Zeno Traders is a crypto prop firm that sells One-Step and Two-Step evaluations in three account types: Zeno Prime, Zeno Plus and Zeno Apex. Account sizes run from $5,000 to $200,000, and evaluation fees are one-time. Traders who pass get a funded account that pays 80% of profits, with payouts in USDT that can be requested any day.
All trading is simulated: the firm says its accounts use virtual funds only and do not involve real capital or live market trading. The markets are USDT-margined perpetual contracts on crypto assets plus gold, silver and crude oil. The rules we describe are from the firm's rulebook, version 2.2, in effect from 1 October 2026. Its most important feature for short-term traders is a 120-second minimum hold time: on accounts opened on or after 1 October 2026, the first position closed sooner fails the account.
Everything in this review comes from Zeno Traders' own web pages, saved on 11 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Zeno Traders offers two challenge types, One-Step and Two-Step, and three account types, Zeno Prime, Zeno Plus and Zeno Apex, each in six sizes from $5,000 to $200,000. The rulebook says fees are one-time, charged per evaluation attempt, and non-refundable once the account is activated. Fees can be paid in USDT or by UPI. The rules page also lists a “Legacy plans” account type, which we did not capture.
The rulebook's fee table shows these Two-Step prices; the page does not describe them as offer prices.
| Account size | Zeno Prime | Zeno Plus | Zeno Apex |
|---|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $29 | $49 | $69 |

| $200,000 | $749 | $1,099 | $1,399 |
For One-Step we only captured the homepage cards for the $5,000 size, shown below; we did not see One-Step prices for larger sizes.

All three cards list no time limit, no consistency rule, news trading and weekend holding allowed, and daily payouts. The Apex card shows risk per trade as “3% → 2%” without further explanation on the card.
The rulebook recalculates its figures for the account selected; the version we captured shows a Zeno Plus $100,000 Two-Step account. We did not capture the Two-Step figures for Zeno Prime or Zeno Apex.
| Zeno Plus Two-Step | Step 1 | Step 2 | Funded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | 5% ($5,000) | 10% ($10,000) | None |

