Instant Funding describes several programmes on its site: instant accounts with no evaluation, One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges, an Evolve challenge, and account types such as IF Micro and IF1. Several programmes have been renamed, and some older ones are no longer sold but still have rule pages.
All accounts are simulated. The firm says "all accounts we provide to our clients are demo accounts with fictitious funds". Rules differ a lot between programmes, so we name the programme for each rule below. Where the firm's pages disagree, we say so.
Everything in this review comes from Instant Funding's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Rules can differ between account types — check the linked page for the account you want. |
| Not allowed, or rules that apply (firm says so) |
The Trading Rules page links to separate rules for Instant Funding, Instant Funding GO and Instant Funding Micro accounts, among other products. The account agreement describes three account types: the One-Phase Challenge, the Two-Phase Challenge and the Instant Funding Account, which it calls a "Built in Challenge".
The Trading Rules page says rule pages for programmes it no longer offers have been kept live.
We could not see a price list for any account size in the pages we saved. The pages showed promotional offers, which we do not repeat. The general terms say the fee "varies according to the option selected" and point to the website for current pricing. The legal disclaimers page says the most a customer will pay to take part in a programme is the price of that account, and that "This fee is not a deposit or investment."
Paid add-ons appear on several pages. The homepage mentions add-ons named "Add 10% to profit split" and "Lower profit target by 2%". The account agreement lists further add-ons, including "Remove Minimum Trading" and "Extra 2% Drawdown", and shows that not every add-on is available on every account type.
The table lists only rules that the saved pages tie to a named programme. The site also shows other targets and limits, such as a 10% target that drops to 8% with a paid add-on, whose programme our saved copy does not identify, so we have not assigned them.
| Programme | Rules the firm's pages state for it |
|---|---|
| Instant Funding (Instant Funding Account) | No evaluation phases and no profit target, although the account agreement describes a built-in challenge element. No daily loss limit. Smart Drawdown starts at -10% and moves to -5% of the starting balance once the balance gain reaches 5%. Account Drawdown (a live floating-loss check) also applies. Maximum risk per trade idea: 3% of the starting balance. |
| Instant Funding GO | Maximum risk per trade idea: 2% of the starting balance. |
| One-Phase Challenge | 3% daily loss limit (account agreement). The split can rise to 90% after an overall gain of 10%, with the first trade placed at least 90 days earlier. |
| Two-Phase Challenge | 5% daily loss limit (account agreement). The split can rise to 90% after an overall gain of 10%, with the first trade placed at least 90 days earlier. Two-Phase ZAR: 10% target in Phase 1; only MT5 is available for ZAR accounts. |
| Evolve | 6% profit target. No daily loss limit. 4% end-of-day trailing drawdown. 40% best-day consistency rule in both the Challenge and Funded stages. Payouts once the Funded stage is reached. |
| IF Micro Lite | No profit target. News trading not allowed. Payouts on a fixed 14-day cycle; best day must not exceed 15% of total profit. |
| IF Micro and IF Micro Crypto | Maximum risk per trade idea: 1% of the starting balance. |
| IF1 | Accounts are live for 24 hours from the first trade. Maximum risk per trade idea: 1% of the starting balance. |
| One-Phase Crypto | No scaling at present. Maximum risk per trade idea: 2% of the starting balance. |
The Trading Rules page adds that on scaled accounts the Smart Drawdown "updates to -5% of the new scaled balance, excluding profits".
The Account Drawdown help page describes a live check on the floating equity of all open positions. It is triggered when unrealised losses exceed 2% of the starting balance, with different levels on some programmes: 1.5% on IF Micro Clarity and 2.5% on Instant Funding Clarity. The page also gives a threshold of 1% of the starting balance ("not 2%") for one account type; our saved copy of the page does not show the programme name next to that figure. It is always measured against the original starting balance, and only open positions count. After a first breach the account stays active but moves to a 50% profit split. A second breach closes the account permanently.
The account agreement gives "Time Limit No Limit" for the account types it covers. IF1 is different: its accounts are live for 24 hours from the first trade. Some challenges require a minimum number of trading days. The pages mention 3 and 7 days, but our saved copy does not show which programme each applies to. The homepage also says of at least one programme: "There are no minimum trading days required." A day counts as a trading day only when you open at least one new position, and opening negligible or artificial trades just to meet the requirement is not permitted.
The general terms say an account that has not traded in 60 days is closed automatically. The account agreement lists breach by inactivity at 60 days, "subject to change", and also says any account inactive for 30 days will be suspended automatically.
The help page for the archived IF Micro Pro Limited edition still lists its rules for existing holders. On that programme:
These rules belong to the archived programme only.
