Overview

Sure Leverage Funding sells simulated trading accounts for CFD traders on MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. Its help centre lists the current rules under "Active Account Rules", with articles for Instant Funding Zero, Instant Funding Static, Instant Funding Intro, the 1 Step Challenge, the EA Challenge and Buy Now, Pay Later. The instant funding accounts skip the challenge phase, while the 1 Step Challenge is a single-phase evaluation.

The site footer says all accounts operate "exclusively in a simulated trading environment" and that no customer trades are executed in live markets. The General Rules article adds that accounts are demo accounts with virtual funds using live market quotes, and that the firm "may A-book and copy trade our best traders at our discretion".

Profit splits in the help articles range from 50% (the first withdrawal on Instant Funding Static and the EA Challenge, and the single payout on Instant Funding Intro) to 90% on the 1 Step Challenge. The marketing pages advertise "up to 100%" performance reward, which is higher than any split we found in the active help articles; the help pages and the sales pages also disagree on several other points, which we note below.

Everything in this review comes from Sure Leverage Funding's own web pages, saved on 11 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • 90% profit split and no time limit on the 1 Step Challenge.
  • Instant Funding Zero has no consistency rule, no minimum trading days and no per-payout profit cap.
  • Instant Funding Static uses an 8% static drawdown that does not trail.
  • Stop losses are not required.
  • The footer names the operating companies and states that all accounts are simulated.

❌ Cons

  • Instant Funding Static and the EA Challenge start at a 50% split and reach 80% only from the 6th withdrawal.
  • Each payout carries a 2% or $10 minimum transaction fee.
  • The 1% Floating Loss Rule halves the split on a first breach and closes the account on a second.
  • News trading is restricted in funded accounts, and trades must stay open over 2 minutes.
  • No scaling plan, and evaluation fees are non-refundable.
  • Sales pages and help articles disagree on profit split, minimum days and the payout guarantee.

Programmes and Prices

The help centre groups its rule articles into "Active Account Rules" and "Retired Account Rules/Information". The active collection covers six account types, plus general rules, platform rules and a payout policy for free accounts. The table below summarises each active programme as its own article describes it.

Instant Funding Intro is a fixed-term account: it runs for a maximum of 16 days, with a single payout available from day 14, and the 5% profit cap equals a $50 maximum withdrawal. The page also uses a $5,000 account in its drawdown and consistency examples, although it says the account is offered in a $1,000 size only.

Buy Now, Pay Later lets traders activate any account size for $10 and pay the full account fee only after passing the challenge. Failing or breaching the account forfeits the $10 activation fee. The article does not state a profit target for its challenge phase.

Prices

The plan tables on the homepage, Payouts and Challenges pages show Instant Funding Zero cards from 5K to 200K, each marked "One Time Payment", next to a "LIMITED TIME" offer banner and a "First 1,000 people only" label. Each card shows two dollar figures, and the pages do not say which one is the regular price, so we do not quote prices here. We did not see price cards for the other programmes in the pages we saved.

An add-on that removes the Floating Loss Rule costs 15% of the account cost on Instant Funding Static, the EA Challenge and Instant Funding Lite. The Instant Funding Intro article says the same add-on is available for that account. The General Rules article says evaluation fees are non-refundable "at the moment".

Retired and conflicting listings

The retired collection holds articles for 2 Step, 2 Step Drop Out Plan, Pro Zero, Free Challenge, Instant Funding Lite, Instant Funding Trailing, One Step Pro (Futures Style) and Instant Funding (Futures Style); we do not cover those accounts. The homepage, however, still shows a "Futures Style" model marked "New!" for MT5 and TradeLocker. The Challenges page comparison table also still lists Instant Funding Lite as "Most Popular".

Trading Rules by Programme

Instant Funding Zero

The Instant Funding Zero article says it was updated as of 20 August 2026 and that giveaway accounts are subject to the old rules. The 4% maximum drawdown is measured from the highest water mark: in the page's example, a 5K account whose equity peaks at $5,200 must stay above $5,000. The 2% daily drawdown is recalculated at 5pm EST from the higher of balance or equity. There is no consistency rule and no minimum number of days or trades. To request a payout the account must first reach a 3% profit buffer, and only profit above the buffer can be withdrawn. There is no profit cap per payout.

