Overview

Pivex Funded's pricing page lists one evaluation, the 1-Step Challenge, sold as a monthly Membership. Accounts come in $10K, $25K, $50K and $100K sizes, billed every 30 days at $49.99, $99.99, $199.99 or $299.99. Billing stops once you pass the Challenge and complete verification. Its pages say every account is simulated and uses real-time market data.

The Challenge has a 10% profit target, a 4% daily loss limit, a 6% static maximum loss, a minimum of five trading days and no time limit. Traders who pass move to the Pivex Trader stage, where the reward split is 80%. Trading is on Match-Trader, with forex, commodities, indices, crypto and stocks traded as CFDs.

The site's footer names ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP., a Delaware company, as the operator, and says the site is a marketing and payment page while accounts run on pivex.com. Some of its pages conflict with the pricing page on the reward split, account sizes, payout timing and refunds; we quote each below. We use the pricing, trading and membership pages for the figures in this review.

Everything in this review comes from Pivex Funded's own web pages, saved on 28 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key highlights

Pros

  • One-phase Challenge with no time limit.
  • Static 6% maximum loss measured from the starting balance.
  • Monthly prices for every size listed on one page, from $49.99 every 30 days.
  • No fee for requesting a reward; Pivex covers its own bank transfer commission.
  • Overnight and weekend holding allowed in the Challenge and at the Pivex Trader stage.
  • Scaling of 30% per step after 15% net profit in three months, up to $1,000,000 simulated.

Cons

  • Billing continues every 30 days until you pass and complete verification, cancel, or the account is terminated; each Membership is billed separately.
  • Its pages conflict on the reward split, payout timing and fee refunds.
  • Its Terms of Use limit eligibility to US residents, while other pages describe traders in 170+ countries.
  • Five-trading-day minimum and a 50% consistency rule in both stages.
  • No trading within five minutes of high-impact news at the Pivex Trader stage.
  • The position-size limit is left to the Help Center; we did not see it on the pages we read.

Programmes and prices

The only programme on the pricing page is the 1-Step Challenge, sold as a Membership. Every size has the same rules; only the dollar size of each limit and the price change. Prices are in US dollars; checkout shows your local currency where available, and VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your location.

The Membership renews every 30 days from your start date, not on a fixed day of the month. The pricing and membership pages say each billing cycle adds a new Challenge account, and accounts you have not started are saved as credits for three months. Its membership page says that after a loss limit 'you can activate a saved credit instead of paying again'; the Membership Agreement says the Membership keeps rebilling every 30 days and each rebill adds the Restart Credit. Promo codes apply to the monthly price.

Its homepage says you can 'Trade a simulated trading account of up to $200,000' and its Rewards page says 'Scale up to $200,000 in simulated trading capital'. The pricing page lists $10K to $100K, and the trading page gives a scaling cap of $1,000,000.

Its Membership Agreement adds detail: you may be offered a reduced introductory price for the first 30-day period, after which the standard price is charged automatically. Each successful rebill gives you one Restart Credit, which expires three months after it is issued, and you can also buy a Restart at any time. We did not see a Restart price on the pages we read. Each Membership is billed separately, and passing on one account does not stop billing on any other Membership.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The Terms of Use describe a one-time Registration Fee, which differs from the monthly Membership on the pricing page; the Membership Agreement says it prevails on billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. The Membership Agreement also refers to 'one-off purchases of individual Challenge Accounts and add-ons'; we did not see these priced on the pages we read.

Trading rules

1-Step Challenge

  • Profit target: 10% of the starting balance.
  • Daily loss limit: 4%, renewed every trading day at 00:00 UTC.
  • Maximum loss: 6% of the starting balance, static. It does not move as the account grows; on a $100K account the floor is $94,000.
  • Minimum trading days: five days with at least one trade.
  • Time limit: none.
  • Consistency: your largest trading day must stay under 50% of total profit. The Terms word this rule as your highest single trade, not your best day.

When you reach the target, you close all trades and request an upgrade. The team reviews the account, you accept a Trader Agreement and you verify your identity with a government photo ID and a selfie. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over; its Terms require the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Pivex Trader stage

There is no profit target. The 4% daily and 6% maximum loss limits, the five-trading-day minimum and the consistency rule stay in place.

Daily Loss Protection and inactivity

Membership accounts include Daily Loss Protection: if an account loses 3% in one day, open positions close and trading on that account pauses. It works once per account and does not change the 4% or 6% limits. The membership pages say Membership Challenge accounts have no inactivity rule, but the Terms of Use say an account cannot be inactive for more than 30 calendar days at any stage.

Restrictions and prohibited strategies

Holding trades overnight and over the weekend is allowed in the Challenge and at the Pivex Trader stage. Swaps apply to positions held past the daily rollover around 21:00 UTC, with a triple swap on Wednesdays.

News trading is allowed in the Challenge. At the Pivex Trader stage, trades are not opened or closed in the five minutes before and after a high-impact release. Its Terms also list systematically trading immediately before or after scheduled high-impact announcements to exploit data-feed processing as prohibited.

