Overview

EverTrader sells evaluations in which traders use virtual capital on the EverStation Pro platform. Its Mission page says all trading takes place on virtual accounts with simulated real market conditions. The page footer names FinovaTech s.r.o., Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha.

The firm's pages do not agree on which programmes it sells. Its all-programmes terms page describes an Instant Program and 1 Phase, 2 Phase and 3 Phase Evaluations, and its leverage page lists the same four. The homepage says there are 2 types of evaluation and mentions an Instant Funding account. The How does it work page names 2-phase, 1-phase and Flash Evaluations. We follow the all-programmes terms page, and mention the Flash Evaluation only where the How does it work page gives its rules.

This review uses only EverTrader's own website. Part of the all-programmes terms page was not captured, so some rules may be incomplete; we say where.

Everything in this review comes from EverTrader's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • No time limit to complete evaluation phases, per the all-programmes terms.
  • Evaluation fee is refundable with the first payout (not for the Instant Program).
  • No news trading limits and no overnight or weekend holding restrictions during evaluations.
  • Leverage is published by asset class and by programme stage.

❌ Cons

  • Its pages contradict each other on the programme line-up, the 1 Phase profit target, payout methods and the scaling plan.
  • EAs cannot be used on EverStation Pro, and bots, trade copiers and high-frequency trading are prohibited.
  • Funded accounts cannot open or close trades within 6 minutes either side of high-impact news.
  • Instant Program fees are non-refundable, and it bans weekend holding and opening or holding trades within 10 minutes of major news.
  • The general terms limit service to citizens and residents of the EU, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
  • Payouts on the evaluation accounts require a minimum of 10 trading days and all positions closed; the terms page also sets a 15% consistency score for payouts.

Programmes and Prices

The homepage and the How does it work page show one-time evaluation fees of 109 $, 227 $, 337 $, 557 $ and 1090 $, for accounts of up to $200,000. The No Time Limit page shows differing figures, including 1059 $, which does not appear on the other two pages. The How does it work page describes this as a "One-time refundable fee (no monthly fees)" that is refunded with the first payout. Our copies of these pages do not reliably show which fee belongs to which account size, so we do not pair them here. The No Time Limit page also shows price cards for the 3-Phase Evaluation, but our copy does not give a clear list price for it. We did not find a list price for the Instant Program.

While we captured the site, its pages carried a time-limited offer ("Only until THURSDAY") that included a 90% profit split and a discount. Check the final price at checkout.

Refunds. The all-programmes terms page says the evaluation fee is fully refundable upon your first payout, and that all fees paid for the Instant Program are non-refundable. The general terms and conditions also mention a 14-day money-back guarantee that depends on conditions set out in other clauses (points 16.2 and 16.3), which our copy does not show.

Account sizes. The homepage says a passed evaluation leads to a virtual EverAccount with a balance of up to $200,000. The FAQ page on evaluations says you can buy another account after breaking the rules, and can trade on multiple accounts at the same time.

Trading Rules by Programme

The table follows the all-programmes terms page, checked against the homepage, the How does it work page and the No Time Limit evaluation page. Profit targets and the 1, 2 and 3 Phase maximum loss are percentages of the initial account size. Daily loss limits are measured from each day's starting equity or balance (see below).

ProgrammeProfit targetMax daily lossMax lossMin trading days
1 Phase Evaluation10%3%6% trailing2 days
2 Phase Evaluation10% (Phase 1), 5% (Phase 2)5%10% of initial account size3 days in each phase
3 Phase Evaluation5% in each of Phases 1, 2 and 35%10% of initial account size3 days in each phase
Instant ProgramNo evaluation3%5% trailing; open loss must never exceed -1%No evaluation; must log at least 7 profitable days (gain of at least 0.25%) in each 30-day cycle
Flash Evaluation (How does it work page only)5%3%4% of original balanceNot stated

How the limits work

  • 2 Phase and 3 Phase: equity must not fall below 90% of the initial account size at any stage. The No Time Limit page adds that the total drawdown does not reset every day like the daily drawdown. The daily limit is 5% of the initial balance or equity for a given day, and equity includes open positions.
  • 1 Phase and Instant: the daily drawdown is 3% based on the greater of the starting equity or balance.
  • 1 Phase: the trailing drawdown is calculated on trades made and moves with the balance. The How does it work page gives an example: on a $100,000 account the trailing limit starts at 94,000 USD, and if the balance rises to $108,000 the limit is fixed at $100,000.
  • Instant Program: the trailing drawdown is calculated from closed trades. No single trade (including trades split across entries) should lose more than 3%.

