The site footer says FundingRock is a trade name operated by Mindwave Training Limited, with a registered office in Nicosia, Cyprus. It sells simulated trading accounts. Its homepage tables cover three programmes: Instant Funding, a 1-Step challenge and a 2-Step challenge. Account sizes run from $5,000 to $200,000, depending on the programme.
The standard reward share on funded accounts is 80%. A paid add-on raises it to 95%. All trading is simulated. The Terms say that at no stage does a trader get access to live market trading, real currency or real financial instruments.
This review uses only the firm's own website and help centre. The site menu and help centre also list a Pay After You Pass programme. We did not capture its page, so we do not cover it here. Several help-centre articles appeared in our captures by title only, so we could not see their contents.
Everything in this review comes from Funding Rock's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The homepage has three programme tabs: Instant Funding, 1 Step and 2 Step. The help centre calls the two-phase programme the 2-Step Lite. Instant Funding has no evaluation. The firm says you pick an account size, complete KYC and start trading a funded account straight away. The 1-Step has one evaluation phase. The 2-Step has two phases before the funded stage.

The 1-Step page describes its fee as one-time. The homepage tables label the Instant and 2-Step prices only as a fee and do not say whether they recur. The Terms say the firm may change fees at its discretion, and that discounts or promotional offers may not be combined unless it says so.
A banner across the site advertised a free Pay After You Pass challenge with any Instant plan as a limited-time offer. The help centre says the Pay After You Pass programme has an activation fee that is paid after passing the evaluation.
With a $200 price shown (the homepage's fee for the $25,000 Instant account), the Instant page listed three add-ons: a 95% reward share (+$50), weekend holding (+$30) and a 20% consistency limit (+$40). We could not see whether these prices change with account size. The 1-Step page lists four optional add-ons: 95% reward share, Express Rewards (5 days), weekend holding and a lower profit target of 8%. The 1-Step FAQ says add-ons must be chosen at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.

The 1-Step page defines the daily loss as the most your account equity can drop in one trading day. It says a breach at any point, including on open trades, ends the account immediately.
On Instant and 1-Step accounts, the max loss trails your highest recorded balance. The firm says it moves up as your balance reaches new highs and never moves down. The 1-Step FAQ describes a Reward Lock. Once the trailing max loss locks to your starting balance, it says you should leave a buffer after a reward is paid to avoid a breach. The Instant rules also list a Reward Lock. The 2-Step tables show a static max loss of 6% in all three stages.
The 1-Step page says the profit target is measured on your closed balance, not open trades. On Instant accounts, the standard 15% consistency rule means no single trading day can account for more than 15% of your total profit. The add-on raises this to 20%.
The homepage tables list leverage of up to 1:30 for Instant and 1-Step and up to 1:100 for 2-Step. The same page also mentions leverage of up to 1:100 on forex pairs, without naming a programme. We used the per-programme tables.
The Instant FAQ says that breaching a rule such as the daily loss or max drawdown closes the account. The Terms say an account with no trading activity for more than 30 consecutive calendar days is treated as inactive and terminated, with no refund.
The firm's pages conflict on news trading. The Instant page says news trading is allowed on Instant accounts without restriction. The 1-Step FAQ says news trading is restricted from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news, on both the evaluation and the funded account. Section 13.12 of the Terms bans trading in that same window and does not name a programme. The Terms also say that rules specific to one challenge or account type do not apply to others. Given the conflict, we cannot say which rule applies to Instant accounts.
The firm's FAQ says EAs are allowed if they comply with its trading rules and risk management guidelines. The Terms forbid EAs used to copy or mirror trades unless the firm explicitly permits it.
The Terms allow several challenges at once. The total allocation across all funded (Active Reward) accounts is capped at $200,000 per challenge type. The help centre also has articles on trade duration and position sizing, but our captures showed only their titles.
All three programmes list an 80% reward share as standard, or 95% with the add-on. The Instant FAQ confirms that the add-on raises the split from the standard 80% to 95%. The How It Works page's $50,000 example says 95% of simulated profits are available as a reward without mentioning the add-on. We used the programme tables and the Instant FAQ.
Instant accounts list rewards eligibility as instant and a reward policy of instant withdrawal. The 1-Step and 2-Step funded accounts list rewards eligibility at 14 days. The 1-Step page shows 5 days with its Express Rewards add-on.
The Terms say a reward is a portion of the simulated net profits after deducting any applicable fees and charges. The How It Works example tells traders to check their Rise account to take their reward. After passing an evaluation, the 1-Step FAQ says you complete KYC, request the funded account from your Dashboard, then review and sign a Trader Agreement. The Terms say that passing a challenge qualifies you for the funded stage only at the firm's total discretion.
The help centre lists a FundingRock Scaling Plan that lets eligible traders increase their funded account allocation. It also mentions a Risk Team that may review funded accounts. Our captures did not include the details of either.
The firm offers TradeLocker and cTrader, and the help centre has setup guides for both. Its general FAQ says it primarily uses TradeLocker. The Trading Platform page says an AI tool can turn trading ideas into bots and indicators.
The Terms list the eligible instruments as simulated off-exchange instruments based on selected currency pairs, spot metal and energy commodities, broad-based stock index derivatives, and the spot cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and Ether. The Terms exclude single securities, narrow-based stock indices and all cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin and Ether.
Instant Funding suits traders who want to skip an evaluation and can work with a 4% daily loss, an 8% trailing max loss and a 15% consistency rule. The 2-Step has the lowest fees in the homepage tables and a static max loss, but needs a 6% target in each of two phases. The 1-Step needs a single 10% target, with a 6% trailing max loss. Traders who hold positions over weekends need an add-on on every programme. News traders should confirm the rules with the firm first, because its pages conflict.

FundingRock offers simulated Instant, 1-Step and 2-Step accounts from $5,000 to $200,000 on TradeLocker and cTrader. The standard reward share is 80%, and 95% requires a paid add-on. Trailing max loss on Instant and 1-Step, consistency rules on funded accounts and conflicting statements on news trading for Instant accounts should be checked before buying.
Tell our finder how you trade and it will check every firm we track against your requirements.
Find My MatchSimulated. The Terms say that all trading, in both the evaluation and the funded phase, takes place in a simulated environment with no access to live markets or real currency.
The homepage listed Instant accounts from $70 ($5,000) to $1,100 ($200,000), the 1-Step from $50 ($5,000) to $450 ($100,000), and the 2-Step from $40 ($5,000) to $350 ($100,000).
The firm calls it a reward share. It is 80% as standard on all three programmes, and a paid add-on raises it to 95%.
The pages conflict. The Instant page says news trading is allowed on Instant accounts. The 1-Step FAQ and Section 13.12 of the Terms bar trading from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news.
