Overview

Gold Forex Funds sells prop trading challenges and funded-account programmes. Its homepage lists four programmes: Instant Funding, Forex Funding, Instant Funding Lite and Futures Funding. It also shows 2-Phase and 1-Phase challenge options. The FAQ index lists a fifth programme, Payout Protector. Its FAQ is a linked document that we could not read, so this review does not cover it.

The firm's pages state that Gold Forex Funds is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC. They say all funding assessments are provided by Prop Account, LLC and all assessment fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC. Traders who qualify for a funded account must enter into a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC.

We could only read the site through a fetch tool, which returns short exact quotes rather than whole pages. We base every statement on the site's own wording. Our copies often show figures without showing which account or rule they belong to; where that happens we list the figures without pairing them, so check the rules at checkout.

Everything in this review comes from Gold Forex Funds' own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The homepage shows one-time fees from “ONE TIME FEE⁴ $250” upward. Other figures shown include $345, $525, $1,000, $2,760, $5,405, $350, $450, $750, $1,500, $4,600 and $8,625. Our copy of the page does not show which account size or challenge each fee belongs to, so check the price at checkout.

The Instant Funding page shows account sizes of $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 and one-time fees of $1,125, $2,500 and $5,000. The Instant Funding Lite page shows $50,000 and $100,000 accounts and fees written as “$450,00” and “$750,00”. Our copy does not show which fee goes with which size. The Futures Funding page shows $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 accounts; our copy of it does not show prices.

The homepage also runs a “Try your lucky to get discount coupon” spin, with “1 spin per email”.

Refunds and payment. The homepage and the Instant Funding, Instant Funding Lite and Futures Funding pages say the one-time fee is not refundable. The Forex Funding FAQ says the firm may deny the contract, and in that case it will issue a refund and say why. The FAQ also says charges come across in the name of Dashboardanalytix.com, and that you may take one evaluation at a time.

Forex Challenges

The Forex Funding FAQ describes a two-step evaluation. It gives profit targets of a gain of 10% and of 5% of the initial balance for its two-step evaluation. It says “your maximum daily loss must not exceed 4% of your previous day’s balance” and gives a maximum loss “within 8% of your highest balance”. The homepage rules table also shows the figures 10%/$2,500, 5%/$1250, 7%/$1,750 and 6%/$1,500, but our copy does not show which rule or account each belongs to, so check the rules in the dashboard before you buy.

The homepage says the Maximum Daily Loss is calculated from the previous day’s balance at 5 pm EST. It says the Maximum Loss “is determined by the highest point that the account balance has reached and does not trail up”. The Forex Funding FAQ refers to a “Max Trailing Drawdown rule” and also says “Max Loss: 8% of high mark balance.”

Time limits. The homepage says there is no time limit to pass the challenge and no minimum trading days. The Forex Funding FAQ says Phase 1 has unlimited time and no minimum trading days, and that there are no time limits or minimum trading days.

Leverage. The /home/ page shows leverage figures of 30:1 and 1:10; our copy does not show which challenge each applies to. The Forex Funding FAQ gives 30:1 for Forex/Metals and 10:1 for Indices. The Terms say evaluation and funded accounts are subject to 1:30 forex leverage, and other instrument leverages are at the firm’s sole discretion. The /home/ page also mentions “Double Leverage”, “Trade On The Weekends” and or “No Stop Loss”; our copy does not show the surrounding text.

Instant Funding and Instant Funding Lite

Both pages show a one-time fee and leverage of 1:50. The table follows each page’s rules table.

RuleInstant FundingInstant Funding Lite
Profit targetN/ANot shown in our copy
Daily loss5%3% (EOD balance)
Maximum drawdown8% (page shows “TRAILING”, but also says the Maximum Loss “does not trail up”)5%
Profit split80% (90% add-on)80% (add-on for 90%)

Instant Funding. The page shows “N/A0” for minimum trading days and N/A for maximum time and maximum open lots, and an inactivity period of 30 days. It says a stop loss is not required, EAs are allowed, and the account locks upon payout (“LOCK UPON PAYOUT?” “YES”).

Instant Funding Lite. The page shows a profit buffer of “3% NON WITHDRAWABLE”. The first payout is on demand and later payouts every 14 days. The page also says “YES, UP TO PROFIT BUFFER. CONSISTENCY MUST BE SATISFIED”; our copy does not show what this answers.

