Finotive Funding sells simulated trading accounts in three families: Challenge (1-Step and 2-Step), Instant Funding (Standard and Lite) and Pro (1-Step and 2-Step). Its Terms also describe limited-time LaunchPad test products, such as an FX-only two-phase account called Solo. Its Terms say all accounts are "demo, simulated, notional, and non-executable" and that trades are not placed into live markets by Finotive Funding. Fees are shown as one-time fees, from $30 for a $2,500 2-Step Challenge, and account sizes go up to $200,000.
The Terms describe the maximum drawdown as static on every account type: it does not trail upward with profits. Starting profit splits are 80% on Challenge and Pro accounts, 75% on Instant Funding Standard and 70% on Instant Funding Lite. Pro accounts can move to a 100% split after 30 funded days and include a salary of 1% of purchased capital per 30-day period. The rulebook is detailed: besides the drawdown limits, a strike system can cut a payout to 10% for soft breaches such as scalping or one-sided position concentration, and five strikes close the account.
Everything in this review comes from Finotive Funding's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The product pages offer prices in USD, EUR and GBP, and the Terms say Challenge and Instant Funding accounts may be denominated in USD, EUR or GBP.
At checkout, with a $50,000 2-Step Challenge selected, one optional add-on was shown: a Swap-Free account at +$180. The Terms also describe a Weekend Holding Add-On for Instant Funding accounts; we did not see its price. Payment options shown at checkout were credit or debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency (provided by Confirmo) and Finotive Pay balance.
The help centre has a section on a Free Trial Account, including whether a Reward Payment can be received from it; our saved copy shows only the question titles, so we could not read the answers.
The rules below are taken from the Terms and Conditions, which say that Section 7 prevails over any FAQ, marketing page or Dashboard tooltip that conflicts with it.

The Trading Rules page shows a different "Effective Leverage" column in its exposure tables: 100:1 for Challenge and Pro sizes and 33:1 for Instant Funding sizes.
Daily drawdown is measured against the previous trading day's closing balance, with the trading day running from 17:00 to 16:59 New York time, and open losses count. Breaching the daily or the maximum drawdown is a hard breach that closes the account, with no warning and no strike.
There is also a floating drawdown limit per symbol, measured against the initial balance: 1.5% on Instant Funding accounts, where the first breach brings a formal warning and later breaches bring strikes. On Challenge and Pro accounts the threshold is 2.0%; it has no consequence during the evaluation but is enforced with a strike once the account is funded.
A minimum profitable day needs the balance to rise by at least 0.5% of the initial balance over the previous trading day, and these days are needed to progress, request a payout or scale. The Terms measure this at 17:00 New York time, while the Trading Rules page says 23:00 CET; we used the Terms.
A Notional Volume Limit caps total open position size by account size, from 5,000% of the balance on a $2,500 account to 1,000% on a $200,000 account. A breach is a strike with no warning: during an evaluation it also resets the account, and on a funded or Instant Funding account it cuts that cycle's payout to 10%.
The weekend rule applies to Instant Funding accounts only: without the Weekend Holding Add-On, non-crypto positions must be closed before 17:00 New York time on Friday, and a breach is a strike with the payout cut to 10%. The Trading Rules page says all positions must be flat without the Add-On; the Terms limit this to non-crypto positions. Thirty consecutive days without a trade counts as inactivity, and Finotive may then close the account.
From the 31st funded day, Pro accounts must keep weekly trade count and instrument volume within plus or minus 25% of the averages from the Pro Challenge and the first 30 funded days. In every rolling 90 days, profit including payouts already made must reach at least 5% of the initial balance. Breaking either rule downgrades the account to a standard funded Challenge account and permanently removes the 100% split, the salary and the other Pro benefits.
Several rules work through strikes rather than closing the account at once. Five cumulative strikes close the account permanently. Strike history is cleared when a Challenge or Pro account reaches funded status, as long as five strikes have not been reached. During the Challenge and Pro Challenge phases, the warning-based and conditional rules below bring no real-time alerts; findings may instead appear in a progression report.
