Overview

Paid To Trade sells prop trading accounts in four structures, which its homepage lists as 2-Step Static, 1-Step Static, Instant and 1-Step Trail. Static accounts have fixed drawdown limits, Instant accounts skip the evaluation, and Trail accounts have a trailing drawdown with no daily drawdown limit. MatchTrader is offered as a trading platform. The Static Account Types article gives an 80% profit split on 2-Step Static and Instant, and 70% on 1-Step Static (80% or 90% with a paid add-on). On 1-Step Trail the split rises from 50% to 70% to 90% over successive payouts.

The site footer names Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc., with an address at Level 20, 48 Burj Gate Tower, Dubai, UAE. The footer says the firm does not engage in activities regulated as financial services, and that all trading activities occur on demo accounts with simulated market conditions. Several help-centre articles instead describe funded Static and Instant accounts as live execution accounts; we set out this conflict under Company and Terms. The homepage claims $9.34M+ paid out, 5,723 traders paid and an average payout processing time of 9.21 minutes. These are the firm’s own figures, which we have not verified.

Everything in this review comes from Paid To Trade's own web pages, saved on 11 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The homepage lists optional add-ons for 1-Step Static: Extended DD (4%/8%) at +$30, an 80% split at +$20 and a 90% split at +$30. For 1-Step Trail it lists Extended Max DD (8%) at +$150 and No Min. Trading Days at +$50. A Payout Accelerator for the first payout is listed for Instant and 1-Step Trail. The Program Overview says the Static Extended Drawdown applies on the Performance (funded) account, and that the Instant Payout Accelerator is not available for 40K accounts.

Trading Rules by Programme

2-Step Static

The 2-Step Static evaluation has a 10% profit target in Phase 1 and 5% in Phase 2, with a 4% daily loss limit and an 8% maximum loss limit in both phases. There is a 4-day minimum, no time limit and no consistency rule. The help article says the 4% and 8% limits are fixed dollar amounts based on the starting balance, apply through both phases and on the funded account, and do not trail upward. Breaching either limit at any stage ends the account. After passing, the funded Static account has an 80% profit split with weekly payouts.

1-Step Static

The 1-Step Static evaluation has a 10% profit target, a 3% static daily drawdown, a 6% static maximum drawdown, a 4-day minimum and no time limit. A minimum trading day means a positive profit of at least $0.01 on a separate calendar day, and reaching the target alone is not enough without the minimum days. The Program Overview says the daily drawdown is calculated from the higher of end-of-day balance or equity, and the maximum drawdown is based on the starting balance; the same 3% and 6% limits apply on the funded account. The funded split is 70% as standard, upgradeable to 80% or 90% with the Split Upgrade add-on. 1-Step Static accounts have a 30-day inactivity rule: during the evaluation you must place at least one trade in any rolling 30-day window.

Instant

Instant Funded accounts have no evaluation and no profit target. The rules are a 4% static daily drawdown, calculated from the higher of end-of-day balance or equity, an 8% static maximum drawdown based on the starting balance, an 80% profit split, no consistency rule and no profit cap.

1-Step Trail

The 1-Step Trail evaluation has a 10% profit target, a 10% overall drawdown, no daily loss rule, no minimum trading days and no time limit. The Program Overview calls this a 10% overall trailing drawdown (OTDD) and says HFT is allowed on the evaluation. On the funded (Performance) account the drawdown is 6% trailing from peak equity, with no daily loss limit. A 20% consistency rule applies: no single trading day’s profit and no single trade’s profit may exceed 20% of total profit in the payout cycle, and this must be met before requesting a payout. The funded account needs 5 trading days per payout cycle, and a day only counts with a minimum profit of $100 (25K) or $200 (50K). For 100K, the Trail articles say $400, while the Program Overview says $300. The trailing drawdown follows the higher of balance or equity, moves up only at new highs and never moves down.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

News: the Program Overview prohibits trades within 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after high-impact news on Static and Instant accounts. The Static Accounts rules article says high-impact news is defined by the FXStreet economic calendar, and that profit from a trade opened or closed in the window does not count, while losses do; it is not a hard breach. News trading is allowed on 1-Step Trail accounts.

