Purdia Capital is a futures prop firm. Its Terms and Conditions say the agreement is "between you and Purdia Capital LLC". Its Knowledgebase says traders may trade "a wide range of futures products during normal market hours".
The firm offers two entry paths: Evaluations and Instant Funded Accounts. Every account card on its programmes page describes the account size as "Simulated Capital". The final stage, the Live Funded Account, is described by the firm as "a real brokerage account funded with live capital". Every account card on the programmes page shows a 90% profit split.
Payouts become available once you complete the Sim Funded Account stage (minimum days, profitable days where listed, and reaching the minimum payout balance once). The firm says eligible traders can then request them daily. Rules differ by account type, especially the drawdown model, so we set them out account by account below.
Everything in this review comes from Purdia Capital's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The programmes page lists five Instant Funded accounts, one of them a "Pilot" account, and three Evaluations. Instant Funded accounts are paid as a one-time fee and skip the evaluation. Evaluations are subscription-based.
At capture, most cards showed a second, lower price with a promotional code. The tables use the higher price shown on each card. The 150k Static card showed one price only.
| Account | Price | Profit target | Max drawdown | Daily loss limit | Min. days | Min. profitable days | Contract size |

A dash means the card did not list that item.

With a promotional code, the evaluation cards showed a lower price "for the first month". Each evaluation card also lists a $130 activation fee, described as a "One-time fee charged only after you pass the evaluation and activate your funded account". At capture, the cards showed this fee as "August promo: $1 (normally $130)".
The Knowledgebase says the Pro Evaluation "is currently available only as a 100K account" and that resets are available during its Evaluation stage. It also describes a two-step Beginner Evaluation with "reduced position sizing and smaller risk parameters". That account was not listed on the programmes page we saved.
Pioneer belongs to Purdia Pilot, which the firm calls its "research and development program for new trading products, account structures, and platform concepts". The firm says Pioneer offers "a lower purchase price in exchange for a more challenging profit objective". Its card also lists a $3,000 "Retained Buffer" and a first payout of "Up to $2,500".
The rules page lists three steps: reach the profit target, trade for a minimum of 5 days and stay above the max drawdown.
After an Evaluation, the rules page lists a minimum of 10 days, staying above the max drawdown and 5 profitable days. For Instant Funded accounts it lists the same plus reaching the profit target. The payouts page adds that you must "Reach the minimum payout balance once" to become payout qualified, and that "Only your profit target amount counts".
The pages differ on minimum days for Pioneer: the rules page lists 10 days for the funded stage, while the Pioneer card lists 7 minimum days. We show the card figure in the table because it is specific to that account. The Static cards list no profitable-days requirement; the rules page does not separate Static accounts.
Trading Days and Profitable Days are counted by calendar day, midnight to midnight US Eastern Time. The firm notes that one futures session in Tradovate can span two of its Trading Days.
The max drawdown is enforced immediately: if the balance drops below the threshold "at any point — even during an open trade — the account fails". The Daily Loss Limit works differently. Hitting it is a soft breach: it does not fail the account, but trading stops for the rest of the session and the limit resets at the market close. Some account types include a Daily Loss Limit by default and others do not.
Positions can be held through the session, but "all positions and working orders are automatically closed prior to the daily market close". Position size limits are enforced by the platform and cannot be exceeded.
The Knowledgebase says the firm allows "scalping, micro scalping, discretionary trading, DCA strategies, and semi-automated trading". The rules page lists "News Trading is Allowed". The Knowledgebase scopes this: the firm does not restrict trading during scheduled news "in simulated accounts", and Live Funded Accounts may face temporarily higher broker margin requirements during major news.
Restrictions stated on the firm's pages:
The firm's pages give two different inactivity rules. The Knowledgebase says Evaluation, Sim Funded and Live Funded Accounts purchased on or after 1 October 2026 "will be permanently closed if no trade is executed for 14 consecutive calendar days". Traders expecting a long absence can request an extension in advance, but approval is discretionary, and closed accounts cannot be reopened. The Trading Policy says an account with no genuine trading activity for more than 30 days is marked inactive, and the trader then has 30 days to request reactivation. We treat the 14-day rule as the one that applies to accounts bought from 1 October 2026, as it names those accounts. The Trading Policy adds that token trades, such as flipping micro contracts to keep an account open, do not count as activity.
