Overview

Nova Funded's home page describes four lines: forex, gold, oil and indices; crypto; index, energy and commodity futures; and US stocks and ETFs. Its FAQ refers to Instant Funding plans, crypto-only evaluation programs, a Funded Futures Plan and an intraday equities program, and its Terms refer to One Step and Two Step Plans. The home page says traders can 'get funded up to $400K and trade 60+ currency pairs, gold, oil and indices', and 'pass the challenge and keep up to 90% of your profits'.

The firm's pages say Nova Funded LLC 'is provided by Forest Park FX LTD', that Forest Park FX LTD offers fee-based simulated trading assessments, and that all assessment fees are paid to Forest Park FX LTD. The Terms also carry the name 'The Prop Account Group of Companies'.

Our saved pages did not include the challenge page with account sizes and prices, and several FAQ answers did not show their percentage figures. This review is therefore shorter than usual. Our saved copy of the FAQ often did not show which programme an answer belongs to; where it did not, we say so.

Everything in this review comes from Nova Funded's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The home page describes these lines:

  • 'Get funded up to $400K and trade 60+ currency pairs, gold, oil and indices with our capital.'
  • 'Trade Bitcoin, Ethereum and 26 crypto products on a funded account'
  • 'Trade index, energy and commodity futures' on exchanges
  • 'Trade US stocks and ETFs with our simulated capital.'

The FAQ adds Instant Funding, which it says lets you skip the evaluation and trade a funded account from day one. It refers to crypto-only evaluation programs, calls the Funded Futures Plan a performance-based futures trading program, and describes an intraday equities program for traders who open and close all positions within the same trading session. The Terms refer to One Step and Two Step Plans, using a 100k One Step Plan and a 100k Two Step Plan as an example.

Prices

We could not see prices by account size. The home page describes the fee as a one-time fee and showed a promotion valid on the first purchase only.

The FAQ lists an optional point-of-sale add-on, Payout Protector, for an additional 25% cost. The Terms say prices and availability are subject to change without notice, and that there are no refunds on any services purchased from the company.

Account limits

The Terms permit a maximum of $1 million in active evaluation plans per person, and limit traders to one active account per assessment level. The FAQ caps active Instant Funding plans at $190,000 per person. One FAQ answer caps the combined starting balances of active accounts at $325,000; our copy did not show which programme it applies to.

Trading Rules

Our saved copy of the FAQ shows many rules, but most answers did not show which programme they belong to, and several did not show their percentage figures.

Rules the FAQ ties to a programme

  • Crypto: a Daily Cap Limit applies, defined as the maximum percentage of your starting balance that your crypto account can move. We did not see the percentage.
  • Crypto: you can hold and trade Crypto products over a weekend.
  • Futures: the FAQ says the futures program does not prohibit trading during news events. Our copy cut off the rest of that answer.
  • Equities: equities trading is offered with 2:1 leverage.

FAQ answers our copy did not tie to a programme

  • A Daily Loss Limit is described as the maximum your account can lose in any given day. We did not see the percentage.
  • One answer says the maximum drawdown 'is static and does not trail'; another says it is static and will remain at the same value for as long as the account remains active.
  • One answer describes a Maximum Trailing Drawdown that at some point 'no longer trails and is permanently locked in at your starting balance'; our copy did not show the condition.
  • One answer says the Maximum Trailing Loss for each phase trails using End of Day Balance.
  • One answer gives a 3.0% Maximum Trailing Drawdown based on closed balance only, not equity.
  • One answer requires 10% returns in the Evaluation phase to progress to the Funded phase. Another says to reach the profit target while following the consistency requirement and the Max Loss Limit.
  • One answer applies a 25% cap on your best day's profit; another says funded phases are subject to a 25% consistency requirement.
  • One answer gives up to 50:1 leverage on forex and metals, 10:1 on indices, 5:1 on oil and 2:1 on cryptocurrencies; another gives up to 5:1 on BTC and ETH.
  • One answer says positions can be held over the weekend. Another requires all trades to be closed by 3:45 PM EST on the last trading day of the week, typically Friday; another says all positions must be closed and all open orders cancelled at 1510 CST each weekday; another says positions may not be carried beyond 15:55 ET.
  • One answer refers to accounts with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days.
  • Each Phase (1–4) has a maximum time limit of 60 calendar days, and during Phases 1–4 you must place an executed trade once every 14 days to keep the account.
  • One answer says 'These fees are included in your purchase price during Phases 1 through 4'; our copy did not show which fees. Another says any applicable market data or platform fees will be deducted from the account balance monthly.
  • All trades must be held for at least 1 minute.
  • One answer refers to generating 'at least 0.5% profit per day over three separate trading days'; our copy did not show the context.
  • One answer says you can trade using an automated strategy. Another refers to a set-up 'which does not support Expert Advisors or other automated strategies'.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The Terms say opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited, and that the company has sole and absolute discretion in deciding what counts as a News Event. They add that the rule is not meant to penalise traders who trade through a news event by accident. The FAQ says the futures program does not prohibit trading during news events.