Holding: the homepage table shows weekend holding allowed on all four structures. The Trading Configuration article says standard rollover and swap charges apply, and that swaps may be reviewed in payout calculations.

Automation: the homepage table shows EAs allowed on all four structures. The Platform Rules article says EAs must reflect real-world trading behaviour, and EAs designed to exploit price feeds or latency, or to run arbitrage, martingale or grid strategies, are prohibited. The Prohibited Strategies article (September 3, 2026) instead lists grid and martingale as allowed on Static Performance accounts, so the pages conflict. For Static Accounts, the firm says it may restrict or remove access to algorithmic or copy trading at any time if execution negatively affects its systems or liquidity venues.

Hedging and copy trading: both are not allowed on Static and Instant accounts. The Static Accounts rules article adds that hedging is not allowed in any form, including across multiple accounts, and that copy trading between your own Static Accounts is not permitted. Any form of arbitrage, latency exploitation, price manipulation or quote abuse is prohibited on Static Accounts and leads to payout rejection. The Prohibited Strategies article lists arbitrage (including HFT), hedging and copy trading as prohibited on the Static evaluation, and hedging, arbitrage (including HFT) and copy trading across any Paid To Trade accounts as prohibited on Static Performance accounts, which it says include 1-Step Static, Instant and Market Masters.

On Trail accounts, the Trail Prohibited Strategies article bans arbitrage (including latency and hedging arbitrage), grid trading, martingale, pyramid scaling, asymmetric or tick scalping and all-in trades. The Prohibited Strategies article adds that HFT and hedging are prohibited on Trail Performance and that the Trail evaluation has no prohibited-strategy restrictions. The pages conflict on copy trading between your own accounts: the Trail articles allow it, while the Prohibited Strategies article says copy trading across any Paid To Trade accounts is not allowed on Trail Performance.

Platform conduct: accounts must be used only by their registered owner, and sharing logins, using unauthorised VPNs or remote tools, and managing multiple accounts to bypass rules are forbidden. Traders affiliated with other prop firms are not eligible to take part.

Payouts and Scaling

Static accounts

On Static Accounts the first payout can be requested 7 calendar days after your first trade, then every 7 calendar days. The minimum payout is 1% of the account size. The Static payouts article says there is no profit cap on Static Accounts, but the same page also refers to a cap that limits how much can be withdrawn per cycle. After each payout, the firm asks you to allow 1 business day for the account to be reconfigured, and a new cycle begins with your first trade after the withdrawal.

Instant accounts

Instant accounts pay weekly, with the first payout after 7 days and later payouts every 7 days. The Payout Accelerator add-on lets you request the first payout once you reach 4% profit, instead of waiting 7 days; it applies to the first payout only and is not available for 40K accounts.

1-Step Trail accounts

On Trail accounts the first payout opens 21 calendar days after your first trade, then every 14 calendar days. The maximum withdrawal per cycle on the Performance account is 6%, with no monthly limit on the number of payouts. The split is 50% on the first payout, 70% on the second and 90% from the third, and advances only when a payout is approved. You cannot request a partial amount, only your total PnL, and after a payout the balance resets to the original account size and the trailing drawdown resets. A Payout Accelerator add-on lets the first Trail payout be requested at 4% profit instead of after 21 days, with the consistency rule and minimum trading days still applying.

Approval, timing and methods

The Instant Payout Approvals article says approval is automatic with no manual review queue, and that payouts are sent within 5 minutes to 2 hours of approval. The Program Overview says Trail payout approvals are instant after risk review. The homepage FAQ says payouts are paid by bank transfer (USD, EUR, GBP) or crypto (USDC, USDT, ETH). The How to Request Payout article says payouts go only by TRC-20 crypto and bank transfer, that ERC-20 and Ethereum are no longer supported, and that PayPal and Payoneer are not used. We used the help article, as it is the more specific page. The same article asks traders to request payouts on weekdays. It also lists a 6% maximum withdrawal per cycle on Performance without naming a programme; the Program Overview applies that cap to Trail accounts and says Static and Instant accounts have no profit cap.

