Hoorah sells simulated prop trading challenges. It has two routes: a 3-Step Challenge and Instant Funding. The 3-Step Challenge comes in $10,000 and $100,000 sizes, as a Classic or Competitive account. You can pay for it as a weekly subscription with unlimited tries, or as a one-time payment for a single attempt. Instant Funding gives a $5,000 or $50,000 simulated funded account with no challenge.
The profit split is 80% on every account shown. Trading is on cTrader. The site says it is operated by Anicca Services Limited, a company registered in Cyprus, and that all accounts are demo accounts in a simulated trading environment.
Everything in this review comes from Hoorah's own web pages, saved on 28 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The programs page and the checkout list the 3-Step Challenge prices below. All prices are in US dollars. The subscription price is per week and gives unlimited tries while it is active; the one-time price buys one attempt. The page also shows a 3-Step Challenge account for each size with these limits: Classic has a 5% profit target, 5% daily loss limit and 5% maximum trailing drawdown; Competitive has a 6% target, 4% daily loss limit and 4% trailing drawdown.
| Account | Weekly subscription | One-time payment | Target / daily loss / trailing drawdown |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 Classic | $19.99 per week | $59 | 5% / 5% / 5% |
| $10,000 Competitive | $16.99 per week | $50 | 6% / 4% / 4% |
| $100,000 Classic | $129.99 per week | $399 | 5% / 5% / 5% |
| $100,000 Competitive | $109.99 per week | $339 | 6% / 4% / 4% |
The one-time cards on the programs page show "Consecutive Tries: Unlimited", but the checkout and FAQ describe a single attempt.
For the $100,000 Competitive subscription, one card on the programs page shows $109.00 per week, while the plan table on the same page and the checkout show $109.99 per week. We used $109.99.
Instant Funding is a one-time fee with no profit target, an 8% daily loss limit and an 8% maximum trailing drawdown. The programs page shows $229.99 for $5,000 and $1,749.99 for $50,000. The checkout order summary showed $229.00 and $1749.00. Instant Funding has no scaling.
Add-ons. The Profit Accelerator lowers the profit target by 1% and the Risk Manager raises the daily loss limit by 1%. Each costs $39.99 one time on $10,000 accounts and $259.99 on $100,000 accounts. The FAQ says both can only be used for one of the three steps. An optional Analyst add-on for market news and trade ideas costs $4.99 per week.
Free trial. The FAQ says there is a 1-week free trial of the $10,000 Classic subscription (the $10k to $50k Classic account), once per trader, activated with a code at checkout. A banner elsewhere on the site says "Get one month free for a $10,000 3-Step Challenge!"; the two offers are described differently.
Subscription resets. With the subscription, if you hit the daily loss limit or the trailing drawdown, the account resets and you can trade again the next trading day while the subscription is active. If you bought a one-time challenge and fail, the FAQ says you need to buy another one-time challenge or move to the weekly subscription. Cancelling the subscription deletes the trading account and stops the challenge.
There is no profit target or challenge. The daily loss limit and maximum trailing drawdown are both 8%. Leverage is up to 100:1.
The FAQ lists separate restrictions for challenge accounts and for funded or Instant Funded accounts.
| Rule | Challenge accounts | Funded / Instant Funded accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Overnight holding | Not allowed | All positions closed at 4:00 pm EST daily; no trading 4:00–6:00 pm EST |
| Weekend holding | Allowed (but overnight holding is not; the FAQ answers conflict) | Not allowed |
| Scalping | Allowed if positions are held at least 2 minutes | Allowed if positions are held at least 2 minutes |
| News trading | Prohibited | Prohibited |
| Trading bots | cBots within cTrader allowed | cBots within cTrader allowed |
| Gap trading | Not allowed | Not allowed |
The FAQ also says high-risk strategies "without proper analysis, risk management, or discipline" are not permitted, and that trying to exploit platform weaknesses ends the account. It does not give numbers for these rules. The Terms of Service add that leverage may be cut to 10:1 for FX and metals from 10 minutes before to 5 minutes after news events.
Profit split. The programs page shows an 80% performance split on every 3-Step Challenge and Instant Funding account.