The Terms treat scalping as prohibited when either 40% or more of the closed trades in a payout cycle are held for 120 seconds or less, or 20% or more of the cycle's positive realised profit comes from trades held for 120 seconds or less. During Challenge and Pro Challenge phases there is no real-time alert or strike for this; findings may appear in the progression report. On funded Challenge, funded Pro and Instant Funding accounts the Dashboard may show a warning, and the trader can keep trading to reverse the condition. If a payout is requested while the condition is still active, one strike is recorded and that cycle's payout is cut to 10%; five strikes close the account permanently.
On funded Challenge, funded Pro and Instant Funding accounts, the following conditions also bring a strike and a payout cut to 10% for that cycle if a payout is requested while they are active:
High-frequency trading is prohibited on Instant Funding accounts where 30% or more of closed trades last under 60 seconds (assessed once there are at least ten closed trades), or five or more trades open within 10 seconds. Trading during high-impact news is permitted when the trade reflects a genuine directional view, but straddled or hedged positions within 15 minutes before or after Red or Amber calendar events are prohibited. Latency arbitrage and other execution abuse are prohibited.
Expert Advisors and trade copiers are allowed only when the strategy is genuinely developed, owned and controlled by the trader; copying third-party accounts, signal providers and challenge-passing services are prohibited. Doubling up after a loss on the same instrument and direction (new volume at least twice the losing volume) can trigger a risk review, though the Terms say this is not an automatic strike.
On funded Challenge and Pro accounts the first payout can be requested on demand, and after the first approved payout there is a seven-day cooldown between requests. On Instant Funding the first payout is available once there are eligible profits, then every seven days on Standard and every 14 days on Lite. All positions must be closed before a request, and minimum profitable days still apply.
Instant Funding accounts need a minimum request of 1% of the initial balance. For Challenge and Pro accounts, sections 8.3 and 10.3 of the Terms set no minimum on 2-Step accounts and the lower of 1% or USD 100 on 1-Step accounts. The same Terms also contain a table in section 12.3 that gives 1% with no USD cap for every account type, so check the Dashboard before requesting.
Challenge accounts start at 80% and can rise through scaling to a maximum of 95%. Instant Funding Standard can scale from 75% to 80%, 85% and 90%; Lite from 70% to 75%, 80% and 85%. Pro accounts start at 80% and move to 100% after 30 funded days if the account keeps Pro status. The checkout page headline says "Keep up to 90% of profits", which is lower than the maximums in the Terms.
The Pro salary is 1% of purchased capital for each rolling 30-day period, accruing daily from funded status and paid monthly while Pro status is kept. If a Pro account is lost only through a drawdown breach or strikes, salary already accrued stays payable.
For Challenge and Pro accounts, the Terms refund the fee only if the account reaches funded status and is in net profit on the 30th day after that; the refund is automatic and does not depend on taking a payout. The checkout page instead says the fee is "fully refunded with your first payout"; we used the Terms, which match the Pro page. Instant Funding fees are generally non-refundable. A cancellation can be requested within 14 days of purchase only if no trades have been placed, the platform has not been used beyond registration and KYC has been completed.
Approved payouts are credited to the trader's Finotive Pay balance or made available through another approved payment method. The payouts page lists withdrawal by bank transfer, crypto, Revolut or PayPal, with crypto options including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and SOL. It says withdrawals from Finotive Pay are processed every Friday. The Terms let Finotive withhold, reduce or reverse payouts where it suspects a breach, and breaches can be enforced after a payout has been made.
Funded Challenge accounts can scale on a rolling 90-day cycle with at least 50 trades, no more than 7.5% of net profit from one trade, a 12% (1-Step) or 10% (2-Step) target and at least two of three profitable months. Instant Funding needs a 15% target, all three months profitable and no more than 5% of net profit from one trade. Pro uses 12% or 10% targets with at least 50 trades, no more than 5% of net profit from one trade and all three months profitable. Each successful cycle adds 30% to the balance, up to USD 680,000 per account for Challenge and Pro and USD 340,000 for Instant Funding.