The Terms list prohibited practices, including:

  • exploiting errors or latency in the pricing or platforms provided by the broker;
  • front-running of trades placed elsewhere;
  • using any third-party or off-the-shelf strategy, or one marketed to pass challenge accounts;
  • using one strategy to pass an assessment and a different strategy in a funded account;
  • arbitraging an assessment account against another account with the company or a third-party company;
  • using non-public or insider information;
  • gambling-style risk management, such as committing all or a substantial portion of available capital or margin to a single trade.

The FAQ also says that using maximum leverage to open large positions in the hope of reaching profit targets through a single price movement is strictly prohibited.

Copy trading from one account to another is only permitted if the trader owns all the accounts. Group trading, signal services, passing services and other methods that bypass individual strategy are not allowed. Using EAs or third-party strategies that facilitate copy trading is strictly prohibited.

Hedging within a single account is not prohibited. Placing a buy trade on one account and a sell trade on another is strictly prohibited.

The Terms say commissions or commission-equivalents may be charged on trading activity, and positions held overnight may incur swap rates.

Payouts

The pages give these profit split and payout statements. Most do not name a programme.

  • Home page: 'Pass the challenge and keep up to 90% of your profits.'
  • Home page: 'Keep up to 80% of your profits with payouts every 14 days.'
  • Home page: payouts 'every two weeks' on one line, and 'Withdraw up to 90% of your profits on demand.'
  • About Us: 'Payouts are on-demand and usually processed within hours!'
  • FAQ: 90% of profits in the Live Funded Futures phase.
  • FAQ (programme not shown): an 80/20 profit split for funded accounts, with an add-on to increase the split to 90% for an additional 15%.
  • FAQ (programme not shown): a split that can increase to 90% with purchase of an add-on.
  • FAQ (programme not shown): payouts 'no more frequently than once per thirty (30) days'.
  • FAQ (programme not shown): the first payout may be requested after 14 days in the Funded phase.

The pages are not consistent on timing: 'on demand' on the home and About Us pages, but no more frequently than once per 30 days in one FAQ answer.

One FAQ answer sets the minimum withdrawal at the greater of $100 or 1% of the account's starting balance; another sets it at $100 when requesting a payout through the platform. Our copy did not show which programmes these apply to.

The home page lists payouts via crypto, wire transfer or digital wallets, naming Rise and PayPal.

We did not see a scaling plan. One FAQ answer says you can start with up to $1 million of initial funding and grow the account to any balance you desire, with no limits on compounding. Our copy did not show which programme this applies to.

The FAQ also mentions the R|Trader Pro desktop application (Windows only). It gives two instrument lists: FX pairs and CFD indices, commodities, metals and cryptocurrencies; and FX pairs and CFD indices, metals and cryptocurrencies. Our copy did not show which programmes these apply to.

The FAQ says it offers 26 different cryptocurrency products, that futures traders may trade futures products only, listed on named exchanges (our copy did not include the list), and that equities traders may trade any S&P 100 equity products made available on the platform.

The Trading Platforms page mentions 'Algorithmic-trading support' and 'Automation through cTrader Automate'.

Company and Terms

The firm's pages say Nova Funded LLC is provided by Forest Park FX LTD, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 USA. The Privacy Policy describes Nova Funded LLC as a company registered under the laws of the United States. The Terms page also carries the name 'The Prop Account Group of Companies'.

The pages say Forest Park FX LTD offers fee-based simulated trading assessments, that all funding assessments are provided by it and all assessment fees are paid to it, and that it does not provide any trading education or other services. On whether trading is simulated, the pages describe 'a secure simulated environment', and the Terms say the company does not provide the opportunity to invest actual currency. The Terms also say traders who pass an assessment shall be allocated capital to trade in a live account, and the FAQ refers to a Live Funded Futures phase.

Who It Suits

Nova Funded may suit traders who want forex, crypto, futures or US stock programmes from one firm, and who are prepared to check rules that differ by account. Traders who rely on news trading, signal or passing services, or third-party strategies should read the restrictions first. Because we could not see prices by account size, several rule percentages, or which programme many FAQ answers belong to, check the challenge page and FAQ before buying.
