Overview

Emerge Profit's site footer names the operator as Emergeprofit LLC, 2 S Biscayne Boulevard Suite 3200 #4151, Miami, FL 33131. It sells four product lines: EmergeFX challenges on cTrader or DXtrade, futures challenges on Tradovate or NinjaTrader, and two "Pase Directo" (direct pass) lines, one for EmergeFX and one for futures, which come "Sin evaluación" (without an evaluation).

The site says all accounts in its evaluation programmes and direct passes run in simulated environments, and that Emerge Profit is not a broker or an investment entity. It says rewards are based on simulated performance and are subject to each programme's rules. The homepage marks the firm's fourth year ("CUMPLIMOS 4 AÑOS", "2022 — 2026").

Most rule detail sits in the help centre. In the text we captured, several answers do not name the programme they apply to, and some answers disagree with each other. We point these out below.

Everything in this review comes from Emerge Profit's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

The EmergeFX challenges page says the firm offers evaluations of one or two phases ("Disponemos de evaluaciones de 1 o 2 fases.") leading to a simulated funded account of up to $100K. The futures page offers a simulated futures funded account of up to $200K, with futures evaluations "desde USD 60/mes" (from USD 60 a month).

The direct pass pages describe access to a simulated funded account without a prior evaluation, with virtual capital of up to $100K on both the EmergeFX and the futures direct pass. The homepage, however, refers to up to 250K in funded accounts and to direct passes "DE 50K A 250K". The help centre says a person can buy up to 3 direct pass accounts.

cTrader test 2 fases 100kEmergeFX two-phase evaluation$460.00
Test Futuros 50kFutures challenge$125.00
FX DIRECT DXTRADE 100KEmergeFX direct pass$432.00 (shown as a reduced price)

The homepage and the futures page are not consistent on billing. The homepage says "Sin suscripciones mensuales" (no monthly subscriptions), and the help centre says direct passes have no monthly fee and that payment is made once, covering only the cost of the account. The futures page, however, prices futures evaluations per month, and the help centre also says you will be charged automatically each month on the purchase date. The help centre says evaluations have no activation fee.

The homepage says all accounts have special conditions for a limited time, to mark the anniversary. It also runs a promotion giving free evaluations with direct pass purchases, limited to 2 gift accounts per user, which must come from passes of different sizes.

Trading Rules

The help centre gives the following rules. In the text we captured, it does not always say which programme an answer covers.

  • Profit target: 8% of the account in the evaluation phase and 5% in the verification phase.
  • Minimum trading days: "un mínimo de 5 días operados en todas sus evaluaciones" (at least 5 traded days in all evaluations). There is no maximum number of days and no time limit to complete the evaluation.
  • What counts as a trading day: at least 60 seconds (1 minute) of trades in the market.
  • Daily loss: the limit resets with each session change, and touching or exceeding it closes the account.
  • Drawdown: the help centre describes a static drawdown, where the minimum balance does not move despite any gains. It also describes an end-of-day drawdown that moves only with gains at the close of the day, does not move if the trader has no gains, and becomes static once the cushion is reached. Another answer says the drawdown becomes static once the minimum balance reaches the account's starting balance, and another that "el Drawdown siempre será estático" (the drawdown will always be static). The words "EOD" and "ESTÁTICO" appear on the product pages for cTrader test 2 fases 100k, Test Futuros 50k and FX DIRECT DXTRADE 100K without explanation.
  • Activity: another help answer says the trader must trade at least once a week, without naming the account in the text we captured.
  • Trade duration: trades must last at least 15 seconds. The same page also says scalping is allowed as long as trades last 10 seconds or more.
  • Consistency: no trade or winning day may equal or exceed 50% of total profit when a withdrawal is requested. A trade generated within 2 minutes for the same position counts as a single trade.
  • Trading hours and holding: one help answer says trading is allowed from 18:00 ET with positions closed by 16:55 ET at the latest, without naming the accounts it covers in the text we captured. Another says forex accounts may hold swing trades, while futures accounts may not and trades must be closed before the US session closes. "Swing Abuse" is not allowed.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

  • EAs and automation: the help centre says the use of any EA is strictly prohibited and that detecting an EA leads to account suspension. The terms prohibit any robot, script, expert advisor or other automated software, and the help centre says all programmes must be run only by real operators in real time.
  • Software and speed: the terms say you cannot use software, artificial intelligence or high execution speed, and do not allow trading with external data sources or slow connections that could give an unfair advantage.
  • Hedging: the help centre says hedging strategies are expressly prohibited in the evaluation account.
  • Gaps and system errors: the terms say trading is prohibited "durante la apertura de brechas" (during gap openings), and the risk statement prohibits strategies based on system errors.
  • Other listed practices: the terms list hedging (opening opposite trades to minimise risk), martingale (increasing trade size after a loss), micro scalping (many trades in extremely short periods for small quick gains), simultaneous trades on different accounts or correlated instruments, and "One Side Betting". The help centre's list adds shared or crossed VPS use with other traders and trade splitting. The risk statement says failing to follow these practices can lead to sanctions or suspension of the demo account.
  • Copy trading: the help centre contradicts itself. One answer says copy trading cannot be done on its accounts; another says it can, as long as the accounts belong to the same client. The terms separately say Emerge Profit, as an entity, can copy the trades of selected traders automatically and in real time.