Purchased capital is capped at USD 600,000 for Challenge and Pro accounts and USD 200,000 for Instant Funding, with maximum scaled allocations of USD 2,040,000 and USD 680,000. The Challenge page speaks of funding potential up to $5.4M; we could not match this with the limits in the Terms.
Accounts run on MetaTrader 5 or Match-Trader, chosen at checkout. The Terms say platform access may be facilitated by Finotive Markets LLC (SVG), Finotive Markets (MU) Limited or another group entity.
The symbols page groups instruments into Forex, Indices, Equities, Metals, Crypto and Energy. On forex pairs it lists a commission of $5 per lot for Challenge and Instant accounts and $4 per lot for Pro. The Terms and the Pro page describe the Pro commission as 25% lower; $4 against $5 is 20% lower, so we cannot tell which figure is current. Forex trading hours are shown as Monday to Friday, server time UTC+2.
The site footer says Finotive Funding is a trading name of Finotive Funding Technologies Limited (Company Number 11088), with its registered office at Innovation One Building, Level 2, DIFC, Dubai, and part of the Finotive One group. Payments may be processed by Finotive Pay (CY) Limited in Limassol, Cyprus, acting as payment agent. The Terms are governed by DIFC law, with the DIFC Courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
Finotive Funding says it is not a brokerage and does not provide services requiring authorisation by the Dubai Financial Services Authority. The Terms state that a group company, Finotive Markets (MU) Limited, holds regulatory permissions from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius; the home page describes Finotive Markets as a "fully licensed Financial Services Commission (FSC) regulated brokerage". The home page claims "$20M+" in total payouts and says the firm has paid traders since its inception in 2021; we have not verified these figures.
The restricted list in the Terms includes Iran, North Korea and the Palestinian Territories, plus territories such as Crimea, Sevastopol, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Northern Cyprus, Somaliland, Transnistria and Nagorno-Karabakh. KYC can be required before account access or payouts, and Enhanced KYC must be completed within 72 hours when requested.
The rules fit traders who want a static maximum drawdown and a low entry price: a $2,500 2-Step Challenge costs $30. Instant Funding suits traders who do not want an evaluation and accept a higher fee, a lower starting split and tighter drawdown; Instant Funding Standard has no minimum profitable days. Pro fits traders who can keep a steady weekly trade count and volume, since departures of more than 25% downgrade the account.
The rules are less suited to very short-term traders, given the scalping rule on trades held 120 seconds or less and the HFT rule on Instant Funding, and to traders whose results rely on one large win on Instant Funding.
MyPropGenius Rating:
The rating measures how openly Finotive Funding discloses its rules, pricing, payouts and ownership (our Transparency Index methodology). It does not measure how likely you are to pass or be paid.
The entity, company number, DIFC address and VAT number are given, and the Terms state that all accounts are demo/simulated. Section 14 of the Terms sets out refund rules in detail: the Challenge/Pro fee is refunded only if the account is in net profit 30 days after funded status, and Instant fees are generally non-refundable. The payouts page shows a running total ('updated daily') and a ticker of individual payouts with first name, initial, amount and account type, but no dates. The earliest Internet Archive copy of the homepage (14 Jun 2021) and the firm's 'Since our inception in 2021' give over 5 years.
Its Transparency Index score is 59/100 (Mixed). We do not verify payouts or test accounts; this is what the firm’s own pages show.

Finotive Funding offers low-cost Challenge accounts, Instant Funding without an evaluation and a Pro account with a salary and a path to a 100% split, all with a static maximum drawdown. Its Terms add a dense set of strike rules that can reduce payouts to 10%, and some marketing pages do not match the Terms.
