Overview

MyFundedPerps (its legal pages also use the name MyFundedPerpetuals) describes itself as "a perpetuals-focused prop firm". It sells simulated evaluation challenges for perpetual futures contracts, and traders who pass may receive a Simulated Funded Account. Its FAQ names four account lines: Select, Elite, Prime and Signature.

The firm says all of its accounts are simulated and that no real capital is deposited, used or risked. Its legal pages name the operator as Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. Most of the detail in this review comes from the homepage, the Terms of Use, the refund policy and the trading disclaimer. The FAQ page we saved showed its questions but almost none of the answers, and we could not read the firm's separate documentation site, so the full rules of each account line (Select, Elite, Prime and Signature) are not covered here.

Everything in this review comes from MyFundedPerps' own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The homepage invites traders to "Pick a tier. Pass the evaluation. Get funded." The FAQ refers to Select, Elite, Prime and Signature accounts, and to "Free 1K and 2.5K Select Accounts". Our copy of the FAQ did not include its answers, so we cannot say how these accounts differ or how the free accounts are given out.

The homepage showed four sale prices: $28, $70, $133 and $252 USD. It also showed four list prices: $40, $100, $190 and $360 USD. Our copy of the page did not show, in the page's own words, which account size or programme each price belongs to, so we do not match them up here. The figures labelled "Sale Price" are promotional prices; the figures labelled "List Price" are the standard prices.

The Terms of Use say "Challenge fees are one-time, non-recurring charges." The refund policy also calls them one-time fees and says "Prices and availability may change at any time without notice." All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. The Terms say each customer may complete no more than 10 Challenge accounts in any rolling 24-hour period.

The homepage sets a funded allocation cap: "Maximum $300K total funded allocation, with a maximum of $100K per model type."

The competitions page advertises crypto perpetual futures trading competitions. For one competition it describes "a $100,000 competition account from October 5 to October 31" and says "The top 100 traders all win a Select account, up to $100K."

Trading Rules

The homepage lists one set of evaluation figures. Its wording, as we saved it, does not say which programme or account size the figures belong to, so they may not apply to the Elite, Prime or Signature accounts.

RuleHomepage figure
Profit target9%
Maximum drawdown3%, static
Daily loss limit3%
Consistency ruleNone
Time limit"No time limits, no pressure."

The Terms of Use say challenges have rules including profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits and minimum trading day requirements. They say Funded Accounts are subject to ongoing risk management rules identical to the evaluation phase, including maximum drawdown and daily loss limits. The refund policy says no refund is given because a trader does not reach the profit target or "Violates a maximum drawdown, daily loss, consistency, position-size, or other trading rule".

Inactivity

The Terms say you must make at least one trade on each Evaluation Account within 30 consecutive calendar days, and on each Funded Account within seven consecutive calendar days.

Exposure caps

The firm publishes per-market exposure caps and maximum leverage for its challenge accounts on a separate page, which lists 128 markets. Each cap limits your combined open notional, long plus short. Orders that exceed the cap are rejected, while reductions and closes remain allowed. The page says other users do not consume your allowance and that each Elite account has its own cap.

Swap charges

The FAQ page says each hourly swap charge uses the position's notional at the applicable mark price and one twenty-fourth of the daily rate. Charges continue during scheduled market closures, using the latest valid closing mark. A position closed before the next hourly charge does not pay that charge. Venue funding rates shown in the terminal are for information only.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The trading disclaimer says prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, latency-based exploitation, position sizing inconsistent with realistic trading norms, and circumvention of platform risk parameters. It says the firm may, at its sole discretion, void simulated gains or disqualify results, and that "All such actions are final and not subject to appeal."

Our copy of the Terms of Use shows the following items, without the sentence that introduces them:

  • "Trading during a Platform-designated restricted news or event window in violation of the published policy"
  • "Using automated trading bots, scripts, high-frequency request patterns, mass account control"
  • "Using external copy trading, account mirroring, signal execution, or account-management arrangements"
  • "using multiple accounts to hedge, mirror, or coordinate trades in a manner that provides an unfair advantage"
  • "Wash trading, collusion, opposite-position schemes, artificial volume"

The Terms also say payouts may be delayed if there is reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct. Read the full Terms before trading, as our copy does not show the exact scope of each item.