Its pages list these as not allowed at any stage:

  • High-frequency trading, which it defines as trades closed within 30 seconds
  • Tick scalping and latency arbitrage
  • Grid and martingale strategies
  • Hedging across accounts
  • Copying trades from other people or third-party services
  • Oversized positions on one instrument (the limit is explained in its Help Center, which we did not read)

Its Terms add a ban on Expert Advisors or algorithmic tools not expressly authorised by the company, and on overtrading, position stacking and impulsive or reckless trading. The Terms also say the company may decide that conduct not on the list is a prohibited practice. Its Terms allow one active registered account (profile) per user unless the company grants an exception in writing, and reserve the right to limit the number of active Challenges per user. Its Traders page says you can trade more than one Challenge account at the same time, and its Membership Agreement says there is no limit on the number of Memberships you may hold, subject to the Capital Allocation Limit and the other restrictions in the Terms of Use.

Payouts and scaling

The reward split at the Pivex Trader stage is 80%. Your first reward request opens 14 days after the Pivex Trader account is activated, once you have five trading days and verification is complete; after that you can request a reward every 14 days. Rewards are paid in US dollars by bank transfer, with a $50 minimum, after each request is reviewed. Pivex says it covers its own bank transfer commission, so there is no fee for requesting a reward; your bank may charge its own fees.

Its Rewards page has wording that does not match the pages above. It says you can raise the split to 90% with a Profit Split Boost and request rewards weekly or bi-weekly depending on the add-ons bought with your plan; we did not see these add-ons on the pricing page. On payout speed, the Rewards page says rewards reach your bank within 24 hours of approval, and the homepage says most payouts arrive in under 30 seconds, with some cards and countries taking up to 24 hours, for non-US countries only. Its Contact page says rewards are 'paid out weekly' and withdrawals are 'completed within 24 hours'.

Scaling

At the Pivex Trader stage, reaching 15% net profit within three months lets the account be scaled by 30%. The step can repeat up to $1,000,000 in simulated capital, and progress is measured on the profit that stays in the account.

Fee refunds

Its pages disagree. The Rewards page says your original Challenge fee is refunded in full with your third reward, and the Contact page says the fee is refundable under its refund policy. The Terms of Use say all fees are non-refundable once paid, except as required by law, and the Membership Agreement says Membership and Restart fees are non-refundable except as set out in it, with a 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland subject to conditions.

Platforms and markets

Accounts run on Match-Trader, a web-based platform that works in Chrome, Firefox or Safari on a computer or phone, with TradingView charts built in. All instruments are CFDs; Pivex says it does not offer exchange-traded futures, options or copy trading.

Every account includes Pivex Academy, with four modules and 18 short lessons with quizzes. The AI Assistant's basic tier is included with every Challenge account, with three setups and three analyses a day; AI Max removes the limits and is a one-time purchase. Its pages say the assistant does not open, change or close trades.

Company and terms

The site's footer says it is operated by ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP., registered in Delaware, United States, under registration number 10518966, with its registered office at 3500 S. Dupont Hwy., Dover. Its Terms of Use are for the 'Pivex Platform US', which ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP says it runs under licence from Vitioria Limited, described as the global owner and developer of the Pivex technology. The withdrawal form in the Membership Agreement is addressed to Vitioria Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus. Its About page says Pivex Funded is not related to Pivex Group LTD, a UK consulting company.

The Terms say trading is simulated only, no real money is placed at market risk, and the platform is not regulated by the CFTC, NFA, SEC, FINRA or any financial regulatory authority. The footer says the company is not a broker. Rewards are described in the Terms as incentive payments funded from the company's own operating revenues.

The Terms of Use limit eligibility to legal residents of the United States, except any jurisdictions listed as excluded on the website. We did not find such a list. Other pages say Pivex has traders in more than 170 countries, and the homepage payout note mentions non-US countries, so check your eligibility under the Terms of Use before buying.

Under the Membership Agreement, a Membership keeps billing every 30 days until you cancel it or the account qualifies for the Pivex Trader stage. You cancel in your profile's billing settings or by emailing support; deleting the app or stopping trading does not cancel it.

Who it suits

Pivex Funded suits traders who want a single-phase evaluation with no deadline and a static maximum loss, and who are comfortable paying monthly until they pass. The five-day minimum and the 50% consistency rule favour steady trading over one large day. It does not suit traders who rely on trades closed within 30 seconds, copy trading or unapproved Expert Advisors, or who want to trade news freely after passing. Because its Terms limit eligibility to US residents and several pages disagree on refunds and payouts, read the Terms and the Membership Agreement before buying.

MyPropGenius Rating

MyPropGenius Rating: 2.7/5 — its Transparency Index score of 55/100 ÷ 20, rounded down

The rating measures how openly Pivex Funded discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.

Is Pivex Funded legit?

Its footer and Terms name ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP, Delaware registration number 10518966, and say trading is simulated, it is not a broker and it is not regulated. The Terms of Use say all fees are non-refundable, and the site footer says all purchases are non-refundable. Its homepage and Rewards page show payout claims (a highest single reward of $12,160 and an average reward of $3,455), five named traders' totals, testimonials and a showcase of payout certificates, but the certificate images carry no dates we could read. We found no copy of its homepage in the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) and its pages give no founding year, so there is no operating-history data.

Its Transparency Index score is 55/100 (Mixed). This review describes what the firm publishes; we do not verify payouts or test accounts.