Instant Funding Static

The 8% maximum drawdown is static: on a $100,000 account, equity may never fall below $92,000. The 4% daily drawdown is recalculated at 5pm EST from the higher of balance or equity. No single trading day may equal or exceed 25% of total profit for the payout period, and the lot size consistency rule has been removed. A payout needs 4 profitable trading days of at least 0.5% profit each. Withdrawals are capped at 5% of the initial balance per cycle. A paid "Top Up" feature lets a trader in drawdown restore the balance to the starting balance.

1 Step Challenge (New)

The 1 Step Challenge has a 10% profit target, no time limit and no further profit target once funded. The 10% maximum drawdown trails on an end-of-day basis: only the 5:00 PM EST snapshot moves it, and it never comes back down. The drawdown and daily drawdown rules apply in both the evaluation and funded phases. The 50% consistency rule applies to both phases: it must be met to pass the challenge and to receive a payout. A funded account follows after the target is reached and KYC verification is completed. Averaging into trades is allowed.

EA Challenge

The EA Challenge allows Expert Advisors, including high-frequency trading robots, in the challenge phase only; EAs are not allowed once funded. Its 8% drawdown trails the highest balance or equity until the account reaches 6% profit, then locks at the starting balance. The page warns that withdrawals reduce the remaining drawdown buffer. The daily loss limit is 4% of the initial balance, and payouts need 4 profitable days of at least 0.5% each. Trades in the same direction on the same pair within a short timeframe count as one "Trade Idea" for consistency checks.

Buy Now, Pay Later

In the funded phase, no single day may equal or exceed 20% of total profit for the payout period, and the page says consistency is calculated on total profit, not the profit cap. Withdrawals are capped at 5% of the initial balance per cycle.

All accounts

Stop losses are not required; the instant funding articles say this applies to all accounts. All metrics reset at 5 PM EST. An account must have at least one pending order or trade every 30 days to stay active.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

News trading. On Instant Funding Zero, Instant Funding Static, Instant Funding Intro and the EA Challenge the articles say news trading is not allowed and that trades must not be opened or closed 5 minutes before or after red folder news. The Static, Intro, EA Challenge and Buy Now, Pay Later articles say profits from such trades are deducted at payout, effective 29 September 2026. On the 1 Step Challenge and Buy Now, Pay Later, news trading is allowed in the challenge phase but not within 5 minutes of a Red News event in the funded phase.

Expert Advisors. EAs are not allowed on Instant Funding accounts or on the 1 Step Challenge; the EA Challenge allows them in the challenge phase only. The Buy Now, Pay Later article's EA entry repeats the instant funding wording ("EAs are not allowed on Instant Funding accounts").

Copy trading. Most articles allow copying your own trades but not copying another trader's trades in the same timeframe. The EA Challenge article says copy trading is "Permitted on EA Challenge accounts".

Tick scalping. The programme articles ask traders to keep trades open for over 2 minutes. The General Rules article defines tick scalping as trades held for less than 1–2 minutes and treats it as a soft breach in the funded stage, with profits deducted.

Hard breaches. In the funded stage, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, account management and reverse arbitrage are hard breaches that close the account. VPS and VPN use is not permitted, and sharing account logins leads to termination.

Soft breaches. Profit from a breaching trade is deducted at payout; an account may have at most 20 soft breaches, and a payout is declined if 50% or more of trades are soft breaches. A first payout denial halves the profit split and a second closes the account. The General Rules article states more broadly that any violation, in evaluation or funded accounts, results in termination.

Floating Loss Rule. On the instant funding accounts, the EA Challenge and Buy Now, Pay Later, equity falling more than 1% below the starting balance (including floating losses, swaps and commissions) halves the profit split on the first breach and closes the account on the second. The start dates differ by article: the Static article applies it to accounts bought after 2 February 2026, the EA Challenge article to accounts bought after 15 June 2025. The Buy Now, Pay Later article heads the rule "from 16th September 2025" but also says it applies to accounts bought after 15 June 2025.

We found no rule on holding trades overnight or over weekends, or on hedging, in the pages we saved.

Payouts and Scaling

Instant Funding Zero, the 1 Step Challenge, the EA Challenge and Buy Now, Pay Later pay out every two weeks. Instant Funding Static has a 14-day schedule but its article also marks instant payouts as available, so payouts can be requested as soon as requirements are met. The same article also says instant payout requests "may be available" during promotional periods. Instant payouts are not available on Instant Funding Zero, the EA Challenge or Buy Now, Pay Later. The EA Challenge article says instant payouts are available only on the 1 Step, 2 Step and Instant Funding challenges; the 1 Step article itself does not mention instant payouts.

