Cointracts describes itself as “a crypto proprietary trading firm that gives skilled traders the chance to trade with simulated capital.” A trader pays a one-time challenge fee, passes a 1-Step or 2-Step evaluation and then trades a simulated Funded Account, keeping a share of the simulated profits. Its Terms of Use say “Trading in both the evaluation and Funded stages remains simulated.”
Account sizes run from $2,000 to $100,000. The standard profit split is 80%, the challenge tables show leverage of 1:5, and payouts are made in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. The firm markets itself as a “no KYC” prop firm with payout requests available every 24 hours.
The Terms name the operator as Cointracts Prop FZ-LLC, with a registered office in Dubai Media City. The firm’s pages disagree on several details, including payment methods, refunds, payout speed and payout timing. We note each case below and say which page we used.
Everything in this review comes from Cointracts' own web pages, saved on 11 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Cointracts offers two challenge types. The 1-Step Challenge has one evaluation phase. The 2-Step Challenge has Phase 1 and a second “Verification” phase. Both lead to a Funded stage. The challenge table lists six account sizes: $2k, $5k, $10k, $25k, $50k and $100k.

|---|---|---|
| Profit target | 8% (Phase 1), 5% (Phase 2) | 10% |

The FAQ says there are no monthly fees and that challenges “require a one-time fee only”. The Terms say fees are denominated in USD. In our saved copy of the site, prices appear only in the challenge widget, which shows one price per challenge type under a “Limited time only” label: $89 next to the 2-Step rules and $119 next to the 1-Step rules. The saved copy does not show which account size these prices belong to, and we could not see prices for the other sizes. Check the order form before you pay.
The home page’s code also holds other versions of the challenge table with different figures, such as a five-day minimum for 2-Step Phase 2 and a “Maximum Loss Per Trade Idea” of “2% - $2,000”. The FAQ and Terms do not mention a per-trade loss limit. We used the FAQ figures, which match the table on the Promotions page.
The site was also running promotions: a buy-one-get-one-free offer (“Buy any account above $2k and get a free $2k account”) and a “Trader of the Day” contest in Discord that pays “$50 USDT daily”.
If losses go past either drawdown limit, the FAQ says “the account will be breached and you will fail the challenge.” The FAQ also says floating (open) profit and loss counts towards the daily drawdown. The pages we saw do not say whether the maximum total loss is fixed or trailing.
The combined margin of all open positions must stay “strictly below 70% of your account balance at any single moment”. On a $100,000 account that means less than $70,000 of open margin. This rule applies in both the Challenge and Funded stages. The FAQ lists payout penalties, measured at peak exposure:
To get a payout from a Funded Account, your best single day’s profit must be below 50% of the total of all your positive days. The FAQ’s example: positive days of $5,000, $1,000 and $5,000 total $11,000, so the ratio is 45.5% and the payout is processed. If the ratio is 50% or more, the payout request “will be rejected or refunded”, and you need to keep trading until the ratio falls below 50%. The FAQ and Terms say this rule does not apply during the Challenge.
A second FAQ page on the site (/faq-3) is inconsistent: it says the Profit Day Ratio applies only to Funded Accounts, but also that both rules “apply throughout your entire journey”. We used the main FAQ and the Terms, which limit the Profit Day Ratio to Funded Accounts.
The FAQ says EAs, algorithmic trading and copy trading are allowed, but you are responsible for what these tools do and “hedging remains prohibited”. Hedging is banned within one account, across several accounts and through coordinated trading with other accounts.
The Terms list prohibited practices. They include:
The ban on third-party or marketed strategies sits uneasily with the FAQ’s permission for copy trading. If you plan to copy another trader or use a bought strategy, ask support first.
Each trader may hold only one registered profile. Within it you may hold several Challenge accounts, but only one Funded Account of each account type at a time. Account merging is not allowed. The FAQ says there are no IP address restrictions.
The Terms say trading is reviewed before a Funded Account is issued, and a trader found using prohibited trading will not receive one. If prohibited trading is found, participation is ended, which “may include the forfeiture of any fees paid.”
Under the standard profit split you keep 80% of eligible profits from a Funded Account; the FAQ says Cointracts keeps 20% “as a service fee”. The FAQ adds that “Selected promotional offers may increase your share to up to 100%.” Profits made during the evaluation cannot be withdrawn. One benefits block on the home page says “Up to 90% Profit” without explanation; the FAQ and Terms give 80% as the standard split.
First payout. You can request your first payout once the Funded Account is active, eligible profit is at least $100, all open positions are closed and your Profit Day Ratio is below 50%. After the first payout, you may submit a new request once every 24 hours, “with no fixed limit on the number of payouts.”
Profit Split Day. The Terms say your share of profits is calculated on a Profit Split Day and credited to a withdrawable balance in the Trader Portal; withdrawal requests from that balance can then be made once every 24 hours. You choose the Profit Split Day within a ten-day window from the start of trading each month; if you do not, it is the last day of the trading month. The Terms say you can change your Virtual Profit Split Day up to three times. The FAQ's daily-payout description and the Terms' monthly Profit Split Day do not obviously fit together; ask support how often new profit becomes withdrawable.
Speed and method. The Terms and FAQ say withdrawals are typically processed within three business days and no later than seven business days. Payouts are made only in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network, with a minimum withdrawal of $100. The /faq-3 page says payout requests are processed within 24 hours; we used the Terms.
Refundable Fee. The Terms offer a conditional return of the challenge fee. On a 1-Step Challenge you can request it after the third Qualifying Payout Cycle has been completed and paid. On a 2-Step Challenge you can request it after the first Qualifying Profit Payout has been paid. The amount is the fee you actually paid after any discount, and it is paid separately from your profit share.
Scaling. Asked whether a funded account can grow, the FAQ says “Not automatically”, adding that high-performing traders “may be invited” to larger funding options.
Cointracts does not name its trading platform on the pages we saw. The FAQ describes “a fast, crypto-optimized platform that supports real-time monitoring, trading, and performance tracking.” The Terms say trading platform operators “are separate entities” from Cointracts.
Markets are crypto only. The FAQ says the focus is “major cryptocurrencies and selected trading pairs”, with specific availability listed on the platform. Leverage in the challenge tables is 1:5. The home page uses the heading “Up to 5X Leverage” but the text under it refers to “100X capital access”; we used the 1:5 figure from the tables.
The Terms say traders get free access to the Cointracts Academy, which offers courses, lectures and news articles. The home page lists an AI trading assistant as an “Upcoming feature”.
Payment methods. The firm’s pages disagree. The FAQ on the home page lists card payments and USDT (ERC20 / TRC20). The main FAQ page says “we accept payments via Crypto and INR payments in UPI.” The Terms mention cryptocurrency “or any other payment methods available on the Website”. Check the checkout page for the methods offered to you.
Refunds. The home page FAQ says fees are non-refundable “once the challenge has started”, while the main FAQ page says “once purchased” and that wrong purchases cannot be swapped or refunded. Both mention refunds for duplicate charges or technical problems. We used the Terms, which provide refunds for confirmed duplicate charges and for services that cannot be delivered because of a technical failure, plus the conditional Refundable Fee described above.
KYC and personal data. Cointracts says it is a “No KYC Crypto Prop Firm”. Its Terms still ask for personal details at sign-up, including full name, email address, postal address, contact number and date of birth. If a payment processor flags a trader as “high risk”, the Terms say Cointracts may request documents and may revoke access if they are not provided within 24 hours.
The Terms of Use name the operator as Cointracts Prop FZ-LLC, which they describe as “a legally recognised limited liability proprietary trading firm in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)”, with a registered office at Loft Office 3, Entrance B, Floor 407, Dubai Media City, Dubai. The site footer says all accounts are simulated, “no real capital is involved”, and Cointracts “does not operate as a broker, custodian, or licensed financial advisor.”
The About page says the team began in 2024 by supporting a community of professional traders and launched Cointracts in 2025. The firm states it has “6,000+” active users and traders in “195+ Countries”. Its leaderboard page claims “$1M+” in total payouts and “30,000+” traders. These are the firm’s own figures; we have not verified them.
Cointracts fits traders who want to trade only crypto, at low leverage (1:5), with no time limit on the evaluation and what the FAQ describes as USDT payout requests every 24 hours after the first payout. EAs, algorithmic trading and copy trading are allowed by the FAQ.
It suits traders less well if they hedge, make most of their profit on one or two days (the 50% Profit Day Ratio), use most of their margin at once (the 70% Total Margin Cap), or need payouts in anything other than USDT on TRC-20. Because the firm’s pages disagree on payment methods, refunds, payout speed and payout timing, read the Terms of Use before buying.