Payout timing and methods. The FAQ says payouts are processed monthly and can be withdrawn by bank transfer, and that traders must keep consistent performance and meet payout eligibility criteria. The FAQ does not define those criteria. The homepage also says payouts can be received in crypto and mentions bank or crypto transfers. The FAQ answer names only bank transfers.
Scaling (3-Step Challenge only). After passing, you can pay a one-time fee to start the funded account at a higher balance, or start another 3-step challenge at a higher balance. Paid instant scaling takes a $10,000 account to $25,000 for $99.99 or $50,000 for $199.99, and a $100,000 account to $200,000 for $499.99 or $400,000 for $1,499.99. (The One-Time $10,000 cards on the programs page show $100,000-range scaling at $99.99 and $199.99, which looks like a labelling error; the $100,000 cards and plan table show $499.99 and $1,499.99.) A $10,000 start can reach at most $50,000. To reach $1,000,000, you need to reach a $400,000 funded account through the subscription challenges (the site calls it the 9-step challenge), then pay a one-time fee of $4,999.99. The FAQ says only the subscription gives access to the $1,000,000 account through additional 3-step challenges.
Platform. Trading is on cTrader, which the FAQ says is the only platform for managing funded accounts. It is available on web, desktop and mobile.
Markets. The FAQ gives two different answers. One says both routes give access to cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, commodities and indices. Another says cryptocurrencies, forex and commodities, with stocks and indices "coming soon". The programs page says "Trade Forex, Crypto, Commodities & More". We treat forex, crypto and commodities as available and stocks and indices as not confirmed.
The site footer and Terms of Service name Anicca Services Limited (Terms: ANICCA SERVICES LTD), registration number HE354433, with a registered office in Limassol, Cyprus. The footer says platform and technology services are provided by Hoorah Studios LLC in Santa Monica, USA. The Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
The site says it provides only demo accounts in a simulated trading environment, does not act as a broker and does not accept deposits.
Refunds. The Terms of Service say fees are non-refundable, including when a customer cancels, stops using the service, fails the challenge or breaks the Terms. The site footer says purchases are non-refundable "unless not used". We did not find a separate refund page.
Restricted countries. The Terms say services are not offered to people in Restricted Jurisdictions published on the website or in the Terms. We did not find such a list on the pages we read. Customers must be over 18.
Payment. The checkout says payments are processed by OpenPay. The Terms say fees can be paid by payment card or other methods offered on the website, and the homepage mentions crypto payment.
Hoorah may suit traders who want a low weekly entry price and unlimited retries while subscribed, and who are happy to trade on cTrader with a 2-minute minimum hold. It may not suit news traders, since news trading is prohibited, or traders who hold positions overnight on funded accounts, where positions are closed daily at 4:00 pm EST. Payouts are monthly, and the payout eligibility criteria are not set out in the FAQ.
MyPropGenius Rating:
The rating measures how openly Hoorah discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.
Its Terms of Service name Anicca Services Ltd, its Cyprus registered office and company number HE 354433, and its pages say accounts are simulated and it is not a broker. There is no separate refund page. We did not find payout records, payout certificates or payout totals on the pages we read on 28 Oct 2026. The earliest Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) copy of its homepage is from 28 May 2024 and its pages give no launch date, so it has 1–3 years of history.
Its Transparency Index score is 51/100 (Mixed). This review describes what the firm publishes; we do not verify payouts or test accounts.

We have no commercial relationship with Hoorah. Links to its website are not affiliate links.
Hoorah offers a low weekly entry price and unlimited retries on its 3-Step Challenge, plus one-time and Instant Funding options, all on cTrader with an 80% split. Its challenge limits are a 4–5% trailing drawdown and a 4–5% daily loss limit, news trading is banned, and funded accounts cannot hold positions overnight or over the weekend. Some prices at the checkout differ from those on the programs page.

80% on every account shown on the programs page.
The FAQ says weekend holding is allowed on challenge accounts, but it also says overnight holding is not allowed on challenge accounts, so the two rules conflict. On funded and Instant Funded accounts, weekend holding is not allowed and positions are closed daily at 4:00 pm EST.
