Overview

WarBux offers trading accounts in crypto and equities, and a separate prediction-market challenge. Its pages name the models Instant Funding, Instant Lite and 1-Step Funding, and a Predictions page lists Predictions Standard and Predictions Pro. Its Terms say Warbux LLC is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC, and that all funding assessments are provided by Prop Account, LC.

This review is shorter than usual. From our saved copies of the firm's pages and help centre we could not reliably match most prices, loss limits, profit targets and profit splits to a specific model and account size. Where that is the case we say so rather than give a figure.

Everything in this review comes from WarBux's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The How it works page invites traders to 'Build an account based on instrument, style, & funding.' It and the home page name three models: Instant Funding, Instant Lite and 1-Step Funding. The home page calls one of them Crypto 1-Step Funding. The help-centre rules article names four levels: 1-Step Challenge, Instant Funded, Instant Lite and Equities Assessment.

For crypto the firm says 'Trade crypto 24/7 with the funding you want.' For equities it says 'Trade leading equities like NVDA, AAPL, META, SPCX, and more'. We could not confirm which models are sold for equities.

Prices

The home page describes the account fee as a 'One-Time Fee'. Prices were shown during a promotion that 'Ends Oct. 31st'. We could not confirm which price belongs to which account, or which is the list price, so we do not list prices. The Terms say prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Prediction-market challenge

The Predictions page lists Predictions Standard and Predictions Pro. It says: 'Pass our prediction market trading challenge, unlock funding, and keep up to 90% of the profits.' Prices there are a one-time fee, but some accounts also show a separate activation fee (others show 'Activation Fee: N/A'), so for those the one-time fee is not the only fee.

Add-ons

Account options include a Relaxed Profit Target ('Reduce your profit target to 4% for quicker payout eligibility'), a Relaxed Drawdown of +1% (the How it works page also shows +2%), an option to increase consistency, one to 'Take more of your profits with this popular account add on', and one to 'Expedite your payout speed'. We could not confirm their costs. The help centre describes Payout Protector as 'an optional add-on that enables you to still receive a payout on any gains in your account' despite a breach, if all other withdrawal conditions are met and the account is not otherwise in violation of the Terms.

Account limits

  • The Terms limit traders to one active account per assessment level.
  • The Terms allow up to $1 million in total active evaluation accounts; the home page also shows a $1,000,000 maximum in active Funding allocation.
  • The Predictions page caps allocation at $380,000, with one account per size per challenge type.

Trading Rules

Rules by level (help centre)

The help-centre rules article lists these figures. Our copy does not show which figure belongs to which level, so we do not pair them.

  • A 10% profit target.
  • Daily drawdown figures of 4%, 3%, 2.50% and 1.50%.
  • Maximum drawdown figures of '6% (Static)', '3% (Static)' and '4% (Trailing)'.
  • Consistency requirements of '< 33%' and '< 20%'.
  • Profit splits of 80% and 100%.
  • 'Required Profit for Withdraw: 5%' and 'Minimum Required Trading Days: 3', each shown for one level.
  • Funded-account lines: 'Same rules apply, but no profit target and an 80% profit split', and 'Same rules apply, but no profit target, 25% consistency rules, and an 80% profit split'.

Another article says funded-account rules match the assessment, except there is no profit target.

How drawdown is calculated

  • Static: the Maximum Static Drawdown is 'a fixed limit based on your starting balance that never changes'. Its example: a $100,000 starting balance with a 6% Max Drawdown gives a limit of $94,000, however high the balance grows.
  • Trailing: the Maximum Trailing Drawdown 'adjusts with your account’s end-of-day High-Water Mark (HWM)'. Its example: on a $100,000 account with a 6% drawdown, ending the day with a HWM of $102,000 moves the limit to $96,000, and the account is breached if equity falls below it.

Crypto and equities account cards

  • Account cards show a 'Max Daily Loss' and a 'Max Total Loss' in dollars. The home page says 'A breach occurs when you violate the Max Drawdown rule.'
  • Some account cards show a dollar 'Step 1 Goal', and others show 'Step 1 Goal: N/A'.
  • Cards also show consistency percentages of 20%, 25% and 33%. An account option says increased consistency 'allows you to pass / get paid faster by trading less days.'
  • The How it works page says an account will be breached if it has no trading activity for 30 consecutive days.
  • The How it works page says WarBux does not require traders to place a stop loss.
  • The home page says positions can be held over the weekend at no additional cost, but the Symbols page lists a daily financing fee on open positions and the Terms say positions held overnight may incur swap rates.

Leverage and risk controls

The Symbols page says leverage is applied automatically, cannot be changed, and is 2X for 'All other instruments' (we could not see the other rows). The Terms say leverage and margin are currently fixed, but the firm may increase margin requirements, and risk controls may include adjustments to leverage, margin and position size limits.

Prediction-market accounts

The Predictions page shows '0.0% daily drawdown'. Its dollar profit targets, drawdowns and minimum payouts could not be matched to account sizes.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The rules below come from the Terms and Conditions unless we say otherwise. The help-centre article on allowed strategies says 'You may not engage in any trading strategies that are restricted by the Company or its Liquidity Providers.' It repeats the Terms' latency, insider-information, front-running, third-party-strategy and arbitrage items.

