Overview

FundedFirm sells trading evaluations and instant accounts. Its home page lists four account types: 1 Step, 2 Step, Instant and Instant Daily. It lists five account sizes: $5k, $10k, $25k, $50k and $100k. Trading is on MetaTrader 5. The site footer says: “FundedFirm offers skill-based evaluations using simulated trading accounts only.”

The About page names the company as FundedFirm LTD, registered in Saint Lucia. The firm says every withdrawal is processed within 24 hours. Its Terms say all payments are final and no refund applies.

Our saved copies of the site were limited. The rules page showed only the first section of the Step 1 rules (instruments and leverage). The FAQ page showed its questions but not the answers. We saw prices for only two accounts, and both were shown next to a higher crossed-out price. This review covers what we could read. Several of the firm’s own figures, such as total payouts, trader numbers and restricted countries, differ from page to page; we list these in a separate section.

Everything in this review comes from FundedFirm's own web pages, saved on 7–8 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key highlights

Pros

  • The firm states plainly that its evaluations use simulated trading accounts.
  • The 1 Step account card says news trading is allowed.
  • The Step 1 rules list leverage of 1:100 on forex, metals, indices and energies, and 1:50 on digital currency.
  • The firm says every withdrawal is processed within 24 hours.
  • The About page gives the company name, its registration in Saint Lucia and a street address.

Cons

  • The Terms say all payments are final and no refund applies.
  • Most of the rulebook and all FAQ answers were not visible in our saved pages, so many rules could not be checked.
  • The firm’s pages give different totals for payouts ($6M+, $19M+ and $22M+) and different trader numbers.
  • The restricted-country lists differ: the Terms name the US and the UAE; other pages name the US and seven other countries.
  • On the 100K 2 Step Student checkout, “100% Lifetime Payout (Monthly)” is a paid add-on (+$129.10).
  • The FAQ asks “Why is copy trading not allowed in your prop firm?”, so copy trading is not allowed.

Programmes and prices

The challenge table on the home page lists four account types — 1 Step, 2 Step, Instant and Instant Daily — and five sizes: $5k, $10k, $25k, $50k and $100k. A banner on the site says “3.0 Live Now: New Daily Instant Account”. The About page’s timeline says the firm “Launched $2M institutional accounts” in 2026; we did not see these on the challenge table or at checkout.

We saw prices for two accounts only. Both were shown next to a higher crossed-out price:

AccountPrice shownHow it was shown
1 Step (home page; our saved copy does not show which size was selected)$549Next to $649, marked “Limited time offer”
100K 2 Step Student (checkout)$525.00Next to $579

We could not see prices for other sizes or for the Instant and Instant Daily accounts. The Terms say: “ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.” They also say prices “are subject to change without notice”.

The checkout for the 100K 2 Step Student account offered two add-ons:

  • “100% Lifetime Payout (Monthly)”: +$129.10.
  • “Breach insurance”, described as “Reset the account once within the first 7 days”: +$262.50.

The payment step at checkout asks for an amount, a TXID and a screenshot upload. The Terms describe “Gold Coins”, a loyalty reward that can only be redeemed as a discount on FundedFirm products and has no cash value.

2 Step (Student model, 100K)

The checkout for the 100K 2 Step Student account describes “Two evaluation phases” with a “Smaller target in each phase”. It shows profit targets of 8% and 10%; our saved copy does not show which phase each applies to. Under “Funded & Rewards Rules” it lists:

We could not see other 2 Step models or sizes.

Instant and Instant Daily

The rules page has tabs for Step 1, Step 2, Instant and Instant Daily. Our saved copy shows only the Step 1 rules, and only their first section. We could not see the targets, loss limits or split for the Instant accounts.

Time limits and minimum days

The home page says “No Max or Min Evaluation Days”. The 1 Step card asks for 3 profitable days before you can request a reward. The 2 Step Student checkout lists “Min Trading Days 3” under “Funded & Rewards Rules”; our saved copy does not show whether this applies to the evaluation or the funded stage. Check the minimum for the account you buy.

Restrictions and prohibited strategies

The Step 1 rules list sections called “Trade Without Constraints”, “Trading Framework”, “Destructive Trading Habits”, “Payout Policy”, “Refund” and “Disclaimer”. Their text was not in our saved copy, so we cannot say what they contain.

The FAQ page lists questions including “Why is copy trading not allowed in your prop firm?”, “What is considered gambling behavior in trading?” and “What is the IP rule at FundedFirm?”. It also has a heading “Gambling & Inconsistent Risk Behaviour Policy”. The answers were not in our saved copy. The wording of the first question shows that copy trading is not allowed; we cannot say what the other rules are.

The Terms say: “Traders associated with proprietary trading firms, including their owners and employees, are strictly prohibited from engaging in trading activities with FundedFirm.” They also say: “One registration per person is permitted.”

The Terms set out a policy on payment disputes. The firm says it will ban the accounts involved when a trader disputes a payment. A user involved in a disputed transaction, where there was no problem on the firm’s side, “won't be eligible for any further accounts with FundedFirm and all their other active accounts will be closed.”

The Terms also have a confidentiality clause. Users agree not to make public any part of their communications with the company without its prior written consent.