The Trading Rules page restricts trades executed within 4 minutes before or after a major news event. It does not stop trades opened before the window and closed after it. The page says the restriction does not apply to several account types, including Instant Funding Micro, IF1, One-Phase Micro and Two-Phase Micro. News trading is not allowed on IF Micro Lite. Other pages use a 5-minute window around high-impact news, and the account agreement lists major news trading among forbidden practices, with a news add-on. We used the Trading Rules page.
The Trading Rules page says overnight holding is permissible. It says weekend holding is enabled for phases one and two of all challenges, and on accounts including Instant Funding Micro and One-Phase Micro. Other programme pages say weekend holding is not allowed, or only with an add-on; our saved copy does not show which programme each of those lines belongs to.
The general terms say publicly available third-party EAs, algorithms or bots are not permitted, and that the firm supports only first-party automated tools. Copying trades from accounts that do not belong to the trader, and group copying between accounts, are prohibited. The Trading Rules page says copy trading is allowed between a trader's own accounts. The account agreement, however, lists "COPYING BETWEEN INTERNAL ACCOUNTS" among forbidden practices. We used the Trading Rules page.
HFT is not permitted. The Trading Rules page defines it as holding trades for 60 seconds or less, and says an unusually high number of trades per hour may also be flagged. The general terms require a minimum of 60 seconds to hold a trade, and the account agreement lists tick scalping as forbidden.
The Trading Rules page says martingale is allowed for all challenges, Instant Funding Micro and IF1 accounts. On Instant Funding accounts, traders can add to losing positions but must avoid continuously doubling lot sizes. The account agreement lists martingale as forbidden, and the general terms say some challenge accounts prohibit it. We used the Trading Rules page.
The general terms prohibit grid trading, one-sided bets, account churning, exploiting system glitches and exploiting pricing differentials. Reverse trading across accounts and group hedging are prohibited.
Per-trade risk limits differ by programme (see the table above). There is a combined cap of $1,000,000 across all account types, based on starting balance only (R 16,000,000 for ZAR accounts). Growth through scaling does not count against the cap.
The baseline profit split is 80% on most account types; the Trading Rules table shows 90% for one account type. The Trading Rules page says 90% can be reached on One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges, and lists the condition "Overall gain of 10%, and first trade placed at least 90 days ago." The account agreement calls this the "Scaled Profit Split". The homepage also says that on one programme the split starts at 80% and rises to 90% after reaching 10% profit in 3 months; our saved copy does not name that programme. A paid add-on can also raise the split from 80% to 90%.
The homepage also describes a split that depends on a payout timeline the trader chooses, from 60% (5–13 days) up to "28 days or later: 95% profit split". The page as saved does not show which programme this option belongs to, or whether it is a paid add-on. As noted above, a first Account Drawdown breach reduces the split to 50%.
The Trading Rules page says the first withdrawal is available 14 days after the first trade, then every 7 days after your next trade. The account agreement says the same for each Instant Account. The same page also offers On-Demand Payouts, to withdraw "whenever you qualify, without waiting for scheduled dates". The On-Demand Payouts help page says they are mandatory for some programmes, while IF Micro Lite is paid on a fixed 14-day cycle instead. Once the conditions are met, all available profits can be withdrawn in one go. The Trading Rules page gives a minimum payout threshold of $25. The On-Demand Payouts help page says net profit for a payout must reach at least 1.5% of the starting balance or $25, whichever is larger, with higher minimums on some programmes (for example 5% of the starting balance). The homepage also gives a $250 minimum withdrawal for one programme.
The pages give different processing times. The Trading Rules page says the firm aims to process all payouts within 24 hours of request. Another page says most payouts are processed within 48 business hours, with many received on the day of request. The account agreement says invoices are paid within 1–2 business working days, excluding UK public holidays. Payout methods listed are bank transfer and crypto via Rise, and direct crypto payments.
The legal disclaimers page says profit payouts derive primarily from the registration fees the company collects, not from real trading profits.
The Instant Funding accounts page refers to scaling up to $1.28M. The Trading Rules page describes two scaling methods. In one, after a minimum 10% gain, the account size doubles each time it scales, up to $1,280,000; the page says this method uses 5% of the account's starting balance. In the other, which requires a minimum 10% gain after 90 days, the account grows by 25% once per 90 days, up to 100% of the starting balance. The account agreement instead says scaling uses 5% of the account's profits. One-Phase Crypto accounts currently have no scaling.
The homepage lists MT5, Match-Trader and cTrader. Only MT5 is available for ZAR accounts.