Payouts and Scaling

The help centre says profits are split 80% to the trader and 20% to Emerge Profit by default, with a maximum of 90% to the trader. It describes this as starting at 80/20 and rising to 90/10 as performance is sustained over time. One answer also says the first 5,000 USD will be 100% for the trader; the text we captured does not show which accounts this covers.

  • Payout timing rules: the help centre says "El trader deberá cumplir 30 días naturales y 10 días mínimos operados" and "Cada 15 días naturales respetando las reglas establecidas"; the text we captured does not say which accounts or which step these cover. It also says Flex accounts need only 10 traded days between withdrawals, half the figure for Classic accounts.
  • Processing: the homepage says "Recompensas procesadas en 24 h", and the futures and direct pass pages say profits are processed and sent within 24 hours of the request. The help centre says the account goes into review after a request, with a response within 24 hours. Once approved, crypto payments take seconds; bank transfers depend on the receiving bank and usually take 48 to 72 business hours.
  • Minimum, methods and fees: there is no minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are made by bank transfer or crypto (USDT), and the trader pays the network's withdrawal fee.
  • Denial: the terms say "Emergeprofit se reserva el derecho a denegar el retiro de fondos siempre y cuando" certain conditions apply; they also refer to cases where "el trader no operó de forma consistente". Our capture does not show the full list of conditions.

The scaling the help centre describes is of the profit split: "Reparto escalable hasta 90/10 según rendimiento sostenido." The futures direct pass page says you can trade up to 3 accounts at the same time.

Platforms and Markets

EmergeFX accounts run on cTrader or DXtrade with TradingView integrated, and the help centre says both have Android and iOS apps. All futures direct passes run on Tradovate and NinjaTrader; the help centre says that, through Tradovate, futures accounts can be traded on NinjaTrader or TradingView. The platforms page says you choose your platform at the time of purchase.

On markets, the help centre says Emerge Profit offers futures from CME (Equity, FX), CBOT (Equity, IR), COMEX and NYMEX. The platforms page mentions E-mini index futures. The EmergeFX challenges and direct passes are labelled "Forex & CFDs" in the site menu.

Company and Terms

  • Operator: the site footer names Emergeprofit LLC, 2 S Biscayne Boulevard Suite 3200 #4151, Miami, FL 33131.
  • Status: the site says Emerge Profit is not a broker or an investment entity, does not manage client funds and does not give financial advice. The terms say it does not operate as an independent securities broker or offer regulated financial services.
  • Simulated accounts: the site says all evaluation and direct pass accounts run in simulated environments with real market data. The risk statement says participants do not invest capital in the markets and cannot lose more than the programme fee. The FX DIRECT DXTRADE 100K product page, however, says it gives access to "una cuenta real de trading" (a real trading account).
  • Broker: the help centre says the company works with the broker ThinkMarkets, which it says is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 629628).
  • US access: the help centre says traders in the US can access any of the futures platforms; for forex and CFDs, only the DXtrade platform with integrated TradingView.
  • Restricted countries: the help centre's list includes Afghanistan, Albania, Antarctica, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Chad, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Djibouti, East Timor, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Jordan, Laos, Lesotho, Libya, Malawi, North Korea, the Palestinian Territory, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan and Yemen.
  • Refunds: the refund policy says payment for evaluation programmes is final and non-refundable, that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, and that returns or cancellations cannot be accepted once credentials are delivered. It says a duplicate payment made in error can be refunded. The policy also refers to serious technical failures and to a period of 48 hours after purchase; our capture does not show the full conditions.
  • Chargebacks: for disputes opened without first contacting support, the policy lists permanent expulsion from the platform, reporting to payment processors and financial risk databases, and possible legal action in case of intentional fraud.
  • Support: the direct pass pages say support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The disclosures page gives support@emergeprofit.com with "Lunes a Viernes las 24hs" (24 hours, Monday to Friday).

Who It Suits

Emerge Profit is aimed at traders who trade manually on cTrader, DXtrade, Tradovate or NinjaTrader. The help centre says there is no time limit on evaluations, and several pages say payouts are processed within 24 hours. It does not suit traders who rely on EAs, hedging in the evaluation, or holding futures positions overnight. Because several help answers disagree, traders should confirm the rules for their exact account with the firm before buying.

⚖️ Our Verdict

Emerge Profit sells simulated EmergeFX and futures challenges and no-evaluation direct passes, with a stated 80% default profit split rising to 90%, no evaluation time limit and payouts it says are processed within 24 hours. EAs are banned, evaluation fees are stated to be non-refundable apart from duplicate payments, its help centre contradicts itself on copy trading and minimum trade duration, and its pages disagree on monthly billing, so the rules for a specific account should be checked with the firm.
