HyperTicks sells futures prop trading accounts through evaluation programmes and instant programmes. Its help centre describes three evaluation lines (Hyper Lite, Hyper Intra and Hyper Pro, sold as one Hyper programme), a Beginner account and a Beginner Max account. It also describes three instant accounts with no profit target: Instant Flex, Instant Pro+ and Instant Pro+ Max.
The homepage says accounts go up to $100,000 ("Accounts Up To 100k"). The firm says it operates a simulated trading environment intended solely for educational and analytical purposes. The help-centre pages for each account give prices, loss limits, payout caps and contract limits, and they differ a lot between programmes, so we set them out programme by programme below.
Everything in this review comes from HyperTicks' own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.
| Account types | 1-Step evaluation, Instant funding (no evaluation) source |
|---|---|
| Markets | Futures only source |
| Platforms | TradingView, Volumetrica, DeepCharts, DeepDOM, ATAS source |
| Allowed / offered on at least one account type | Rules can differ between account types — check the linked page for the account you want. |
| Not allowed, or rules that apply (firm says so) |
The Hyper, Beginner and Instant Pro+ pages show one-time fees. The Beginner pages say these are one-time purchases with no monthly subscriptions. The Instant Pro+ page says there are no monthly fees or recurring charges. Instant Pro+ Max is priced monthly.
Plans come in sizes from $25,000 to $100,000; the pages show one price per size, which we list below as they appear.
| Programme | Prices shown | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Hyper Lite | $59, $79, $130 | One-time |
| Hyper Intra | $65, $89, $139 | One-time |
| Hyper Pro | $74, $114, $169 | One-time |
| Beginner (standard) | $116, $156, $278 | One-time |
| Instant Pro+ | $400, $700, $958 | One-time |
| Instant Pro+ Max | $160, $220, $325 | Monthly |
The help centre shows every Hyper price next to a higher "was" price, so the Hyper prices above appear to be reduced prices. The Beginner Max page calls it the lower-cost route into funding, but our copy shows no price for it. We also found no price for Instant Flex.
The homepage says prices start at $50. The lowest price on the programme pages we captured was $59, shown as a reduced price for Hyper Lite. The homepage says there are no activation fees, and the Hyper and Instant Pro+ Max pages list the activation fee as free or none.
The homepage lists card, digital-currency and PayPal payments for purchases. The Instant Pro+ page says the account fee is refunded with the fourth payout.
Each Hyper page describes the account as a one-time fee with a 90% profit split, no daily loss limit, no time limit and up to 3 funded accounts. The overview page sums up the three as: Lite is the cheapest with the smallest target, Intra has the most room on the loss limit, and Pro has a drawdown that ignores open trades.
| Hyper | Lite | Intra | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fee | One-time | One-time | One-time |
| Profit split | 90% | 90% | 90% |
| Daily loss limit | None | None | None |
| Time limit | None | None | None |
| Funded accounts | Up to 3 | Up to 3 | Up to 3 |
The Hyper pages also list profit targets, maximum loss limits, maximum payouts and a consistency figure for each account size, but our copy does not tie each figure to its row reliably, so check the page for your plan. All three Hyper pages add a trade rule: one trade cannot account for more than 50% of your total profits. The Hyper Lite page says this applies to the challenge phase and the sim funded phase.
To request a payout, the Hyper overview page says you trade 5 days, each closing above the minimum profit for your plan. It says you can request at any time once you have your 5 days and are inside your rules. Each payout request is capped at 50% of the profit earned during that payout cycle, up to a payout limit.
The firm says your allowed position size increases as your profits grow, which applies to sim funded accounts. The Hyper pages show separate contract limits for the evaluation and sim funded phases; our copy does not tie each limit to its phase, so check the page. We did not see a plan that increases the account balance itself.
Where the pages differ. The homepage says all programmes are end-of-day (EOD). The Instant Flex page, however, lists a 4% intraday trailing drawdown. The homepage also advertises a 5% evaluation target, while the Hyper overview describes Lite as having the smallest target of the three Hyper accounts. We could not confirm from our copy which programmes the 5% figure covers.
The Beginner account is an evaluation programme with a 5% profit target. It uses an end-of-day drawdown model, evaluated at the end of the trading day. Breaching the daily loss limit is a soft breach that pauses the account until the next trading day; the maximum loss limit is a hard breach and does not reset.
Our copy of the standard Beginner page does not show which plan size each price and loss figure belongs to, so we list them as shown:
The consistency rule is 35% in the evaluation and 40% on the sim funded account; the page explains that no single trading day may account for more than 40% of your total profits at the time of a payout request. The split is a flat 90% across all account sizes. The maximum payout on the $25,000 plan is $800 on every payout. Caps on the $50,000 and $100,000 plans vary by payout; check the page. The Beginner page gives contract ratios of 1:10 in the evaluation and 1:5 on the funded account, and says your allowed position size increases as your profits grow. After a payout, the account is given a post-payout maximum loss limit. The page says legacy accounts bought before 20 July 2026 use different settings.
Beginner Max. Beginner Max has the same targets and limits as the standard Beginner account, but its daily loss limit is a hard breach that does not pause and reset the next day. You have 30 days from purchase to reach the profit target; the clock applies to the evaluation only, and the standard Beginner account has no time limit at all. Before a payout, the account must reach its starting balance plus a buffer, which is the maximum loss limit plus $100. The 50% payout-cycle cap does not apply, and you may hold 10 accounts rather than 3. The split is a flat 90%.
