Overview

BridgeFunded (written "Bridge Funded" on its own site) sells evaluations for simulated trading accounts. Its homepage lists four standard challenge types, 1-Step, 2-Step, 2-Step Swing and Insta Funded, plus Membership Accounts in 3-month, 6-month and 12-month versions.

Its Terms & Conditions say the services are provided by Bridge Financial Group FZCO, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The site footer says the firm "exclusively offers simulated trading environments and educational tools" and "is not a broker and does not accept or hold customer deposits". The About Us page names DXtrade as a trading terminal, and none of the saved pages states that the firm is regulated.

The homepage advertises "up to 90% profit split", but the 1-Step, 2-Step and 2-Step Swing help pages each list "Bi-Weekly Rewards (80% Split)". We note this and other differences between pages below.

Everything in this review comes from BridgeFunded's own web pages, saved on 11 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • No time limit on the challenge or Verification, according to the homepage and Terms.
  • The 2-Step Swing page states no news or weekend restrictions in either stage (the Terms separately forbid gap trading when major news is due).
  • The Terms name the operating company, Bridge Financial Group FZCO in Dubai.
  • Rule pages for each programme give worked examples for loss limits.
  • Rewards can be requested every 14 days after the first trade on the 1-Step, 2-Step and 2-Step Swing programmes.

❌ Cons

  • The homepage advertises up to 90% profit split, but the programme pages list an 80% split.
  • Pages disagree on several points, such as 1-Step minimum trading days (1 or 3), the capital limit ($400,000 or USD 200,000) and whether evaluation fees are ever refunded.
  • Insta Funded has a 1% open-loss cap, a 5% trailing limit and bans news trading and weekend holding.
  • Broad prohibited-practice rules, decided at the firm's sole discretion, include trading several accounts from the same household.
  • No refund once you start trading or if you fail; the fee is refunded only on the fourth profit split.
  • All orders carry a 500ms execution delay.

Programmes and Prices

The homepage shows a table of rules for each challenge type. The 2-Step and 2-Step Swing rows below use their help pages, because the homepage text does not show which 2-Step table belongs to which tab.

List prices

The homepage labels its prices "Evaluation fee". The page does not say whether the fee is paid once or recurs, and it does not mark the figures as a sale or discount. The Terms say the fee "grants you access to the simulated trading challenge and the Services offered under it". The figures below are the list prices shown on the homepage when we saved it.

Account size1-Step evaluation feeInsta Funded evaluation fee
$5,000$60$65
$10,000$97$95
$25,000$198$190
$50,000$318$295
$100,000$550$590

The homepage text holds two different fee lists for tables with the 2-Step rules (8% and 5% targets, 5% daily and 10% overall limits). The lowest fee on the homepage, $49 for a $5,000 account, is in one of these lists. The saved text does not show which list belongs to the 2-Step tab and which to the 2-Step Swing tab, so we do not give a full price table for either.

Membership Accounts

The Membership Accounts tables use the 2-Step rules: an 8% Step 1 goal, a 5% Step 2 goal, 5% daily and 10% overall loss limits, 3 minimum trading days and no consistency score, for accounts from $5,000 to $200,000. The saved pages do not explain what a membership includes or how it is billed, so we give no membership prices.

Payment

The payment page lists credit card and cryptocurrency, and says options can vary by region and fees by payment method. The saved pages do not mention an activation fee.

Trading Rules by Programme

1-Step

The 1-Step help page sets a 10% profit target and at least 3 trading days. The homepage table shows 1 minimum trading day instead. Your performance is reviewed before you receive the Funded Account. The maximum loss limit is 6% of the initial account size: in the page's example, a $100,000 account must stay above $94,000. The daily loss limit is 3% of starting equity or balance, whichever is higher, and resets at 00:00 UTC (server time). The page says there is no risk rule and no inactivity rule.

2-Step

Phase 1 needs an 8% profit and at least 3 trading days; Phase 2 needs 5% and at least 3 trading days. The Phase 2 account is issued as soon as Phase 1 is passed, and performance is reviewed after both phases. The maximum loss limit is 10% of the initial balance (a $100,000 account must stay above $90,000), and the daily limit is 5% of starting balance or equity, whichever is higher. On Funded Accounts only, the loss on one trade idea may not exceed 3% of the initial account size; this counts split entries and same-direction trades opened within 5 minutes, and breaking it closes the account. The page says there is no risk rule and no inactivity rule.

2-Step Swing

The 2-Step Swing help page is headed "2-Step Challenge Overview" and repeats the 2-Step targets, loss limits and the 3% per-trade loss rule for Funded Accounts. Its news, weekend and leverage rules differ (see below).

