its accounts are simulated, describing trading on its platform as "notional or fictitious trading on demo accounts". The help centre says all Sim Funded accounts use a 90/10 profit split. Trading is on Tradovate and NinjaTrader. Trades must be closed by 4:10 PM EST each day, must stay open longer than 10 seconds, and must be entered manually or semi-manually.

This review uses only the firm's own website and help centre, as saved on 7–9 October 2026. Our saved copies of some pages did not keep every price or rule next to the account it belongs to. Where we could not tie a figure to a specific account, we have left it out.

Everything in this review comes from Top One Futures' own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The home page lists four main account lines: Elite Daily, Elite Access, INSTANT Sim Funded and IGNITE Instant Funding. The help centre also names Elite ACCESS Intraday, S2F PRO and X-Ultra accounts. The home page describes its prices as a "One Time Fee".

Instant accounts

The home page marks an instant option with "No Eval". It says profits or losses in an Instant Sim Funded account are simulated, but that those profits "can qualify for real cash payouts". The help centre separates "Instant Sim Funded (purchased before 7/27/2026)" from "Instant Sim Funded 2.0 (purchased on and after 7/27/2026)".

Elite Access

Elite Access is an evaluation in four sizes: $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K. The page advertises a "$39 Access Evaluation" and shows the $39 price with "SAVE NOW", so we treat it as a promotional price. After passing you pay a one-time activation fee: "Pass the evaluation, pay your one-time activation fee, and receive your funded account." The page also says "The funding fee only kicks in after you pass your challenge." Resets cost $35 each, and the page says you can reset "As many times as it takes." Two other saved copies of the Elite Access page also contained the line "Unlimited free resets."; the page's fee lines say $35, which is the figure we use.

Elite Daily, Instant Sim Funded and Ignite prices

The home page shows one-time prices for these accounts. Our saved copy did not keep each price clearly next to its account and size, so we do not list them here. Check the current price on the firm's site before buying.

Launchpad

Launchpad: the firm says "Launchpad is where Top One Futures tests experimental account types." It adds: "Each launch is available for a limited time and in limited quantity, and once it's gone, it may never come back." The launch shown when we saved the page was described as "The Top One Eval you know, with a payout cap five times larger and 100% profit withdrawal." It was sold as a "One-time payment".

The same page lists "Daily loss limit" as "None!" in its rules table, separately from the funded limits above. The help centre's daily drawdown article lists the "Elite ACCESS Intraday Evaluation phase" in its table, so check which limit applies to the mode you pick. The page labels the maximum drawdown both "Max Drawdown (EOD)" and "Trailing Max Drawdown".

Launchpad

Launchpad's step-by-step example says: "Hit the $4,000 profit target"; "Stay within the $4,000 EOD drawdown and 50% consistency."; "The $1,000 daily loss limit is a hard breach."; "You have 30 days." It also says "Once funded, consistency no longer applies." It offers "No buffer to build first, and a payout cap five times larger." Launchpad accounts allow you to "Copy trade up to 3 accounts."

X-Ultra

On X-Ultra, the help centre says: "On X-Ultra accounts, reaching the DLL is a hard breach and the account fails immediately."

Daily loss limit (help centre)

The help centre describes the daily loss limit as "a fixed dollar amount set per account type and size", "roughly 1% to 2.5% of your account balance depending on the program". The same article also says "The Daily Loss Limit is a dynamic value calculated from your previous day's closing balance." When the limit is hit, "Trading is paused for the rest of the day", and you can trade again "as long as your account has not exceeded the Max Trailing Drawdown". The system "will automatically execute market orders to liquidate all of your open positions". The firm warns that the limit is "a risk management tool, not a stop loss" and that "you must place hard stop loss orders directly on your trades". It says "Top One Futures is not responsible for any losses that exceed the daily drawdown limit."

Elite Daily, Instant Sim Funded and Ignite

The help centre says "each of our funded account programs has its own unique rules for profit targets, consistency, and trading days". Our saved copies did not let us match each profit target, drawdown and consistency figure on the home page to its account, so we leave these out.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

  • Holding trades overnight is not allowed: "All trades must be closed by 4:10 PM EST daily."
  • "The system may force-liquidate your trades" if they are left open.
  • Minimum hold time: "All trades must remain open longer than 10 seconds." Adding to a trade within 10 seconds is permitted.
  • Automated trading: "All trades must be entered manually or semi-manually by the trader." The Terms list "Using bots, Expert Advisors (EAs), or automated trading systems."
  • The Terms also list "High-frequency trading (HFT) or tick scalping (holding trades for less than 10 seconds)."
  • Copy trading: the help centre says "Top One Futures does not prohibit copy trading between your own accounts at different firms", but "expects unique strategies per trader, not correlated or synchronized actions."
  • Hedging: "You may not hedge one account against another, whether within Top One Futures or across other prop firms or brokers."
  • Arbitrage across Top One Futures and another firm or platform "is prohibited".
  • Using a bought or public system advertised to help traders pass the evaluation "is not allowed".
  • "Only the registered account owner is permitted to trade."
  • "Traders may not attempt to deliberately fail or breach funded accounts to avoid transitioning to live trading".
  • The Terms also list "Exploiting platform errors or price discrepancies.", "Using inside information or engaging in front-running.", "Rolling or churning accounts" and "Gambling or reckless trading, including excessive leverage, over-risking, or large position sizes relative to account norms."
  • Account limits: "We allow a maximum of three (3) Instant Sim or Elite Sim funded accounts per household"; for S2F PRO accounts "this limit lies between 5 and 9 depending on the promotion active during purchase."