The Trading Rules page lists major and minor currency pairs, major and minor indices, cryptocurrencies and commodities. The homepage mentions 60+ instruments. The instruments help page says digital currencies are available for IF Micro Crypto and One-Phase Crypto.
Leverage depends on the account type. The Trading Rules table lists currency leverage of up to 1:100 and crypto leverage of up to 1:2 or up to 1:5, depending on the account. It also says leverage on metals, oil and indices is temporarily set to 1:5 on funded accounts only.
The site's legal notices name Acello Ltd as payment agent of IF Pro Ltd, with a trading name of Instant Funding. Acello Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales (company number 12696083) with registered offices at 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU. IF Pro Ltd is described as an International Business Company incorporated in Saint Lucia (registration number 2025-00056), with registered offices at Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia. The general terms and the account agreement name Acello Ltd, with a trading name of Instant Funding.
The legal notices say IF Pro Ltd does not conduct brokerage services or offer real trading accounts, and that its services are limited to simulated trading programmes. The general terms say the services do not constitute FCA regulated investment services. The disclaimers page says the services are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. The terms say Instant Funding only offers a virtual account and does not offer any form of live funded account, and that all profits are simulated.
The general terms define restricted jurisdictions as countries the firm publishes on its website. We did not see that list in our saved pages. The homepage states "Est. 2021 in the UK" and shows a figure of $21,406,106+ under "Paid out to traders since 2023". These are the firm's own claims.
The cancellation and refund policy says a purchase can be cancelled and refunded only if no demo trades have been placed on the account and a cancellation email is received within 14 days of purchase. The general terms say purchases are non-refundable after 1 placed trade or 14 days, or as otherwise required by consumer law. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the firm says it will action a refund within 14 business days of it being agreed.
Instant Funding accounts may suit traders who want to start without evaluation phases or a profit target and who accept Smart Drawdown and the live Account Drawdown check (a floating-loss limit, 2% of the starting balance on most accounts) in place of a daily loss limit. The One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges offer a path to a 90% split after an overall gain of 10% and at least 90 days since the first trade. Traders who rely on public third-party EAs or very short holding times should note that these are not permitted. Because rules vary so much by programme, and some pages disagree, check the rule page for your exact programme before trading.
MyPropGenius Rating:
The rating measures how openly Instant Funding discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.
The footer gives both entities with numbers, jurisdictions and addresses (Acello Ltd, England & Wales 12696083, payment agent; IF Pro Ltd, Saint Lucia 2025-00056) and states that only simulated accounts are offered and no brokerage is conducted. A dedicated Cancellation and Refund Policy, linked in the footer, allows cancellation within 14 days if no demo trade has been placed and says refunds are actioned within 14 business days; the Terms agree. The homepage gives payout totals by year (including $5,721,984 for 2026) and links to blockchain explorers to 'Verify on-chain payouts'. The firm says it was established in the UK in 2021 and launched in June 2022, giving over three years of operation.
Its Transparency Index score is 67/100 (Good). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.

Instant Funding offers simulated accounts across many programmes, from instant accounts with no profit target to One-Phase, Two-Phase and Evolve challenges, on MT5, Match-Trader and cTrader. The baseline split is 80% on most accounts, with 90% reachable on One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges after a 10% gain and at least 90 days. Rules change from one programme to the next, several products have been renamed or archived, and some pages contradict each other, so readers should check the rule page for their own programme.

The Instant Funding accounts page says these accounts have no evaluation and no profit target, but the account agreement calls the product a "Built in Challenge" with an initial challenge element. The homepage says that to request payouts you first need to lock in Smart Drawdown by reaching 5% profit.
The baseline split is 80% on most accounts. The Trading Rules page says 90% can be reached on One-Phase and Two-Phase challenges after an overall gain of 10% and at least 90 days since the first trade, and an add-on can also raise the split to 90%. A first Account Drawdown breach reduces it to 50%. The homepage also describes a split chosen by payout timeline, from 60% (5–13 days) up to 95% (28 days or later); the page as saved does not show which programme this belongs to or whether it is an add-on.
MT5, Match-Trader and cTrader. Only MT5 is available for ZAR accounts.
It depends on the programme. The Trading Rules page restricts trades within 4 minutes either side of major news, but exempts accounts such as Instant Funding Micro and IF1. News trading is not allowed on IF Micro Lite. Other pages use a 5-minute window, so check the rule page for your programme.
No. The firm says it only offers virtual accounts and does not offer any form of live funded account.
The refund policy allows a refund only if no demo trades have been placed and a cancellation email is received within 14 days of purchase. The general terms add "or as otherwise required by applicable consumer laws".