Insta Funded

The Insta Funded page describes an account with no evaluation phase. Its rules are stricter than the challenge accounts:

  • Daily loss limit of 3% of the higher of starting balance or equity, resetting at 00:00 UTC (server time).
  • A 5% trailing loss limit measured from the highest recorded equity. It stops trailing once the account is up 5% and does not reset after payouts.
  • Open (floating) loss may not exceed 1% of the account size, for example $1,000 on a $100,000 account.
  • At least 7 profitable days in every 30-day cycle, where a profitable day is a net gain of at least 0.25% of the balance.
  • A Consistency Score of at least 85% before a payout: the largest winning day may not exceed 15% of total profit.
  • A 20-lot maximum per trade.

The page says breaking any of these rules causes immediate account termination.

Time limits and activation

The homepage says "No time limits". The Terms say the challenge and the Verification each last "unlimited days" from activation. A challenge not activated within 30 days of payment is suspended; you then have six months to ask for access to be renewed, or the service ends without a refund.

Breaches

If you break a trading objective, the help centre says the account is restricted, open positions are closed, pending orders are cancelled and the account becomes view-only. The Terms say a suspended Funded Account keeps no right to its remaining profits. A help page adds that a breached account is ineligible for rewards and its simulated profits are voided.

News, Weekend and Overnight Rules

News and weekend rules differ sharply between programmes.

ProgrammeEvaluationFunded stage
1-StepNo news or weekend restrictions. You may hold trades through news and weekends, but profits do not count on trades opened or closed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after high-impact (Forex Factory red folder) news. Trades opened more than 5 hours before the event are exempt.
2-StepNo news or weekend restrictions. On the Master Account you may hold trades through news and weekends, but profits do not count on trades opened or closed within 5 minutes either side of high-impact news on related currencies, unless the trade was opened 5 or more hours before.
2-Step SwingThe page says you "can trade freely" with "no restrictions on news or weekend positions for both evaluations and funded account".Same as evaluation (no restrictions)
Insta FundedNo evaluationTrading high-impact news and holding over weekends are prohibited: no opening or holding trades from 10 minutes before to 10 minutes after a high-impact event, and all positions must be closed before Friday's market close. Breaking this closes the account.

The 1-Step page applies the same window to high-impact speeches (from 5 minutes before the start to 5 minutes after the end) and says closing part of a position in the window affects the whole order. The 2-Step page says its rule "also applies to high-impact speeches".

Separately, the Terms list as forbidden in simulated trading "gap trading" when significant global news, macroeconomic events or corporate reports are due. The 2-Step Swing page does not mention this clause.

On overnight positions, the help centre says forex rollovers happen at 5 p.m. ET, with triple rollover rates on Wednesdays (on Fridays for indices). The help centre's swap-rates article gives no rates; it says swap rates and contract details can be viewed in DxTrade.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

A help-centre page lists practices prohibited "across all Funded Accounts" and says the list is not exhaustive. It includes:

  • exploiting platform or pricing errors or latency, and using insider information;
  • grid trading and martingale;
  • passing the evaluation with one strategy and switching to a different, unapproved strategy in the Funded Account;
  • arbitrage between your account and another account, at Bridge Funded or at another firm;
  • copy trading from third parties, including signals from social media, Discord groups and trading communities;
  • account sharing, including trading multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household.

The firm says it decides "at its sole discretion" what counts as prohibited trading, and that violations may lead to account breach, permanent disqualification and forfeiture of all payouts. The Terms also list high-frequency trading (HFT), tick scalping and arbitrage as exploitative strategies. For forbidden practices, the Terms allow the firm to remove trades, cancel services or cut leverage to 1:5.

Automated trading and hedging

The pages we saved do not say directly whether expert advisors (EAs) or trading bots are allowed. The Terms forbid "utilizing software, artificial intelligence, ultra-high-speed trading, or mass data entry that could manipulate or abuse the system, or confer an unfair advantage". We also found no general hedging rule. The Terms forbid trades, alone or with others, "aimed at manipulating trading circumstances, such as placing opposite positions simultaneously".

Lot limits

A 20-lot limit per click applies to both opening and closing trades, so larger orders must be split. A separate Maximum Lot Exposure Limit caps total open lots and, according to its help page, is specific to the 2-Step Model Master Account. The page lists each cap as two figures, from "1/3 lots" for $5,000 to "20/40 lots (maximum cap)" for $100,000 or higher; its worked example treats a $25,000 account as "Max 10 Lots". The page does not explain the two figures. Going over the cap removes profits from the excess trades, may cut rewards to 30% of profits, and may close the account.

