Overview

Vanquish Trader says it 'is a sim-to-fund prop firm where traders can take an evaluation and trade simulated funding for options'; its About page adds 'and advanced options'. Its guides name two evaluation accounts, the Basic Options Plan and the Advanced Options Plan, and say 'Vanquish uses a one-step evaluation model.' Traders who pass move to what the firm calls a Performance Account.

The firm says 'All trading activity takes place on demo accounts using virtual capital' and 'No real funds are traded and no orders reach live markets.' Its pages also state that 'Vanquish Trader is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or futures commission merchant.'

Our saved copies of the site are short. The plans page loaded without its price table and we could not save the help centre, so this review is shorter than usual. The Terms also differ from the rest of the site on markets, account sizes and profit targets; we set out those differences below.

Everything in this review comes from Vanquish Trader's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

  • The firm's guides say there is no time limit to pass the evaluation.
  • The guides state a 100% profit split on Performance Accounts and say payout requests can be made daily once eligible.
  • One page says 'There is no daily loss limit.'
  • The guides say there are no activation fees and no payout caps.
  • The pages say plainly that all trading is on demo accounts using virtual capital.

❌ Cons

  • Evaluations are paid as a monthly subscription, which one guide says 'continues throughout the evaluation'.
  • Overnight positions are not allowed: the home page says all trades must be closed by 3:59pm EST or they are auto liquidated.
  • Both evaluation accounts use a trailing drawdown (end-of-day trailing on Advanced Options).
  • A 30% consistency rule applies: per trade on Basic Options and per day on Advanced Options.
  • The Terms list markets, account sizes and profit targets that differ from the rest of the site.

Programmes and Prices

The firm's guides describe two one-step evaluation accounts: the Basic Options Plan and the Advanced Options Plan. One guide says 'Basic Options accounts are suited for traders building consistency' and 'Advanced Options are ideal for those who actively manage daily performance'. Another describes the Advanced Options Plan as 'a one-step evaluation account designed for traders who want higher options exposure'.

Account sizes. The home page says 'Accounts up to $150k.' The Advanced Options guide says 'Vanquish offers multiple account sizes ranging from $10K to $150K in simulated buying power.' The Terms instead describe buying power 'valued between 10,000 and 300,000'. We use the $10K to $150K range from the home page and guide, as these describe the options plans directly.

Prices. Evaluations are sold as a subscription. One guide says 'Monthly evaluation subscription pricing is disclosed upfront'. The plans page did not show its price table in our saved copy. The Terms list two rows headed 'Monthly Subscription':

  • $99.00 | $250.00 | $375.00 | $500.00 | $750.00
  • $199.00 | $499.00 | $799.00 | $999.00 | $1499.00

Our saved copy of the Terms does not show the column or table headings, so we cannot match each price to an account size or plan. The home page also shows '99$/mo' and carries a promotional banner for options trading plans.

Resets. The Terms say 'you may re-take the evaluation at a discounted rate by hitting “reset account.”' They list two 'Reset cost' rows: $49.00 to $375.00, and $199.00 to $1499.00. The home page shows 'Reset cost$49' and does not say whether this is one-time or monthly.

Other fees. The guides say there are 'No Activation Fees' and 'No activation or funding fees after passing'. One guide adds that 'the monthly subscription fee continues throughout the evaluation.'

Evaluation Rules

The firm's guides set out these evaluation rules for the two options accounts:

RuleBasic OptionsAdvanced Options
Profit target10%10%
Maximum drawdown5% trailing5% end-of-day trailing
Consistency ruleNo single trade can exceed 30% of total profitsNo single day can exceed 30% of total profits
Minimum activity10 trades4 trading days
Time limitNoneNone

The Advanced Options guide gives the example '$10,000 account → $1,000 target'.

Drawdown. One guide says one account 'uses an intraday trailing drawdown, which moves with your equity throughout the trading session', and that the Advanced account 'uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown instead'. The Advanced Options guide says the drawdown 'adjusts only based on your end-of-day balance', 'moves upward as equity increases' and 'never moves downward, even after losing days'. It adds: 'Intraday fluctuations are permitted as long as the account remains above the loss limit.' The home page describes a loss limit that 'trails in real time with your highest unrealized balance during the trading day'.

Daily loss. One guide says 'There is no daily loss limit.' Another lists 'No daily loss limits'.

Consistency. The Advanced Options guide says 'If a day exceeds the threshold, traders may continue trading to rebalance their consistency.' The Terms word the rule as 'In evaluation and Performance Account, no one trade can make up for 30% of total profits.'