Instant Flex. Instant Flex gives direct access to a simulated funded account on purchase, with no profit target and no challenge stage. It has no daily loss limit but a 4% intraday trailing drawdown that trails floating (unrealised) profits in real time. Every payout request needs 6 profitable trading days, and a day counts only if it makes 0.5% or more. Once the first payout is processed, the account is closed. You can have only one Instant Flex account at a time. The page says it is a strong fit for experienced traders who already have a proven, consistent strategy. Our copy did not show its price or profit split.
Instant Pro+ and Instant Pro+ Max. Instant Pro+ Max gives a simulated funded account from the day you buy, and you can hold up to 10 funded accounts.
| Instant rule | Instant Pro+ | Instant Pro+ Max |
|---|---|---|
| Prices shown | $400, $700, $958 (one-time) | $160, $220, $325 (monthly) |
| Loss limit on the day | Soft-breach figures of $625, $1,250 and $2,500; if reached, the account is paused until the next trading day | Daily loss limit is a hard breach: the account is breached and closed (amounts not in our copy) |
| Drawdown | End-of-day | End-of-day |
| Days before first payout | 10 winning days of 0.5% | 10 qualifying days (first payout); our copy does not clearly show the requirement for later payouts |
| 50% payout-cycle cap | Applies | Does not apply |
| Consistency | No consistency rule | No consistency rule |
On Instant Pro+, the trading-day count resets after every payout. A qualifying day on Instant Pro+ Max needs a balance increase of at least 0.5%. The Instant Pro+ Max page lists no scaling plan. The Instant Flex, Instant Pro+, Instant Pro+ Max, Beginner and Beginner Max pages set a 7-day inactivity rule: you must trade at least once in every 7-day period, and an account with no trade for 7 consecutive days may be treated as inactive and breached.
News. No new trades may be opened within 5 minutes before and after the release of Tier 1 data. You may hold trades opened earlier, but you may not change stop-loss or take-profit levels during that window. Tier 1 events named include FOMC meetings and minutes, the Employment Report and CPI, plus the EIA Petroleum Status Report for energy traders and USDA agricultural reports for agricultural traders. The policy lists straddles or strangles on news bursts among the practices it does not allow. It says the restrictions apply in all phases: evaluation, simulated funded and instant funded. For non-Tier 1 news, you may keep trading if it fits your regular strategy.
Hedging. Hedging, defined as holding offsetting positions in correlated instruments at the same time, is strictly prohibited; the page gives examples such as long ES while short NQ. Possible consequences include removal from the programme and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Order handling and conduct. The conduct page prohibits using the simulator to force high-frequency fills that would not occur in live trading. It also lists sending multiple orders at the same level to force fill priority, trading in low liquidity to get exaggerated fills, and very tight bracket orders that create profits from unrealistic fills. It describes gambling-style or random trading, such as trading without a defined strategy and revenge trading, as unacceptable behaviour. It says violations lead to account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.
Automation. Any trading strategy that operates without the trader's real-time involvement is banned. The automation page names plug-and-play Expert Advisors with no manual input, bots running day and night, signal-mirroring platforms, SignalStack and API integrations that execute orders without human oversight. Tools that assist decisions or trade management are allowed only if you actively monitor and approve entries and exits, the system is not on full autopilot, and you understand and can control its logic. Breaking the automation rules leads to permanent disqualification, even after passing the evaluation.
We did not find pages on weekend or overnight holding in our captures.
The homepage advertises on-demand rewards, and the Hyper overview says you can request any time. However, a help-centre article says payouts are processed in two windows: the 5th to 10th and the 20th to 25th of each month. Our copy does not fully show how on-demand requests fit with these windows, so check with the firm before relying on a payout date.
Payout methods are crypto and Rise, chosen when you request a payout. The homepage describes the same two methods as digital currency and Rise.
On profit split, the homepage says you keep up to 90% of your first $10,000 and can unlock up to 100% with best performance rewards. We did not find the conditions for the 100% figure on the pages we captured. The Hyper and Beginner pages show a 90% split. The homepage also says top performers get a custom plan with tailored rules.
The homepage lists TradingView, DeepCharts, DeepDOM, Volumetrica and ATAS as its platforms for charting and execution. The firm presents itself as futures prop trading. Its rule pages give examples in contracts such as ES, NQ, CL, QM and 6E. We did not find a full list of tradeable contracts. The About page also mentions FX next to Futures; our captured programme pages describe futures contracts only.
The homepage names XTICKS SERVICES – FZCO, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates with licence number 66787, with its registered office at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. It says HyperTicks operates a simulated trading environment and that performance results are based on hypothetical or simulated trading. The About page adds that no real capital is at risk in a simulated environment. The firm says it makes no representation that the platform meets the legal or regulatory requirements of any particular country.
A help-centre article says the firm cannot accept applicants from certain countries due to regulatory and compliance obligations. The list includes Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Crimea, North Korea, Venezuela, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. Our copy shows only part of the list, so check the full page. We did not find a statement about US residents.
The firm says it was founded by hedge fund managers with over 30 years of hedge fund management experience. The homepage also claims 10,000+ traders, 126+ countries served and 100K+ rewarded monthly. These are the firm's own claims; we have not verified them.
HyperTicks suits futures traders who want a one-time fee and no time limit: the Hyper accounts and the standard Beginner account have no time limit. Traders who want to skip an evaluation can use the instant accounts, but these carry their own daily-profit and trading-day requirements before a payout. Traders who rely on news trading, hedging across correlated contracts or fully automated systems should read the rules first, as these are restricted or banned.
