Overview

Elites Funding sells simulated trading accounts in three forms: a Standard 2-Step evaluation, an Express 1-Step evaluation and Instant Funding, which has no evaluation. Its pages say all trading takes place in a simulated environment using demo funds, and that traders keep connecting to a demo server even after reaching the Funded Stage.

The FAQ lists account sizes of $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 or $200,000, depending on the programme. It says the profit split starts at 80% and can rise to 95% based on performance (another FAQ line adds “and account type”), and that accounts can be scaled over time to up to $500,000 in simulated capital (the FAQ caps Instant Funding allocation at $100,000). Payouts are on demand, processed within up to 24 hours once approved, and currently paid in USDT (ERC20).

The site is operated by MASTERLABS LIMITED, which its pages describe as registered in Gibraltar. The firm says it is not a broker, does not accept deposits and is not a regulated financial institution.

Everything in this review comes from Elites Funding's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • Profit split starts at 80% and can rise to 95% based on performance, according to the FAQ (another FAQ line adds “and account type”).
  • The FAQ says there is no time limit to complete Phase 1 of the Standard Evaluation, and separately says there is no time limit to complete “the evaluation phase”.
  • News trading and holding positions overnight and over the weekend are allowed across all programmes, according to the FAQ.
  • Payouts are on demand and processed within up to 24 hours once approved.
  • The FAQ and refund policy say the challenge fee is returned with the first payout once the trader is funded and has met the payout requirements (the Terms separately call fees non-refundable once trading has begun).
  • A Free Retake feature lets traders restart a challenge at no extra cost under the firm's rules.

❌ Cons

  • Expert Advisors, trading robots, trade copiers and all automated trading are banned.
  • High-frequency trading, tick scalping, grid trading, martingale and several arbitrage and hedging strategies are banned.
  • A 30% consistency threshold applies during the Funded Stage, including Instant Funding accounts.
  • Payouts are currently made only in USDT (ERC20), and the terms say all payouts are discretionary and that meeting the rules does not guarantee a payout.
  • The first payout needs at least 10 trading days on the funded account.
  • The home page showed two different starting prices, and we could not see a price for each account size.

Programmes and Prices

The home page lists three programmes: Standard 2-Step, Express 1-Step and an Instant option it describes as “Instant funding. No evaluation. Trade from day one using simulated funds.”

The FAQ gives account sizes of $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 or $200,000, depending on the programme chosen. The home page also says “Standard or Express. $10K–$200K”, so the smallest size differs between the two pages; we used the FAQ figures. The FAQ says the maximum allocation for Instant Funding accounts is $100,000 in simulated funds.

We could not see a price for each account size in our saved pages. The home page showed “From $74” on one button and “From $374” on others, alongside a limited promotion banner (“Finish Q3 Strong”), so treat the lower figure as a possible promotional price and check the checkout page. The FAQ says no free trial accounts are currently available.

Trading Rules

The FAQ sets profit targets and minimum trading days for each evaluation. The FAQ describes a two-step and a single-phase trading challenge.

ProgrammeProfit targetMinimum trading daysTime limit
Standard 2-StepPhase 1: 9%; Phase 2: 5%5 per phaseNone for Phase 1
Single-phase evaluation (programme not named in our saved FAQ)10%4None
Instant FundingNoneNot statedNo evaluation

The 10% target, 4 trading days and no time limit are given in the FAQ for “the evaluation phase”; our saved copy does not say which programme these apply to, though they do not match the Standard 2-Step figures. The FAQ says there is no profit target once a trader reaches the Funded Stage.

Loss limits

The FAQ gives these loss limits, each as a percentage of starting balance:

  • A Maximum Daily Loss of 5% with a Maximum Overall Loss of 10%.
  • A Maximum Daily Loss of 3% with a Maximum Overall Loss of 6%.
  • A Maximum Daily Trailing Loss of 3% and a Maximum Overall Trailing Loss of 5%.

Our saved copy of the FAQ does not show which programme each set of limits belongs to, so check the programme page before buying. The FAQ says the Maximum Daily Loss resets every day at 00:00 GMT (server time), and that the Maximum Overall Loss does not reset and stays fixed for the life of the account. It describes trailing drawdown as a limit that follows account equity as it grows.