The Knowledgebase says payout eligibility begins after a trader completes the Sim Funded Account stage, and that "Evaluation Accounts and Sim Funded Accounts themselves are not payout-eligible stages". After that stage, payouts come from a Temporary Sim Funded Account (Temp SFA) while live onboarding is completed, or from the Live Funded Account.
The payouts page describes the qualified stage like this: request payouts daily, grow toward a "$10,000 sim profit cap", and "Move to a live account with $10,000 once the cap is reached". The Knowledgebase warns that payouts taken from the Temp SFA reduce the amount that can transfer into the Live Funded Account.
The firm says there are "no payout schedules, payout windows, or consistency rules tied to withdrawals, unless specifically stated on the account type". The Knowledgebase describes a Protected Buffer: a part of the balance that must stay in the account while you progress toward a Live Funded Account. The firm says it is not a fee or a deduction. The pages do not say which account types it applies to.
Payouts are requested through the web dashboard or the mobile app. The firm processes them manually on business days, and timing "can vary depending on banking systems, request volume, compliance review, weekends, and holidays". Supported methods are ACH, Wise and international wire.
The firm says Live Funded Accounts are "genuine live brokerage accounts trading real capital", with daily payouts while the account is in good standing and above minimum balance thresholds. Getting one requires onboarding with its brokerage partner, Tradovate, including identity verification and compliance review. The Terms say final approval is at the broker's discretion. A scaling plan for Live Funded Accounts is designed to "gradually increase buying power and position size limits".
Every account card shows a 90% profit split. Funded traders are treated as independent contractors, and the firm issues tax documents only for eligible US-based traders.
After purchase, traders receive credentials for the supported platforms: Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView. TradingView connects through the Tradovate integration, and NinjaTrader Desktop through the Tradovate connection. Before trading you must accept the market data agreement in Tradovate and activate market data in the Purdia Dashboard.
The firm says its dashboard "does not update in real time" and that Tradovate is the real-time source of truth for balances and positions. A mobile app handles account management, purchases and payout requests. The Terms recommend trading from a desktop or laptop.
The pages describe the product range only as "a wide range of futures products"; contract sizes are stated in minis and micros. All accounts, including simulation accounts, use live market data, so slippage applies.
The Terms and the Trading Policy name Purdia Capital LLC as the contracting party, and list support@purdia.com for questions. Users must be at least 18. The Terms call the firm "a discretionary business" that decides with whom it provides funding.
Refunds: a refund may be requested only if the account has not been traded, with limited exceptions for errors by the firm or broker or a material misrepresentation in the product description; requests are subject to the firm's approval. No refund is given for an account lost or failed through trading. If the firm bans a trader for rule violations, it refunds fees for accounts that are still active and have not failed.
Countries: the Knowledgebase says the firm cannot serve residents of certain jurisdictions, mainly as set by its brokerage and compliance partners. It links to a list we did not capture.
Trader data: the Terms say the firm may "collect, aggregate, use, share, or sell general information about trader performance, trading patterns, preferences, and interests".
It is less suited to fully automated strategies, hedging across correlated instruments, or traders who expect to leave an account untouched for two weeks or more.
MyPropGenius Rating:
The rating measures how openly Purdia Capital discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.
The Terms name Purdia Capital LLC but give no state of incorporation, registration number or address. Accounts are labelled 'Simulated Capital' and a simulated-results disclaimer appears, but we did not find an explicit statement of its regulatory status (for example, that it is not a broker). The contracting company (Purdia Capital LLC) is named in the Terms, but we did not find any founder, owner or team member named on the pages we read. The Terms set out clear refund conditions, and the knowledgebase agrees. The Payouts page's 'Payout register' says live payout data is 'coming soon', and the rows shown are labelled 'Sample data for layout preview only'.
Its Transparency Index score is 51/100 (Mixed). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.

Purdia Capital sells simulated futures accounts with a 90% profit split on every listed card, a choice between one-time Instant Funded accounts and subscription Evaluations, and a stated route to a live brokerage account after $10,000 in simulated profit. The rules are short but firm: minimum trading and profitable days, positions closed before the daily close, bans on hedging and fully automated trading, and a 14-day inactivity rule for accounts bought from 1 October 2026. Check each account's drawdown model before buying, as it differs between the Pro, EOD and Static accounts.