Futures Funding

The Futures Funding page shows $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 accounts and says “Intraday Equity HWM”. Our copy shows further figures (including $1,500 (6%), 6% ($1,500), 30 days, 33.33%, 80% and contract figures such as “1/10 Contracts”) but does not show which rule each belongs to, so check the futures rules in the dashboard before you buy. Our copy does not name futures platforms or which futures contracts can be traded.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

  • News. The /home/ page table shows trading on news as allowed, and the Forex Funding FAQ says you may trade during news events in both evaluation phases and the funded account. Both the homepage and the FAQ also say “3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited”; our copy does not show the rest of that rule. The Terms mention “Trading at a time of significant macroeconomic reports”; our copy does not show the surrounding text.
  • Weekends. The /home/ page table shows holding over weekends as not allowed. The Forex Funding FAQ requires all trades to be closed by 3:45pm EST on Friday. The homepage and the Instant Funding, Instant Funding Lite and Futures Funding pages offer a “Hold Over The Weekends” add-on at checkout.
  • EAs and scalping. The /home/ page table shows Expert Advisors and scalping as allowed. The Forex Funding FAQ allows an EA in both evaluation phases and the funded account, but strongly recommends avoiding EAs that automatically place trades.
  • HFT and arbitrage. All programme pages say HFT is not allowed and taking advantage of arbitrage pricing or latency is against the rules.
  • Copying and hedging. The Forex Funding FAQ says copying trades to other people’s accounts is strictly prohibited. It allows hedging positions on both sides within the permitted 1:30 leverage and lot size. The Terms list “Use of hedging trades between accounts”.
  • Other items. The Forex Funding FAQ refers to “Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass assessment accounts” and to exploiting errors or latency in pricing or platforms. The Terms list the use of delayed data feeds, trading on delayed charts and platform or data freezing, and say predatory trading practices that interfere with the functioning of the real market are banned. Breach of the Terms may lead to immediate termination of all accounts.
  • Demo account password. The Terms say the client cannot change the password of the demo trading account, and a change counts the evaluation as failed.

Payouts and Scaling

Profit split. The homepage says “you’ll keep up to 90% of the gains”. Its table shows splits of 80/20 and 75/25, and says “For One step Assessment you can add-on to receive 90% of the gains.” Instant Funding shows 80% with a 90% add-on, and Instant Funding Lite shows “80%, ADD-ON FOR 90%”. The Forex Funding FAQ (two-step evaluation) says you receive up to 80% of gains and the firm keeps 20%.

Timing and method. The Forex Funding FAQ says you can withdraw your first gain after making your first trade on the funded account, and other withdrawals every 15 days from that date. It says gains are posted to your Deel account. The About page mentions “an 80% gain payout at any time”. For Instant Funding Lite, the first payout is on demand and later ones every 14 days.

Scaling. The Forex Funding FAQ says funded accounts are reviewed every 4 months, and traders can become eligible for an account size increase equal to 25% of their original balance (our copy does not show the conditions). It mentions scaling an account up to 1,000,000 USD. The homepage says “Trade up to $1,000,000 with no time limits”, and the About page mentions “trading up to $2 million, live trading with no time limit”.

Company and Terms

The firm’s pages say Gold Forex Funds is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC, and that all funding assessments are provided by, and all assessment fees paid to, Prop Account, LLC. Funded traders sign a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC. The pages say neither Prop Account, LLC nor Prop Account LC provides trading education or other services, and that all such services are provided by Gold Forex Funds.

The pages say Gold Forex Funds is not a broker and does not accept deposits, and does not provide investment services or recommendations. The Terms say the service is controlled, operated and administered by Gold Forex Funds from offices within the USA, and that its products are not intended to be considered an investment. The address shown on the pages ends “Boulevard Toa Baja PR 00949”; the Forex Funding FAQ gives the office as Urb. Rosadela 2 Calle Alelí #RA11 y #RA-12 Toa Baja, Puerto Rico.

Demo accounts. The Forex Funding FAQ says you receive access to a demo account, and later to another demo account, and trade according to its rules. The Terms say simulated results do not represent actual trading.

Countries. The Forex Funding FAQ says all countries except OFAC-listed countries are eligible, and that the firm cannot provide services to individuals from OFAC-sanctioned countries. The site also has a sentence beginning “The information on this site is not directed at residents in any country or jurisdiction where”; our copy does not show the rest of it.

Who It Suits

On its own pages, Gold Forex Funds suits traders who want a forex challenge with no time limit and no minimum trading days, and who are content with no weekend holding unless they buy the add-on. Traders who use EAs should note the FAQ’s advice against EAs that place trades automatically. Check the rules shown at checkout before paying.