  • News: opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited. The Terms also treat consistently placing trades prior to news releases as trading activity that resembles gambling. The help centre adds that such positions may be closed, and the company alone decides what counts as a News Event.
  • 'All-in' trading, defined as committing all or a substantial portion of available capital or margin to a single trade, is listed as inappropriate risk management.
  • Copy trading from one account to another is only permitted if the trader owns all the accounts in question.
  • Group trading, signal services, passing services, or any other methods that bypass individual strategy are not allowed.
  • Using automated trading systems (EAs) or third-party trading strategies that facilitate copy trading is strictly prohibited. We did not see a wider EA rule.
  • Hedging or executing reverse trades within a single account is not prohibited. Executing a buy trade on one account and a sell trade on another is strictly prohibited, as is group hedging across multiple accounts.
  • The Terms also list: exploiting errors or latency in pricing or platforms, using non-public or insider information, front-running trades placed elsewhere, using any third-party or off-the-shelf strategy marketed to pass challenge accounts, and attempting to arbitrage an assessment account with another account.
  • Under 'No Gambling Permitted', the help centre gives taking excessive risks, such as utilising maximum leverage to open large positions, as an example.
  • The help centre says Prohibited Trading ends participation in the program, may include forfeiture of fees paid, and means no funded account.

Payouts and Scaling

  • The home page says 'Withdraw profits anytime. No limits. Daily cash outs.' and shows 'Min. Payout Threshold: $100'. The help-centre withdrawals article is more specific, and we use it: initial withdrawals can be requested at any time once consistency is met with at least $100 in profit, and 'Subsequent withdrawals are subject to a 14 day withdrawal delay (unless add-on is purchased).'
  • The article says withdrawals are 'subject to the profit split stated in the Trader Agreement', and the firm withdraws its share of the gains at the same time. Its worked example says 'the profit split is 80/10' (as written).
  • The drawdown does not reset on withdrawal; in its example the Maximum Drawdown stays at $94,000.
  • Withdrawals go through Columis (ETH, BTC, USDC) or Rise (fiat or crypto), to a crypto wallet or a local bank account. WarBux says it charges no additional withdrawal fee, but blockchain gas fees apply to crypto withdrawals.
  • The Predictions page says both 'Daily cash outs' and 'Weekly payouts'. It lists minimum payouts of $100, $500 and $2000, and says traders can 'get paid in cash or crypto instantly'.
  • The Terms say gains in breached accounts are forfeited unless protected by the Payout Protector.
  • The firm says it has paid 'Over half a million' to traders and that there are 'No denied payouts'.

Profit split

The highest split shown is 100%: account cards show 'Trader Keeps' figures of 80% and 100%, and the help-centre rules article lists splits of 80% and 100%, though we could not confirm which account each applies to. Both funded-account lines in that article give 80%. For prediction markets the firm says traders keep up to 90%. An add-on is offered to 'Take more of your profits'.

Scaling

The Predictions page shows 'Pass > Funding > Scale' and 'Access Larger Funding Capital'. We did not see the rules of a scaling plan.

Platforms, Markets and Fees

The firm lists DXTrade and GooeyPro as its trading platforms.

  • Crypto: 'Trade Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP) and more!'
  • Equities: 'Trade leading equities like NVDA, AAPL, META, SPCX, and more'.
  • Prediction markets: 'Trade Crypto, Earnings, Sports, Culture, Weather, Tech & More', including sports from NFL and NBA to F1, and Bitcoin up or down over 15-minute and hourly periods.

Fees

  • The home page says cryptocurrency trading is subject to a percentage-based commission rate of 0.05%.
  • The Symbols page sets financing fees at 5 basis points (0.05%) per open position per day on notional value, recorded at 0000 UTC and deducted at 0025 UTC. Spread is variable based on centralised exchange liquidity.
  • The Terms say rates vary by asset class, set by liquidity providers, and overnight positions may incur swap rates.

The Symbols page lists trading hours of 'Sunday 00:00 – Saturday 23:55'.

Company and Terms

  • The Terms say: 'Warbux LLC is an affiliate of Prop Account, LLC.' Assessments are provided by Prop Account, LC, fees are paid to Prop Account, LLC, and funded traders sign a Trader Agreement with Prop Account LC (the pages use both 'LLC' and 'LC').
  • The pages say neither Prop Account entity provides trading education or other services; Warbux LLC provides them.
  • The Terms are governed by US and Florida law, and say neither the company nor its affiliates is, or expects to be, registered as an investment company.
  • A help-centre article says: 'Once you pass the Assessment, we provide you with a funded account, backed by our capital.' The same article says 'The capital in your funded Account is notional', and that notional funds are the difference between the nominal account size and actual capital in a Funded Account.

Countries

A help-centre article says traders from all countries, excluding OFAC-listed countries, can take part, subject to applicable laws and unless otherwise limited at the company's discretion. We did not see the countries listed by name. The home page says 'No geo-restrictions, offering trading globally without limits.' (we could not see what that sentence refers to), and the Terms reserve the right to limit access to the site by person, region or jurisdiction.

Refunds and chargebacks

The Terms say: 'There are no refunds on any Services purchased from the Company.' The refund policy, which is more specific, says no refund is given once login details are emailed, except in some special circumstances if no trades were placed. It also says clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks will be permanently banned.

Who It Suits

WarBux may suit traders who want crypto or equities accounts on DXTrade or GooeyPro, or a prediction-market challenge, and who are comfortable with a 3-minute news restriction, a daily financing fee on open positions, a 14 day delay on withdrawals after the first unless an add-on is bought, and a strict refund policy. Because we could not confirm prices or per-account limits, check the checkout page for your account's exact terms before buying.

⚖️ Our Verdict

WarBux sells crypto and equities accounts and a prediction-market challenge, with assessments its pages say are provided by Prop Account. Its rules allow weekend holding and hedging within one account, but ban opening positions within 3 minutes of news events and charge a daily financing fee on open positions. Its help centre explains static and trailing drawdown and payout methods, but our copies did not let us confirm prices and limits per account, so this review covers its rules and terms rather than its price list.
