Overview

Winbance is a futures prop trading firm. Its home page invites traders to “Trade futures on Winbance simulated funded accounts.” It sells four programmes: Challenge EDGE, Challenge FLEX, Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom. The two Challenges are evaluations with a profit target; the two Direct Pass models give access without a Challenge. Its Terms of Service say the site is “operated by WNB Technologies Limited, trading as Winbance”.

We wrote this review from the firm's own website and help centre. Parts of the website are in Spanish; we quote them as written and translate them. Our saved copy of the pricing table did not let us reliably match each price and rule figure to a programme and account size, so we do not list prices per account. We could not see the help-centre articles on expert advisors, scalping, trading platforms or payout methods, so this review does not cover them.

Everything in this review comes from Winbance's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • Two programmes have no daily loss limit: Challenge FLEX and Direct Pass Freedom
  • Funded accounts from a Challenge can choose an 80% profit share (biweekly plan) at no additional cost
  • Direct Pass accounts start without a Challenge
  • News trading is permitted, in one direction only (with a 5-minute window on LiveX-Sim accounts)

❌ Cons

  • Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom pay only 50% on the first payout, and the first request must be for the entire available profit
  • A Safety Zone equal to the drawdown cannot be withdrawn until a required active-trading period is completed
  • The Terms say all positions must be closed before 3:10 PM CT or before market close
  • Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase, not once the Rithmic user agreement is activated, and are credited as a service balance
  • The firm's pages disagree on how the consistency rule is measured and on payout frequency
  • A long list of countries is not accepted

Programmes and Prices

The about page names four programmes: Challenge EDGE, Challenge Flex, Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom.

Challenge EDGE and Challenge FLEX

The help centre says Challenge EDGE “is designed for traders who prefer a structured risk management model”, while Challenge FLEX “is designed for traders who prefer greater flexibility while maintaining responsible risk management.” In both, you must reach a profit target, which the help centre defines as “the required profit you must achieve during your Challenge in order to qualify for a funded account.”

Once the target is reached, the help centre says: “Our team will review your account within 24 hours to ensure all trading rules have been met.” You then complete KYC identity verification and sign the LiveX Funded Trader Agreement, after which “your LiveX Funded Account will be activated automatically”.

Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom

The help centre says: “Direct Pass accounts provide instant access to a funded trading environment without completing a Challenge.” It adds: “Winbance offers two Direct Pass models, each with a different set of trading rules.” The Terms of Service list Direct Pass sizes of $10K, $25K, $50K and $100K, under the names Swiftmini, Swiftlite, Swiftpro and SwiftX. The Terms also describe an “Aero $15K” evaluation account, a name we did not see elsewhere on the site.

Prices

The home page shows “Pago único” (one-time payment) in its pricing section; we did not confirm which accounts it covers. When we saved it, the home page carried a time-limited offer: “Offers live for a limited time. Copy the code and apply it at checkout.” Our saved copy did not let us reliably match each price to a programme and account size, so we do not list them; check the pricing table for the account you want before buying. The Terms also say: “Pay a one-time activation fee and keep up to 80% of your profits.” The help centre's article on Reward Performance Plans says “No activation fee” for both plans, so the pages disagree on this point. We did not capture the help article on Direct Pass monthly fees.

Trading Rules by Programme

ProgrammeDaily loss limitMaximum drawdownConsistency rule
Challenge EDGEYesEnd-of-Day (EOD)50%
Challenge FLEXNoneIntraday (trailing)None
Direct PassYesEnd-of-Day (EOD)50%
Direct Pass FreedomNoneEnd-of-Day (EOD)None

Daily loss limit

The help centre says Challenge EDGE and Direct Pass accounts include a daily loss limit, while Challenge FLEX and Direct Pass Freedom accounts do not. It lists these daily loss limits by account size (we have not split them by programme):

Account sizeDaily loss limit
$10,000$250
$15,000$300
$25,000$500
$50,000$1,000
$100,000$2,000
$150,000$3,000

The limit “resets automatically at the beginning of each new trading day”, and trading commissions and fees count towards your results. The help centre says: “Once your Daily Loss Limit has been exceeded, the account is immediately considered to have violated the rules.” The Terms describe it differently: if net P&L hits the limit during the trading day (5:00 PM CT–3:10 PM CT), the account faces “a soft breach” and is auto-liquidated for the rest of the session. We treat the help centre's stricter wording as the safer reading.