Where the Terms differ. The Terms say 'The drawdown is relative to a Qualified Customer’s maximum profit target which is 6% and 10% for options trades' and 'The maximum drawdown is 3% on Futures, Forex, Equities, and Crypto, and Options trades get a maximum drawdown of 5%'. For options, both sources give a 10% target and a 5% drawdown, which is what we use above.

Performance Account. One guide says 'Once funded, there are no pass/fail profit targets.' Another describes the Performance Account as 'the funded stage where a static drawdown replaces the trailing model, and profits become withdrawable.'

Trading Restrictions

  • No overnight positions. The home page says 'All trades must be closed by 3:59pm EST or they will be auto liquidated as a market order'. The Terms say 'Vanquish does not allow overnight positions, so all trades will close out at market close for that specific instrument.'
  • Trading hours. The Terms say 'Equites and Options are available from 9:30AM - 4:00PM EST'.
  • No margin. The home page lists 'No margin · No time limit · No overnight positions'.
  • Options trades allowed. The home page says 'Only long calls and long puts' and 'SPX, XSP and VIX can only be traded long as single-leg calls/puts. No spreads, no selling to open.' Another page says the Basic account 'supports long calls and standard single-leg options strategies' and that 'The Advanced account also supports multi-leg strategies, which the Basic account does not.' Our saved home page did not show which account its 'Only long calls and long puts' wording covers.
  • Prohibited in the Terms. The Terms list 'Coordinating or cooperating with others on any trading activities related to the Program', 'Market making strategies that may be exploiting the spread of simulated bid/mid/ask' and 'Using nonpublic or insider information.'

Our saved pages did not cover news trading, expert advisors or bots, copy trading, high-frequency trading or minimum holding times.

Payouts and Scaling

The firm states '100% Profit Split on Performance Accounts – Traders keep all eligible profits'. Profits cannot be withdrawn during the evaluation: one guide says 'Profits aren't withdrawable during the evaluation phase.'

On payouts, the firm's pages say:

  • 'Payout requests may be submitted once per day'.
  • Payouts 'are processed through RiseWorks, which handles identity verification and compliance.'
  • Traders get 'Full access to payout requests once your KYC verification (required by RiseWorks) is completed'.
  • To request a payout, traders must 'Have at least the minimum eligible profit' and 'Close all open positions'. The home page says 'Minimum payout of $250'.
  • 'No Payout Caps & Daily Payout Availability'.
  • The Terms say the trader 'will be responsible for all other fees and expenses related to accepting and/or using the payout' and 'will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the payout value, if applicable'.

One guide says 'Withdrawals reduce that buffer, so managing payout timing is part of ongoing risk management.'

The firm says 'Payouts are performance-based rewards earned through simulated trading results' and 'They are not investment returns, wages, or proceeds from real trading.'

Scaling. One guide says 'There are no scaling tiers or percentage reductions'; our saved copy does not show whether this refers to account size or to the profit split. The About page says 'Successful traders are then given the chance to trade live capital on a professional trading desk'; our saved pages did not give the conditions for this.

Platforms and Markets

The home page names 'Web DxTrade', and one guide refers to 'DXTrade web and mobile platforms'. The site footer links to a 'Webtrader' and to apps on the App Store and Google Play.

Markets. The home page says the firm is 'Built for options and advanced options traders.' Its guides say the plans give 'access to options trading inside a simulated market environment using real market data.' The Terms, however, list 'Stocks, Options, Future, Forex, or Crypto.' and say 'An account can only accommodate one financial instrument.' The rest of the site describes options accounts only, so this review covers the options plans.

Company and Terms

The Terms name 'Vanquish Trading (“Vanquish”)'. One guide says 'Vanquish Trader operates as a U.S.-based proprietary trading firm'. The About page describes it as 'built by traders from quant, equity, market-making, and crypto desks'.

The firm states that it 'is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or futures commission merchant' and that 'Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice'.

The Terms include the condition 'Is a legal resident of the 50 United States/DC (excluding U.S. territories and possessions)'. Our saved copy does not show the surrounding text, so we cannot say whether residents of other countries are accepted. We did not find a published list of restricted countries.

The Terms also state: 'The pass rate of the evaluation program is estimated to be 10% to 12% of potential customers.'

Who It Suits

Vanquish Trader is aimed at options traders. It may suit traders who close all positions each day, as overnight positions are not allowed, and who prefer no evaluation deadline and no daily loss limit. Traders should allow for the monthly subscription, which continues until they pass, the trailing drawdown on both evaluation accounts and the 30% consistency rule.