According to the General Rules article, payouts are made via Riseworks.io or USDT (TRC20), the minimum withdrawal is 0.5% of the starting balance, and each payout carries a "2% or 10$ minimum transaction fee". The Payouts page says Rise supports bank transfer, crypto and local payment methods, and that USDT TRC20 and other stablecoins are supported. After a payout the account is reset to the starting balance.

24-hour guarantee. The programme articles say eligible payouts are processed within 24 business hours, or the trader receives an extra 10% on the profit split; weekends, holidays, compliance checks and Rise onboarding delays are excluded. The Payouts page states the guarantee differently: "Get Paid In 24 Hours Or We Pay You An Extra $1000". The About page states a "12hrs average payout time".

Scaling and limits. The General Rules article says no scaling plan is currently offered. Traders may hold unlimited evaluation accounts, up to $400,000 total funding, of which no more than $200,000 may be Instant Funding.

Free and giveaway accounts. Accounts from giveaways, promotions, competitions or complimentary offers are limited to one payout, after which the account is closed.

The Payouts page says the firm has paid "$4,000,000+" in total payout rewards; we have not verified this figure.

Platforms and Markets

The platform rules list MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker. When we saved the plan tables, the MetaTrader 5 option carried the note "MetaTrader 5 is not available in your region"; the page does not say which regions this covers.

Tradable instruments are FX majors and minors, FX exotics, indices, gold, commodities and selected cryptocurrencies. Leverage is 1:50 in challenges, 1:30 in the funded phase and 1:100 in the EA Challenge's challenge phase.

Company and Terms

The site footer names ASAP Solutions FZ-LLC, trading as Sure Leverage Funding, as the website owner and programme operator, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, and as the contracting party under the Terms & Conditions. It says the simulated trading environment is provided by Sure Leverage Funding Ltd, a Saint Lucia company (number 2025-00514). It also describes an operations and support office in Tbilisi, Georgia, which it says is not a contracting entity. Its terms are governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.

The footer states that the company does not operate as a broker, dealer, investment adviser or custodian and does not accept customer deposits. We found no claim of regulation or licensing on the saved pages. The About page says the firm was established in 2022 and names Sebastian Ness as CEO.

Traders must be 18 or over. The General Rules article says it cannot accept traders from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk (Ukraine), Somalia, Syria, Pakistan, Algeria, Vietnam and Taiwan. Traders from Malaysia are limited to $50,000 total funding. Accounts must be in the trader's legal name.

Support is offered by live chat, Discord and email (support@sureleveragefunding.com).

Where the Pages Disagree

  • Profit split on Instant Funding Zero: the article gives 70% from the first payout, while the plan cards and the Challenges comparison table show "Up to 100%".
  • Minimum trading days on Instant Funding Zero: the article and plan cards say none, but the comparison table shows "5 Days".
  • The comparison table's "Instant Funding" column (no trailing drawdown, which matches the Instant Funding Static article's static drawdown) shows "None" for minimum trading days, while the Instant Funding Static article requires 4 profitable trading days before a payout.
  • The payout guarantee compensation is "an extra 10%" on the profit split in the help articles but "An Extra $1000" on the Payouts page.
  • Futures Style and Instant Funding Lite appear on the sales pages, but their rule articles sit in the retired collection.

Where the pages conflict, we have used the programme's own help article, which is the more specific source.

Who It Suits

The 1 Step Challenge suits traders who want a single 10% target with no time limit and a 90% split, and who can meet a 50% consistency rule in both phases. Instant Funding Zero suits traders who want to skip an evaluation and avoid a consistency rule, accepting a 4% drawdown, a 2% daily limit and a 70% split. Traders who rely on EAs can use them only in the EA Challenge's challenge phase. News traders should note the 5-minute red-news window in funded accounts.

⚖️ Our Verdict

Sure Leverage Funding offers simulated instant funding accounts and a 1 Step Challenge with a 90% split, on MT5 and TradeLocker, operated by a Ras Al Khaimah free-zone company. The help articles set out the rules in detail, including a 1% floating loss rule, a 5-minute news window in funded accounts and a 2% or $10 payout fee. Read the specific programme article before buying, because the sales pages and help articles do not always agree.