Payouts and Scaling

The 1-Step, 2-Step and 2-Step Swing pages each list "Bi-Weekly Rewards (80% Split)", requested every 14 days after the first trade. The homepage says funded traders can withdraw "virtual profits every 14 days". The homepage's "up to 90%" figure is not explained on any page we saved, and the Insta Funded page does not state a split.

On the 1-Step page, the minimum payout is 1% of the initial balance, including the firm's profit split, and transfers are subject to exchange rates and transaction fees. Insta Funded payouts also need the 85% Consistency Score described above. The Terms say a trader who has a partnership, copy trading, signal or account-management arrangement with other prop firms or third parties cannot submit a payout request. The saved pages do not list payout methods.

Account limits and scaling

A help page says traders can scale up and manage multiple accounts with a combined maximum of $400,000. The Terms, however, say total capital allocation "should not exceed USD 200,000 per customer or trading strategy". We could not tell which figure applies; check with the firm. One help page says Funded Accounts cannot be merged, while the lot exposure page refers to "merged accounts exceeding $100,000". The saved pages describe no scaling plan beyond the combined limit.

Platforms and Markets

The About Us page says traders use "terminals like DXtrade", and the swap-rates help page explains how to view swap rates on DxTrade. The footer says the firm's platforms and technology are "supported by third-party providers", and the Terms say platform operators are separate from Bridge Funded.

A help page says all orders are subject to a 500ms execution delay, applied equally to all traders, to prevent latency arbitrage and high-frequency trading. The About Us page, by contrast, promises "no slippage games, no delays". A stop loss is not required in either the evaluation or the funded stage.

The homepage advertises leverage "up to 1:100". The help pages give leverage and commission by asset class:

Asset class2-Step leverage1-Step and 2-Step Swing leverageCommission
Forex1:1001:30$4 per lot (RAW spreads)
Metals1:301:9$4 per lot
Indices1:201:10None
Energies1:101:10None
Crypto1:51:50.035% per side (see note)

The crypto row gives "0.035% per side", but the formula and example beneath it use 0.04% ($1.04 on 1 lot of ETH/USD at $2,600). The Insta Funded page has no leverage or commission table.

Company and Terms

  • Operator: the Terms name Bridge Financial Group FZCO, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The footer gives the address Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the email support@bridgefunded.com. The About Us page says the company is registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai.
  • Regulation: the Risk Disclosure says the company "does not engage in any regulated financial activities". The footer says the firm is not a broker and does not hold customer deposits.
  • Simulated accounts: the homepage, footer and Terms describe simulated trading and a "funded simulated account". Some help pages use different words: the Insta Funded page speaks of "a live Funded account" and the 2-Step page says you will "trade live".The "live environment" FAQ explains that trading takes place "in a live market environment using demo capital", and the Risk Disclosure says all accounts are demo accounts in a simulated environment.
  • Restricted countries: the footer says the firm does not serve individuals or entities in sanctioned countries, and that its site is not directed at residents where use would break local law.The VPN help page lists countries and regions the firm cannot serve, including Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the UAE, Ukraine (including Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk), Venezuela and Yemen, among others, and says the list may change. The United States is not on that list, but no page we saved says US residents are accepted. The same page allows VPNs, but not to hide your location or evade rules.
  • Age: services are for people aged 18 or over. KYC, run through SumSub, is required to access the funded account, sign the Trader Agreement and receive payouts.
  • Refunds: the Terms say no refunds are given if you cancel, stop early, fail the conditions or break the Terms. Consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw, which is lost once they start simulated trading. The Refund Policy allows cancellation within 14 days of purchase if no order has been opened on the evaluation account, allows exceptions for faulty or misrepresented services, and says the evaluation fee is refunded on the fourth successful profit split. A help page says one passed evaluation is refunded if KYC is rejected, although another FAQ says no evaluation purchase is refunded and "all sales are final". The Refund Policy also says that if you file a chargeback, the firm may suspend your accounts and profit-split payments and recover amounts already paid.

Who It Suits

Traders who hold positions through news or weekends will want to read the 2-Step Swing page, which states no news or weekend restrictions in evaluation or funded stage, alongside the Terms' ban on gap trading around major news. The 1-Step challenge has a single 10% target but tighter loss limits (3% daily, 6% overall) than the 2-Step (5% and 10%). Insta Funded skips the evaluation but has stricter rules than the challenges, set out above.

⚖️ Our Verdict

BridgeFunded offers 1-Step, 2-Step, 2-Step Swing and Insta Funded accounts, all on simulated trading, from a Dubai company named in its Terms. Its help pages are detailed, but several figures conflict, most notably the advertised 90% split against the 80% shown on each programme page. Read the help page for your chosen programme in full and confirm the conflicting points with the firm before paying for an account.