Maximum drawdown

The help centre describes two drawdown types. The End-of-Day (EOD) drawdown is used on Challenge EDGE, Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom accounts. It “is calculated once per trading day” and “During the trading day, the Drawdown remains fixed.” The home page says the maximum loss is “calculada con tu balance al cierre de cada día de trading” (calculated from your balance at the close of each trading day). The help centre's worked example uses “a $100,000 Challenge EDGE account with a $4,000 EOD Drawdown.”

The intraday (trailing) drawdown is “Used exclusively on Challenge FLEX accounts.” It is calculated continuously while the market is open: “Every new equity high moves the Drawdown upward”, and it never moves down. Falling below the current level is a violation.

Consistency rule

The consistency rule applies to Challenge EDGE and Direct Pass; Challenge FLEX and Direct Pass Freedom do not have one. The help centre says: “Your largest profitable trading day cannot exceed 50% of your total accumulated profits.” It is checked when you submit a qualification or payout request, and “Your account is not automatically failed for exceeding the Consistency Rule”: you keep trading until your total profit is large enough. The home page words it differently: “Tu mejor día ganador no puede superar el 50% del valor del drawdown de la cuenta” (your best winning day cannot exceed 50% of the account's drawdown value). We used the more detailed help-centre wording.

Trading days and time limit

The help-centre article on Challenge accounts lists “Minimum 3 Trading Days before qualification.” Our saved copy did not show whether this covers both EDGE and FLEX. The home page's rules panel shows “Días Máx. de Trading45”, described as the maximum calendar days available to complete the Challenge; we could not confirm from our copy which accounts this applies to.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The help centre says “certain strategies and practices are strictly prohibited” and that violations “may result in immediate and permanent suspension, without eligibility for refunds or requalification.” Its list includes:

  • an item that begins “Using any software, artificial intelligence, ultra-high-speed tools, bots, or mass-data entry programs”;
  • “High-frequency trading tactics (HFT) designed for system abuse”;
  • coordinating trades across multiple unlinked accounts to hedge risk or pool performance, and opposite-position trading across accounts;
  • spoofing, layering or other disruptive order tactics;
  • trading outside the best bid or best offer without a legitimate market reason;
  • an unusually high or unrealistic number of contracts within a short time frame;
  • holding or stacking a position within 3% of a product’s lock limit;
  • trading accounts for third parties or sharing credentials.

The Terms list similar practices and add “Executing trades using an external or slow data feed.”

Contract sizes

A help article on the responsible use of contracts says “WINBANCE rules strictly require consistency in contract sizes.” It gives as an example “Constant variations in the number of contracts traded, such as entering with one contract, then increasing to three”, and it lists using micro-contracts to get around the limits. It also says Winbance “will not finance operators who engage in gambling practices.”

News trading

The same article says “traders are permitted to trade during news events”, but “traders may only open positions in one direction, either long or short.” It adds: “Opening trades five minutes before or five minutes after a news event is prohibited on LiveX-Sim accounts.”

Holding positions

The Terms say: “All positions must be closed before 3:10 PM CT or prior to market close, whichever comes first.”

Payouts and Profit Share

LiveX Funded Accounts (after a Challenge)

The help centre offers two Reward Performance Plans, chosen during activation:

PlanProfit shareReward requests
Weekly Rewards60%Every week
Biweekly Rewards80%Every two weeks

The help centre says: “Both Reward Performance Plans are available at no additional cost.” Before your first reward, you must establish a Safety Zone equal to your account's drawdown amount. You may request rewards only from profits above the Safety Zone. The help centre says the Safety Zone “is a protected balance and is not available for withdrawal”, and refers to “the required 150 active trading days.”

Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom

The help centre says your first approved payout is split 50% to the trader and 50% retained by Winbance, and you must request the entire available profit above your Safety Zone: “Partial first payout requests are not permitted.” From the second approved payout, the trader receives 80%. “The minimum payout request is $125 for all account sizes”, for both Direct Pass and Direct Pass Freedom.

On Direct Pass accounts the Safety Zone is equal to the account's drawdown and must stay in the account until a required active trading period is completed. The help centre describes payouts “without waiting for fixed payout dates.”

Conflicting statements

The Terms say: “Start trading and withdraw profits from day one, with withdrawals available every five days.” This differs from the weekly, biweekly and on-demand schedules in the help centre. We used the help-centre articles, which give more detail per programme. We did not see payout methods or processing times on the pages we saved.

Platforms and Markets

Winbance offers futures. Its risk disclosure page is titled “Winbance Futures Prop Firm”, and the home page names “Futuros de Índices” (index futures), “Energía” (energy) and “Metales” (metals). The Terms say: “Products may be traded during normal electronic trading hours unless stated otherwise.”

The home page mentions “Múltiples Plataformas de Trading” (multiple trading platforms) and the Terms refer to a Rithmic user agreement. We did not capture the help-centre articles on platforms, so we do not list them.

Company and Terms

The Terms of Service say the site is “operated by WNB Technologies Limited, trading as Winbance”. The home page gives the address St Mary Abbots Court 51, Warwick Gardens, London, United Kingdom, W14 8QH.

The Terms say: “Winbance provides simulated trading services for evaluation purposes only.” They also say: “All accounts are simulation accounts”, and the funds provided “are fictitious and hold no real-world value.” The same page also describes Direct Pass as giving “instant access to a live trading account without evaluation.” The Terms add: “You recognize that we are not a broker-dealer in accordance with United States financial services regulations.” You must be at least 18 years old.

Refunds

The Terms say: “Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of the initial purchase.” However, “if the Rithmic user agreement has been activated or approved, no refunds will be issued”, and “any approved refund will be credited as a service balance within your Winbance account.”

Restricted countries

The help centre says traders residing in its listed countries “are not eligible to open accounts or participate in any Winbance programs.” The list includes, among others, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iran, Kenya, Malta, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam. Check the full list on the help centre before buying.

The firm's own claims

The about page says the firm was founded in 2022 and claims “$960K+Recompensas Pagadas” (rewards paid) and “1,700+Traders Fondeados” (funded traders). The risk disclosure says: “As of 2025, 28.43% of candidates successfully passed the Winbance Trader Evaluation Program.” It also says the programme “is not recommended for individuals with little or no trading experience.”

Who It Suits

Winbance may suit futures traders who want a choice between a rule-heavy model (Challenge EDGE or Direct Pass, with a daily loss limit and a consistency rule) and a looser one (Challenge FLEX or Direct Pass Freedom, without either). FLEX uses a trailing drawdown; the other three use an end-of-day drawdown. Traders who want to keep positions open past 3:10 PM CT, or who change contract sizes often, should read the Terms and the contract rules first. Direct Pass buyers should note the 50% first payout and the Safety Zone.

⚖️ Our Verdict

Winbance sells simulated futures accounts through Challenge EDGE and FLEX evaluations and two Direct Pass models, with a profit share of up to 80%. FLEX and Direct Pass Freedom drop the daily loss limit and consistency rule, but funded and Direct Pass accounts hold back a Safety Zone equal to the drawdown until a required active-trading period is completed, and Direct Pass pays 50% on the first payout. Some pages disagree on the consistency rule and payout frequency, so confirm the rules for your account with the firm before buying.