The FAQ has headings including "Cross Hedging", "High-Frequency Trading (HFT)", "Latency Arbitrage", "Spoofing and Layering", "Wash Trading / Self-Trading" and "Account Cycling / Sacrificial Accounts". It also asks "Is news trading allowed?" and "Is automated trading allowed?" Our copy did not include the answers.

The homepage promotes trading through an agent: "Paste one prompt and it reads your MyFundedPerps account and trades it directly". It says "Your agent trades under the same rules and limits as you do." The Terms item on automated trading bots and scripts (above) sits alongside this feature, and we could not see how the firm reconciles the two, so check with the firm before using a bot or agent.

Payouts and Profit Split

The homepage states a profit split of "Up to 90%". The Terms of Use say funded traders are entitled to receive up to 90% of net profits on their Funded Account, "according to the funded-account terms issued for that Challenge." We did not see the conditions for reaching 90% or the split on each programme.

The pages differ on how often payouts are made. The homepage lists payouts as "Daily", while the Terms of Use say "Profit payouts are processed on a weekly schedule, subject to the platform's minimum withdrawal threshold." We could not see which applies to which account. The homepage says "Request payouts as soon as you meet your funded plan’s requirements" and, in a passage we saved only in part, "that means $100 available to withdraw and no minimum trading days."

Before any payout is processed, funded traders must complete identity verification (KYC). The Terms say payouts are "paid from the Company's own funds, not from real trading gains." The disclaimer says payout eligibility is subject to rules compliance, risk thresholds, trading requirements and firm review as set out in the Trader Agreement. It adds: "Passing an evaluation does not guarantee advancement, payout eligibility, or access to a Simulated Funded Account."

The FAQ asks "How are payouts paid on the 1K and 2.5K Select accounts?" and "Is there a minimum payout?", but our copy did not include the answers. We did not find payout methods, payout fees or a scaling plan in the pages we saved.

Refunds

The refund policy says challenge fees are non-refundable once a challenge has been activated. A challenge counts as activated once any trading activity has occurred, including placing trades. After activation, the purchase is final and no refund is issued, regardless of the trading result.

For a challenge that has not been activated, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of the original purchase; requests made later are not eligible. The Terms of Use give the same 48-hour window for unactivated challenges. Eligible refunds are the amount paid minus a non-refundable USD $25 fee, returned to the original payment method. Any approved refund is based on the amount actually paid, and buying at a discounted price does not extend the 48-hour period. The policy says challenges are provisioned immediately upon successful payment.

If an account is terminated, access ends immediately and no refunds are provided.

Platforms and Markets

The About page says "MyFundedPerps is a paper-trading platform for perpetual futures" and "Traders use simulated balances with real market data." The disclaimer says simulated pricing and settlement are modelled by reference to publicly available data from third-party exchanges, including Hyperliquid, Binance and Bybit. It says the firm is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Hyperliquid. The Terms define the service as the company's website, software, applications and related services. We did not see a named third-party trading platform in the pages we saved.

The disclaimer lists five categories of perpetual futures contracts: cryptocurrencies, indices, foreign exchange (FX), stocks and commodities. The firm reserves the right to modify, add or remove categories at its sole discretion. The markets page describes "hundreds of crypto perpetual futures markets", while the exposure-caps page lists 128 markets.

Company and Terms

The disclaimer says MyFundedPerpetuals.com is owned and operated by Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., d/b/a MyFundedPerpetuals, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware and located in the United States. The refund policy describes Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. as "a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC."

The disclaimer says MyFundedPerpetuals "is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, or money manager" and does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal or financial advice. It says all accounts, both Evaluation Accounts and Simulated Funded Accounts, operate exclusively within a simulated, non-executing environment. No participant is ever asked to fund a live trading account. It also says "Success in MyFundedPerpetuals' programs is uncommon and requires discipline and sound risk management".

The firm does not offer its programmes to residents of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus. Participants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

The homepage also shows a payout total, a withdrawal count and a programme start year. Our saved copy does not show which business these figures describe, so we do not repeat them here.

Who It Suits

MyFundedPerps fits traders who want simulated perpetual futures challenges across crypto, indices, FX, stocks and commodities, paid for with a one-time fee, with published per-market exposure caps.

It is harder to judge for traders who need the full rules of a specific programme before buying: we could not see the FAQ answers or the rules for the Elite, Prime and Signature accounts. Traders who plan to use bots or agents should check the Terms first.