Cointracts is a crypto-only prop firm with simple 1-Step and 2-Step challenges, an 80% standard split, 1:5 leverage and USDT payout requests that the FAQ allows every 24 hours after the first payout. The 70% margin cap and 50% Profit Day Ratio can cut or delay payouts, and the firm’s own pages disagree on payment methods, refunds, payout speed and payout timing. Read the Terms of Use, which we found the most detailed and consistent source, and confirm the price for your account size at checkout.

Find My MatchNo. The site says all accounts operate in a simulated trading environment and no real capital is involved. Profit shares are paid in USDT.
80% of eligible profits under the standard split. The FAQ says selected promotional offers may raise this to up to 100%.
Your first payout needs at least $100 of eligible profit, all positions closed and a Profit Day Ratio below 50%. After that the FAQ says you can request once every 24 hours; the Terms say profits are credited to your withdrawable balance on a Profit Split Day, which they define as a designated day each month, and withdrawals from that balance can be requested every 24 hours. Withdrawals are typically processed within three business days and no later than seven.
No. The FAQ says there is no maximum time limit, but accounts inactive for over 30 days may be closed. The 2-Step Challenge needs at least 3 trading days per phase; the 1-Step has no minimum.
The FAQ says EAs, algorithmic and copy trading are allowed, but hedging is not. The Terms also ban using third-party or marketed strategies to pass challenges.
The Terms name Cointracts Prop FZ-LLC, with a registered office in Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