Time limits and activity

The all-programmes terms page says you have unlimited time to complete each phase. The evaluation programmes also require at least 1 trade per month. The general terms say at least one trade must be executed within 30 days, and accounts that do not meet this are automatically cancelled for inactivity. They also refer to a 180-day period from purchase to start Phase 1; our copy does not show what happens after it.

The How does it work page says the shortest possible time is 1 day for the Flash Evaluation, 2 days for the 1 phase Evaluation and 6 days for the 2 phase Evaluation. The No Time Limit page gives 9 days for the 3 Phase Evaluation. The general terms define a trading day as a calendar day when at least 1 trade is opened in the GMT+2 time zone.

Where the pages disagree

  • 1 Phase profit target: the homepage, the No Time Limit page and the all-programmes terms say 10%. The How does it work page also says "At 1 phase Evaluation it is 9%." We used 10%.
  • Daily loss: the homepage, the How does it work page and the all-programmes terms give 3% for the 1 Phase. The No Time Limit page shows a single "Max. daily loss" figure of 5%, and our copy does not show which programme it applies to. The How does it work page words the 2 phase daily limit as 5% "of that day’s opening assets or balance", while other pages say "of the initial balance or equity for a given day".
  • The Flash Evaluation appears only on the How does it work page.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

News trading

The news FAQ says there are no news trading limits during Evaluation. Once you become an official EverTrader, you can hold trades over the news, but you cannot open or close any trades within 6 minutes before and 6 minutes after a high impact news report. The page treats profits from trades opened and closed within a 12-minute window around such news separately (our copy does not show the full rule), and says the account will not be breached. Decisions are based on news from Forex Factory. For the Instant Program, the all-programmes terms say no trades may be opened or held within 10 minutes before or after a major news release.

Overnight and weekend holding

The FAQ says there are no restrictions on holding trades overnight or over the weekend in the Evaluation Programs. Instant Program traders may not open or hold positions, including pending orders, over the weekend.

EAs, bots and copy trading

The EA FAQ says: "No. EA cannot be used on EverStation Pro." The all-programmes terms say signal bots, trade copiers and third-party trade management tools are not allowed under any circumstances, and that copy trading or third-party account management is not allowed. The same page, in its Instant Program section, also says you may trade "manual, automated, high leverage" as long as you respect the rules. Given the EA answer, we would not assume automated trading is allowed.

Prohibited practices

The all-programmes terms list as prohibited: high-frequency trading, hedging or long/short arbitrage, tick scalping or trading with an external execution advantage, account rolling, and mirroring or trading against related accounts. The general terms add, among others: overleveraging or overexposure, copying other traders, arbitrage, hedging between EverAccounts, opposite positions on multiple accounts, using a delayed data source, holding trades over earnings when trading stocks, and holding trades before or during corporate events.

The strategies FAQ says the trading style is up to you, but the approach must be applicable in the real market and gambling strategies should be avoided. It also limits you to 200 orders at a time and 2000 positions per day.

Payouts and Scaling

Profit split

The homepage and the How does it work page say an EverTrader receives 80–90% of the profits generated on the EverAccount. The all-programmes terms page says the Instant Program offers a 95% profit split, subject to its performance and risk requirements. The same page describes an elite level that unlocks payouts on demand with a 100% profit share; our copy of that page is incomplete, so we cannot set out every condition.