Scaling and Market Masters

Under the Scaling Program, each tier doubles funded capital, up to a $1,500,000 maximum allocation. For Static and Instant accounts each tier requires at least 10% cumulative net profit, at least 3 approved payouts, 4 consecutive months with no daily-loss or maximum-loss breaches, and at least 90 days at the current tier. For Trail accounts the profit must be realised through completed withdrawal cycles, and the 4 months must have no trailing-drawdown breach and no 20% consistency-rule violations.

Market Masters is an invite-only programme; traders cannot apply for it. It has a fixed 90% profit split, a first withdrawal after 7 trading days, then every 7 calendar days, a 1% minimum, and no open trades at the time of a request. When an invitation is issued, all 1-Step (Evaluation and Performance) accounts on the profile are closed immediately (the article’s summary says Trail accounts); the payout is still processed, and a trader who declines cannot continue under the standard prop model. After an invitation, you can no longer buy 1-Step Trail accounts but can still buy 1-Step Static and Instant Funding accounts.

Platforms and Markets

The firm offers MatchTrader, with TradingView charts, on desktop, iOS and Android, and you choose your platform at checkout. The firm says US traders can only use MatchTrader, and that platform choice does not change drawdown rules, payout rules or eligibility requirements. The Trading Configuration article says Static Accounts support forex, indices, metals (gold and silver) and energy (WTI, Brent, natural gas), with leverage of 1:40 on forex, 1:20 on indices, 1:10 on gold and 1:5 on other metals and commodities, on both evaluation and funded accounts. The same article says crypto may be added in the future but also lists BTCUSD and ETHUSD and a 1:2 crypto leverage, so we cannot say whether crypto is tradeable.

Company and Terms

The homepage footer names Mason Ridge Strategic Consultancy Inc. at Level 20, 48 Burj Gate Tower, Dubai, UAE, and gives support@paidtotrade.net as the contact address. The footer says PaidToTrade.net does not provide financial advice, manage client funds or engage in activities regulated as financial services.

Simulated or live: the footer says all trading occurs on demo accounts with simulated market conditions and that funds in these accounts are virtual. The Program Overview’s risk disclosure also refers to “simulated funding”. By contrast, a help article says Instant Funding, Market Masters and funded 1-Step and 2-Step Static accounts are live execution accounts, provisioned in a live trading environment rather than a simulated one. The 2-Step Static article says the funded account trades on live capital, and the Static Accounts Overview calls Static Accounts live market execution accounts. The Trail scaling article refers to Trail accounts on live (A-book) execution. The 1-Step Trail Performance article, however, calls the funded Trail account a simulated funded account. We cannot tell from the pages which description applies, so we report both.

Activation: the homepage says funded accounts are activated within 24 hours of KYC and signing the trader agreement. Help articles give at least 1–2 business hours for Instant and funded Static accounts. The 1-Step Trail evaluation article says activation is instant after KYC.

Restricted countries: the footer says services are not provided in prohibited regions specified in the firm’s terms and conditions. The Trading Configuration article lists Iran, North Korea, Russia and Myanmar as jurisdictions it cannot serve. It also says US traders can trade only on MatchTrader.

Rule changes: the footer says the firm reserves the right to modify its programmes, rules and policies without prior notice. Its No Hidden Rules policy says it does not add surprise rules after you start trading.

Who It Suits

Traders who want fixed drawdown limits, payouts every 7 days and no consistency rule may look at the Static and Instant accounts. Instant accounts suit traders who do not want an evaluation. Traders who trade news, or want no daily loss limit, would need the 1-Step Trail account, which in turn has a trailing drawdown, a 20% consistency rule and a 6% cap per cycle on the funded account.

⚖️ Our Verdict

Paid To Trade offers four account structures, with fixed drawdowns, weekly payouts and no consistency rule on Static and Instant accounts, and a trailing-drawdown Trail account that allows news trading. Its rules are published in detail, but its pages disagree on payout methods, some prohibited strategies and whether funded accounts are simulated or live. Check the current terms with the firm before buying.