Step 2 starts again from the starting balance: profit and drawdown from Step 1 are not carried forward. There is no time limit on any stage.
Both drawdown limits are measured on equity, so floating losses on open positions count, and touching either limit breaches the account. The daily limit is reset at 00:00 UTC from that moment's balance. The maximum drawdown is static: it is fixed from the initial balance and does not trail profits, including after a payout. The firm says there is no grace period and a momentary touch is a breach.
A per-trade risk cap applies on both evaluation and funded accounts. Positions on the same instrument in the same direction share one cap, checked live on realised plus unrealised loss and net of fees; reaching it fails the account.
Profit targets count realised net profit after entry and exit fees; floating profit does not count until the position is closed. A profitable day is a UTC day with realised net profit of at least 0.5% of the initial balance, and the days do not need to be consecutive. Funded accounts have no profit target and no profitable-days requirement.
The rulebook says there is no consistency rule on any plan, including funded accounts. A stop-loss is not mandatory. Maximum leverage is 1:10 on Two-Step and 1:5 on One-Step, with up to 20 open positions on both.
Every position must be held for at least 120 seconds on One-Step, Two-Step and funded accounts opened on or after 1 October 2026. The first close inside 120 seconds fails the account, with no strike count, warning or review. This includes manual closes, partial closes, stop-loss fills, take-profit fills and liquidations, but not closes Zeno makes itself, such as an admin close or the close when you advance a stage. If the trade that reaches the profit target was held under 120 seconds, the account fails instead of passing.
Accounts opened before 1 October 2026 keep a 60-second minimum for their whole life: a shorter hold counts as a strike with a warning email, and 3 strikes pause payouts pending review rather than failing the account.
The rulebook allows intra-account hedging, expert advisors and automation, news trading with no news-window restriction, and holding over weekends and overnight.
It prohibits or restricts:
The drawdown limits, the per-trade cap and the 120-second hold time are enforced automatically on the first breach, with no review step. Other flagged activity is reviewed case by case, and the possible outcomes include voiding profit, pausing funded payouts and terminating the account. The firm says every rule action is logged in the dashboard with the rule, the measured figure, the limit and a timestamp.
The Terms and Conditions allow one account per user unless explicitly approved, prohibit account sharing, and say use of VPNs, IP masking or location manipulation may lead to immediate termination.
Funded traders keep 80% of profit and Zeno retains 20%. The homepage also says traders can “earn up to 90% profit share”; the rulebook and every account card we saw give 80%, so we use 80%.
| Payout term | Rule |
|---|---|
| Frequency | Any day, no waiting period; one active request at a time |
| Minimum / maximum per request | $10 / $1,000 |
| Method | USDT on BNB Smart Chain, to a bound payout wallet |
| Before requesting | All positions closed; identity verification complete |
Requests are made in gross terms, so a $1,000 request pays $800 at the 80% split. A payout wallet is bound to one account and one identity, and an address already bound to another trader is refused. Identity verification is also required before a funded account is activated.
The Terms and Conditions state that any payouts are discretionary and subject to internal review and compliance checks, and that funded status may be revoked for rule violations, suspicious activity or compliance concerns.
On scaling, the homepage says traders can “scale your funded account up to $200,000”, which is also the largest account size listed.
Trading takes place on the firm's own platform, which it says was developed in-house; charts are powered by TradingView. The homepage lists features including an order book and isolated and cross margin.
The rulebook lists 73 crypto perpetuals plus 3 commodities, all USDT-margined, and says every listed market is available on every plan.
| Category | Examples | Trading fee |
|---|---|---|
| Major crypto | BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP | 0.04% |
| Layer 1 and layer 2 | ARB, OP, APT, SUI, SEI, TIA, NEAR | 0.04% |
| DeFi and infrastructure | AAVE, UNI, LINK, ONDO, PYTH, RENDER | 0.04% |
| Memecoins | DOGE, PEPE, SHIB, BONK, WIF | 0.04% |
| Silver and energy | Silver (XAG), crude oil (CL) | 0.04% |
| Gold | Gold (XAU) | 0.007% |
The fee is a taker fee on notional, charged on entry and exit, and both legs count against every objective and limit. The firm says there are no monthly, inactivity, data or withdrawal fees. Gold, silver and crude oil can also be sized in lots.
Every account includes Zeno AI, which the firm describes as an educational coach that journals trades and explains statistics and rules; it never places orders or gives financial advice. Zeno also runs Trading War, a time-boxed tournament on a separate virtual account with its own published terms.
The refund policy names the company as Zeno Traders FZ LLC, and the rulebook footer reads “© 2026 Zeno Traders, Dubai UAE”. The Terms and Conditions are governed by UAE law, with disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts. The firm says it is not a broker, dealer, custodian or investment advisor and does not accept deposits.
Users must be at least 18 and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction; the pages we captured do not list those jurisdictions. The homepage says the firm operates in more than 100 countries.
The rulebook calls accounts simulated capital and a payout “a performance-based reward, not an investment return”; the homepage FAQ, by contrast, says funded traders “earn real profits”. The rulebook also states that most participants do not pass an evaluation.
The refund policy says all payments are final and non-refundable, including after a failed challenge or a rule breach. It considers exceptions only for duplicate payments or verified technical errors that prevent account delivery and remain unresolved, requested within 24 hours of purchase with no trading on the account. A chargeback leads to termination of all accounts and a permanent ban.
Zeno Traders is built for crypto perpetuals traders who want one-time fees, no time limit and no consistency rule, with static drawdown and daily USDT payouts. It suits those who hold positions for minutes or longer; scalpers need to be sure every close, including a stop or take-profit fill, comes at least 120 seconds after entry. The market list covers crypto perpetuals plus gold, silver and crude oil, and each payout request is capped at $1,000.

Zeno Traders publishes a detailed rulebook with one-time fees, no time limit, no consistency rule, a static drawdown and daily USDT payouts at an 80% split. The main catches are the 120-second minimum hold, which fails an account on the first breach, the $1,000 cap per payout request, and Terms that make payouts discretionary. Its pages also disagree on the profit split, with the homepage citing up to 90% against 80% in the rulebook.
Tell our finder how you trade and it will check every firm we track against your requirements.
Find My MatchTwo-Step fees run from $29 (Zeno Prime, $5,000) to $1,399 (Zeno Apex, $200,000), paid once per attempt; the homepage listed $5,000 One-Step accounts at $39, $59 and $89.