Payout timing, minimum and conditions

  • Evaluation accounts: payouts are once a month by default, and you can change this to once every 14 days.
  • Instant Program: a payout can be requested every 14 days from the date of the first executed trade.
  • The requested payout must be higher than 40 USD.
  • The all-programmes terms also list a minimum of 10 trading days and require all trades and pending orders to be closed before a payout.
  • To be eligible for a payout, traders must meet a 15% Consistency Score: the most profitable single day must not be more than 15% of total profits. Our copy does not tie this rule to a named programme.

Payout methods

The pages disagree. The homepage, the No Time Limit page and the all-programmes terms say: "We currently support the following withdrawal options: Bank transfer." The How does it work page says payouts are made "Via Wise, traditional bank transfer, or crypto." We would treat bank transfer as the confirmed method. Transfers are subject to exchange rates and transaction fees.

Scaling

The scaling rules also differ between pages.

  • Progressive plan page: to qualify you must make at least 10% profit over 4 consecutive months and make 2 withdrawals in those 4 months. The account size then rises by 25% every 4 months, up to 1 million USD, and the balance must be above the initial balance at the time of scale-up. The split improves from 80/20 to 85/15 at the first increase and to 90/10 at the second.
  • All-programmes terms page: describes levels based on the number of payouts and cumulative profit: 4 payouts and 10% profit (Level 1), 8 payouts and 20% (Level 2), 12 payouts and 30% (Level 3), and 16 payouts and 40% for a place in the EverElite, with up to $2 million in trading capital. It describes the progressive plan as improving terms from 80% to 90% and increasing the EverAccount up to $1 million.

Because the terms page was only partly captured, we cannot say which version applies to which programme.

Platforms and Markets

Platform

Trading is done on EverStation Pro, which the firm says is connected to TradingView charts. It offers a Web Trader, Desktop and Mobile App. The platform page lists more than 80 indicators, per-symbol Stop Loss/Take Profit presets, a built-in risk calculator and a trading dashboard. The footer says the technical solution for the platforms is provided by a third party.

Markets

The instruments page says you can trade stocks, stock indices, forex, crypto and commodities as CFDs, with categories for Forex, Stock indices, Commodities, Crypto, US stocks and EU stocks. Examples shown include BTCUSDT, AUDCAD, XAUUSD, US500.v and AAPL.OQ. The all-programmes terms also list energies (oil and gas).

Leverage

The leverage page shows separate figures for the evaluation and the EverAccount stage of each programme.

Company and Terms

The site footer names FinovaTech s.r.o., Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha, and the contact page gives the company ID 19630573. The footer states that FinovaTech s.r.o. does not provide investment services as defined in the Capital Market Business Act No. 256/2004 Coll., is not a broker and does not accept deposits, and that purchases should not be considered deposits. The general terms also name a company called Finquant s.r.o., which reserves the right not to conclude a cooperation agreement, even without giving a reason.

Simulated accounts. The general terms say all virtual trading is only simulated, and that the funds provided to the client are not real. The all-programmes terms say that after the evaluation you will be offered a contract with a partnered prop firm and move on to trading with real capital; the Mission page calls this the opportunity to trade on an EverAccount for a prop firm.

Who can join. Participants must be at least 18 years old. The FAQ on prohibited countries says EverTrader does not offer services to individuals from countries and regions including Afghanistan, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk/Luhansk regions, Cuba, India, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea and Lebanon, as well as other groups. The general terms go further: "EverTrader currently provide services to citizens and residence of the EU, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates ONLY." These two pages do not match; check eligibility with the firm before buying.

Firm history (as the firm states it). The About us page says EverTrader was launched in January 2022 and that EverStation Pro was introduced in April 2024. The homepage says "since 2021".

Who It Suits

EverTrader may suit traders who want evaluations with no time limit and who trade manually on a web, desktop or mobile platform. News traders should note that news is unrestricted only during evaluations; once funded, the 6-minute window applies. It is not a fit for traders who rely on EAs, trade copiers or high-frequency strategies, which its pages rule out. Because the general terms limit service to the EU, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, traders elsewhere should confirm eligibility first.