Consistency and inactivity

The home page says there is no consistency rule during the evaluation phase. The FAQ sets a consistency threshold of 30% (its wording begins “meaning that no single day”), and says this rule applies only during the Funded Stage, including Instant Funding accounts. The FAQ also has a rule for accounts with no trades placed for more than 30 consecutive days.

Leverage

The FAQ says Instant Funding accounts offer 1:50 leverage, and refers to accounts that offer up to 1:100.

News and holding positions

The FAQ says trading during news events is allowed across all programmes, and that you do not have to close positions overnight or over the weekend. It says indicators can be used freely.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

The FAQ says Expert Advisors (EAs), trading robots, trade copiers and any form of automated trading are not permitted. Its list of prohibited practices includes:

  • tick scalping;
  • high-frequency trading, manual or automated;
  • arbitrage strategies (reverse, hedge or latency);
  • grid trading and martingale strategies;
  • one-sided betting;
  • copying trades from other traders;
  • account sharing and use of emulators;
  • inappropriate risk management.

The Terms of Use add bans on hedging across accounts or external platforms, copy trading across multiple accounts, arbitrage exploiting latency or pricing errors, use of delayed data or manipulated feeds, and “any behavior inconsistent with real market conditions”.

Payouts, Profit Split and Scaling

The FAQ says the profit share starts at 80% after reaching the Funded Stage and can rise to 95% based on performance; another FAQ line says up to 95% “based on their performance and account type”. It says traders can increase the split up to 95% as they progress through scaling, and that accounts can be scaled over time to up to $500,000 in simulated capital. The FAQ caps Instant Funding allocation at $100,000. The home page describes scaling as “Hit milestones → bigger simulated balance + higher split.”

  • First payout: after a minimum of 10 trading days on the funded account.
  • Frequency: the FAQ says the payout system is on demand.
  • Minimum: at least equal to the challenge fee paid.
  • Method: currently all payouts are processed via USDT (ERC20). The FAQ says the firm is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet details. The home page shows a “$4,320 → Bank Account” graphic, but the FAQ says all payouts are currently in USDT.
  • Speed: once approved, payouts are processed within up to 24 hours. The home page says “Get paid in 24 hours or we pay you $1,000 extra.”; we did not see the conditions for that offer.

The Terms of Use say all payouts are discretionary and subject to manual review, that meeting programme rules does not guarantee a payout, and that the firm keeps full and final discretion over payout approvals, amounts and timing.

Refunds and Retakes

The refund policy says refunds are offered only for accounts on which no trades have been placed, and only if the request is made within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Separately, the FAQ says the challenge fee is refundable once you reach the Funded Stage and is returned with your first payout. The refund policy says this is not issued immediately on passing: you must have generated sufficient eligible profits and met all payout requirements, including minimum trading days and compliance checks. The Terms of Use also say that once trading activity has begun, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, so read the refund policy for the fee-return conditions.

The home page says a free retake is available within the rules, and the FAQ says the Free Retake feature lets you restart your challenge at no extra cost. The refund policy warns that clients who improperly dispute charges or start chargebacks may be permanently banned, and that pending or future payouts may be cancelled.

Platforms and Markets

The FAQ says challenge accounts are available on TradeLocker Demo, and that you can trade on web, mobile or desktop platforms. The home page says you can trade forex, crypto futures, indices and commodities using simulated funds; elsewhere it lists forex, crypto and indices. We did not see a full instrument list.

Company and Terms

The site says it is owned and operated by MASTERLABS LIMITED, registration number 123237, with an office at Suite 2, 260 Main Street, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. The Terms of Use describe it as a company registered in Gibraltar.

The FAQ says Elites Funding is not a regulated financial institution, and its pages say it is not a broker and does not accept deposits. The refund policy says it does not conduct any regulated activities and is not required to obtain authorisation from the regulatory authority. The Terms of Use say no real capital is allocated to users for personal trading and that all funded accounts and evaluations use demo funds only.

The FAQ says the firm does not provide services to residents of countries subject to OFAC sanctions. We did not see a list of named countries. The home page states “$12M+ Total Rewards · Since 2023” and “20,000+ traders globally”; these are the firm's own figures.

Who It Suits

Elites Funding may suit manual traders who want simulated accounts on TradeLocker, who trade the news or hold over weekends, and who can accept USDT payouts. It does not suit traders who use EAs, copiers or any automation, or who rely on high-frequency, grid, martingale or tick-scalping strategies.