The Terms say "Violating these rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of profits, and removal from our platform without a refund." The help centre adds that traders "may be permanently disqualified".

News trading: the help centre says "news trading is allowed on all accounts, with specific rules for Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS funded accounts." We did not capture the specific Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS rules. For "All other account types (including X-Ultra)" it shows "No news trading rule".

The Terms list copy trading "with external accounts" among prohibited practices, while the help centre allows copying between your own accounts at different firms. We follow the more specific help-centre article, but check with the firm before copying trades from another firm.

Payouts and Scaling

The help centre says "All Sim Funded accounts at Top One Futures use the same 90/10 profit split." "You keep 90% of your payout amount", and "We do not currently offer a way to increase it further". The Launchpad page lists a "Max Profit Split" of "90%" and also says "Withdraw 100% of your profits"; we read the split as 90%.

Elite Access lists a "Payout Frequency" of "5 Days". To qualify, it requires "5 Days of Min. Daily Profit": $200 on $25K, $250 on $50K, $300 on $100K and $350 on $150K. The home page header advertises "Daily Payouts". It also shows a "Payout Frequency" of "Daily!" in its account rules.

A home page FAQ sets payout profit targets of 6% of the starting balance for the first payout, 5% for the second and 4% from the third onwards. Our saved copy does not show which account type this FAQ answer describes. It adds "Payout targets, just like the consistency rule, reset after each payout."

"All payouts at Top One Futures are processed through Rise (Riseworks.io)." The payout methods listed are "Cryptocurrency" and "Bank transfer". The help centre carries a notice: "Important Payout Update: A Verified Rise Account Is Now Required". For another method, "contact our Live Support chat and we will help you set up an alternative payout method".

On speed, the home page claims "Less than 12 hours on average", while the Elite Access page claims "90-minute" "average payouts". These are the firm's own claims; we have not measured payout times.

The help centre has articles titled "Maximum Payout Until Live Explained", "Understanding Lock Upon Payout" and "Path to Trading Live". We did not capture these articles, so we cannot state the payout caps or the lock rules. The home page says traders can "scale your funds with flexibility and confidence.", but our saved pages give no scaling plan details.

Platforms and Markets

The Elite Access page says "Trade on Tradovate/NinjaTrader and pay after you pass." The home page also shows a TradingView logo; our copy does not say how TradingView is used.

Accounts trade futures, with position limits stated in minis and micros. Our saved pages do not list the individual futures contracts you can trade. The Terms say "Top One Futures operates independently from brokers. All pricing and trade executions are provided by our broker partners." They add that "platforms and data feeds, may utilize third-party services."

Company and Terms

Its Terms of Service describe Top One Futures as "a trade name of Top One Futures, LLC". Its Terms of Service say "Top One Futures, LLC does not provide direct broker services, trading services, or hold custody of any investor funds." They also say "The Company is also not a licensed investment service provider". The Terms page gives the address 1621 Central Ave, Suite 8433, Cheyenne WY 82001.

The firm says its accounts are simulated, describing trading on its platform as "notional or fictitious trading on demo accounts". Users must be "at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)".

Refunds: "Since services are being rendered instantaneously upon purchase, there are no refunds." and "All transactions made are final." The Terms also refer to subscription fees and say "Subscriptions may automatically renew", which does not match the "One Time Fee" wording on the price pages. We use the price pages for how fees are charged. The firm says "We reserve the right to adjust pricing, subscription plans, and payment terms at any time."

The help centre says people with citizenship in or residing in its listed countries are prohibited. Our saved copy did not include the list of countries itself. If you travel to a restricted country, "you are not permitted to place trades while physically located in that country", and doing so "will result in a hard breach of your account".

The firm says it has made "Over $29 million" in "verified payouts to date" and that it is "Trusted by 28,000+ of traders". These are the firm's own figures; we have not verified them.

Who It Suits

It fits futures traders who trade by hand, close every position by 4:10 PM EST and use Tradovate or NinjaTrader. Elite Access suits traders who want no evaluation time limit and no consistency rule during the evaluation.

It does not suit traders who hold positions overnight or use EAs or bots. Traders who want a refund option should note the Terms' no-refund clause.

MyPropGenius Rating

MyPropGenius Rating: 2.8/5 — its Transparency Index score of 56/100 ÷ 20, rounded down

The rating measures how openly Top One Futures discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.

Is Top One Futures legit?

The Terms name Top One Futures, LLC with a Wyoming address, say it is not a broker or licensed investment service provider, and describe all trading as notional on demo accounts. The Terms state plainly that there are no refunds and all transactions are final. The homepage gives aggregate payout claims ('Over $29,000,000+ in payouts to our traders') and an average payout per programme, but we did not find dated payout records or a payout page on toponefutures.com. We could not establish how long toponefutures.com has operated: the Internet Archive record we hold is for the sister brand's site (toponetrader.com), and the firm's pages give no founding year.

Its Transparency Index score is 56/100 (Mixed). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.