Payouts

The Trader Payouts page says: “Every withdrawal is processed within 24 hours.” It describes four steps:

  1. You submit a payout request through your dashboard once you have met profit targets.
  2. The team reviews your trading activity and account compliance.
  3. Once verified, payment is sent to your chosen method, “typically within 24 hours”.
  4. You receive the funds. The page says “No hidden fees”.

The Risk Disclosure says FundedFirm “reserves the right to review, verify, and audit any trading activity before processing payouts”. It says payout amounts, frequency and eligibility depend on the programme.

On the 1 Step card the profit split is “up to” 100%, and the reward cycle is “Monthly/BiWeekly-Weekly”. At the 100K 2 Step Student checkout, “100% Lifetime Payout (Monthly)” is sold as an add-on for +$129.10. We could not see the standard split for each programme, or exactly what the add-on changes.

The payouts page shows “4+ payment methods”; we could not see which methods. It also shows “$19M+ total payouts processed”, a “21Hrs average payout time” and a “78% payout success Rate”. These are the firm’s own figures, which we have not verified. Other pages give different figures (see below).

Platforms and markets

The About page says: “FundedFirm operates on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform”. The checkout also lists MetaTrader 5 as the platform. The home page has links to download an app from the App Store and Play Store.

The Step 1 rules say the accounts support trading in:

  • Foreign exchange (forex)
  • Precious metals
  • Indices
  • Energy commodities
  • Digital currency

Company and terms

The About page says: “FundedFirm LTD is a proprietary trading firm registered in Saint Lucia”. It gives the address as Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. It says the firm was founded in 2023. Support is by email at support@fundedfirm.com and by WhatsApp on +44 7438 291458. The Terms give info@fundedfirm.com for questions about the Terms.

The firm says it is not a broker. The Risk Disclosure says: “During the evaluation phase, all trading activity occurs on simulated (demo) accounts.” The same page says that after passing, traders “may receive access to funded accounts backed by real capital”. The site footer says “FundedFirm offers skill-based evaluations using simulated trading accounts only”, and the About page says it “provides simulated funded trading accounts”. These pages are not consistent about whether funded accounts are simulated.

The services are for people over 18. The Legal & Compliance page says FundedFirm LTD does not provide services for citizens or residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Iran and Russia. The Terms instead name the United States and the United Arab Emirates as restricted jurisdictions. At checkout, buyers confirm they are not a US or UAE citizen. We treat all nine countries as restricted.

The AML Policy refers to the rules for “designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBP) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)”. It says suspicious transactions are reported to the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. The Terms’ liability and indemnity clauses name “Intellimeter” rather than FundedFirm.

The home page says FundedFirm was named “Best Prop Firm 2026” and “Most Trusted Prop Firm 2025” at the Forex Expo Dubai. These are the firm’s own statements.

Where the firm’s pages disagree

  • Total payouts: the home page says “$22+ Million Paid Out to Real Traders” and the checkout says “$22M+ Payouts”. The payouts page says “$19M+”, and the About page says “$6M+”.
  • Payout speed: the payouts page gives a 21-hour average payout time; the About page gives 7 hours.
  • Traders and countries: the About page says the firm is trusted by over 300,000 traders across more than 150 countries. The same page also shows “85k+ Funded Traders” and “43+ Countries Served”.
  • Payout denials: the checkout says “Zero Payout Denial”; the payouts page shows a “78% payout success Rate”.
  • Restricted countries: the Terms name the US and the UAE; the Legal & Compliance page, Risk Disclosure and footer name the US, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Iran and Russia. The About page’s timeline says the firm expanded into Iraq in 2025.
  • Minimum days: the home page says “No Max or Min Evaluation Days”; the 2 Step Student checkout lists “Min Trading Days 3” under “Funded & Rewards Rules”, and our saved copy does not show whether this applies to the evaluation or the funded stage.
  • Account size: the home page says “Get Funded Up to $100K”; the About page says the firm launched $2M institutional accounts in 2026.

Where figures differ, we have not used any of them as our own finding.

Who it suits

FundedFirm may suit traders who want to trade forex, metals, indices, energies or digital currency on MetaTrader 5, and who want news trading, which the 1 Step card allows. It is not available to residents of the restricted countries listed above. Because much of the rulebook and the FAQ answers were not visible to us, and the Terms say no refunds apply, read the full rules for your chosen account on the firm’s site before you pay.

MyPropGenius Rating

MyPropGenius Rating: 2.7/5 — its Transparency Index score of 55/100 ÷ 20, rounded down

The rating measures how openly FundedFirm discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.

Is FundedFirm legit?

The entity, jurisdiction (Saint Lucia) and address are given, and the firm says it is not a broker and uses simulated accounts. The Terms state plainly that no refund applies to the firm's service. The Trader Payouts page calls itself 'a transparent record of verified trader payouts', but the text we could read holds only totals and averages; the certificates section showed no readable amounts or dates. The firm says it was founded in 2023, but the earliest Internet Archive copy of its homepage is from 22 Jun 2024, so we count from then: about 2.3 years.

Its Transparency Index score is 55/100 (Mixed). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.

Our verdict

FundedFirm offers 1 Step, 2 Step, Instant and Instant Daily accounts on MetaTrader 5, says it processes every withdrawal within 24 hours, and states that its evaluations are simulated. The rules we could read cover the 1 Step account (size not shown) and the 100K 2 Step Student account, but much of the rulebook was not visible to us, payments are final with no refunds, and the firm’s own figures for payouts and traders do not agree.
