BestProp4U sells fee-based trading assessments. Its homepage lists Forex CFDs, Crypto only, Futures, Instant Funding and Pay Later programmes. The homepage also says the firm offers 6 categories and 39 plans from $5,000 to $1,000,000; our copy names only these five. The FAQ and terms pages instead say traders can start with $10K–$1M funded accounts.
The site says it is operated by BP4U LTD., an affiliate of Prop Account LLC, and that Prop Account LLC offers fee-based simulated trading assessments.
This review uses only the firm's own homepage, FAQ and terms pages. We could not read separate rules, pricing, challenges or payouts pages. Several rules in our copy are not tied to a named programme, and we say where. Check the rules of the exact plan before you buy.
Everything in this review comes from BestProp4U's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

The homepage lists five programmes: Forex CFDs, Crypto only, Futures, Instant Funding and Pay Later. The FAQ also refers to 1Phase and 2Phase accounts, to Phases 1 to 4, and to a Live Funded account level.
Prices. The homepage shows prices, but our copy does not show which account size or programme each price belongs to, so we do not list them. Check the price at checkout.
Fees. The FAQ and terms say all assessment fees are paid to Prop Account LLC. The terms say there are no refunds on any services purchased from the company. They also say commissions or commission-equivalents may be charged in connection with your trading activity. The FAQ says market data fees are included in the purchase price during Phases 1 through 4. It also says any applicable market data or platform fees will be deducted from your account balance on a monthly basis; our copy does not say from which stage.
Limit. The terms allow a maximum of $1 million in active evaluation or funded plans per person.
Our copies of the homepage and FAQ give many rules without naming the programme they belong to. The table shows the programme only where the page names it.
| Rule | What the firm's pages say | Programme named |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum drawdown | Initially 9% (2Phase) or 6% (1Phase), and static | 1Phase, 2Phase |
| Maximum trailing drawdown | Initially 8%, trailing on closed balance, not equity | Not named in our copy |
| Max Trailing Loss | Trails on end-of-day balance in each phase; locks at the starting balance once the account makes a 5% return | Not named in our copy |
| Daily limit (crypto) | Daily Cap Limit initially 3% of starting balance, up or down; the homepage also describes a daily amount that, if lost or gained in one trading day, pauses trading for that day | Crypto (FAQ); homepage line not named |
| Daily loss limit | The homepage says losing the daily amount in one trading day breaches the rules, and the FAQ defines the Daily Loss Limit as the most the account can lose in a day; another FAQ answer says there is no specific Daily Loss Limit, but traders must stay within the Max Trailing Loss | Not named in our copy |
| Max Loss | Capped at 50% of starting balance; the homepage mentions a 50% maximum drawdown level on the funded account | Not named in our copy |
| Minimum trading days | No minimum to pass the FX CFDs challenges; the homepage also says a minimum of 4 days is needed to finish each phase | FX CFDs (no minimum); 4 days not named |
| Time limit | Each Phase (1–4) has a maximum of 60 calendar days; the homepage also shows “No limit” | Phases 1–4; “No limit” not named |
| Inactivity | Phases 1–4: an executed trade once every 14 days; Live Funded: once every 7 days; the homepage also gives 30 days without opening or closing a trade | As stated |
| Consistency | No single trading day’s profit may exceed 25% of total profit over the life of the account | Pay Later funded stage; also phase payouts (programme not named) |
Profit targets. The homepage comparison shows profit targets of 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% and 11%, and N/A for one column. Our copy does not show which programme each figure belongs to.
Contradictions. The homepage says “NO Consistency rules!”, but the same page says a consistency rule applies to the funded stage of the Pay Later Plans and that a Phase payout requires meeting the 25% consistency rule. The time-limit and inactivity figures also differ between the homepage and the FAQ, and our copy does not show whether they cover different programmes.
News. The terms and FAQ say opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a news event is prohibited. The FAQ says the futures programme does not prohibit trading during news events, but traders must take extra care. The homepage says you can hold and manage positions during news.
EAs. The homepage says you can use any EA or algorithm. The FAQ says Crypto Only plans run on DXTrade, which is not compatible with Expert Advisors or other automated strategies. The terms prohibit EAs or third-party strategies that facilitate copy trading.
Copy trading and hedging. Copying trades between accounts is permitted only if the trader owns all the accounts. Group trading, signal services and passing services are not allowed. The terms say hedging within a single account is not prohibited, but a buy on one account and a sell on another is strictly prohibited.
Other prohibited practices listed in the terms and FAQ include:
Weekends and overnight. The FAQ says 1Phase and 2Phase positions can be held over the weekend, but trades cannot be opened, closed or modified during that time. Another FAQ answer says all positions must be closed and all open orders cancelled at 8:10PM GMT each weekday; our copy does not name the programme. The terms say positions held overnight may incur swap rates.
Risk controls. The terms say the firm may adjust leverage, margin requirements, position size limits and product availability.
Profit split. The FAQ says traders are eligible to keep 90% of profits in the Live Funded Futures phase. Our copy does not state the split for other programmes.
First withdrawal. The FAQ says the first withdrawal may be requested once the 3% profit buffer is reached and the account has a further 1% or more in gains. The homepage says the first 3% stays in the account as a buffer, and only profits above it can be withdrawn. The homepage also lists “First withdrawal at any time, then once every 30 days” without naming the programme.
Frequency and minimum. The FAQ limits withdrawals to one request every 30 days. The minimum withdrawal is the greater of $100 or 1% of the account’s starting balance.
Pay Later and Futures. The FAQ and homepage say a phase payout can be requested once you hit the profit target while meeting a 25% consistency rule; the FAQ also applies the 25% rule to the funded stage of the Pay Later Plans. The homepage says Futures plans pay out on every successful evaluation phase.
Methods. The FAQ says gains are paid through the outbound payment solutions available from time to time. Our copy does not name them.
Drawdown lock. The homepage lists “DrawDown level Lock Upon Payout applies.”
Payouts after a breach. The homepage says that if you breach your funded account and have profit in the balance, the firm will pay your share of the gains. The FAQ describes Payout Protector as an optional add-on that lets you still receive a payout on gains. The terms say profits in breached accounts will generally be forfeited. The pages do not agree, so check the terms for your plan and whether it includes the add-on.
Growth. The FAQ says there are no limits on compounding and that you can grow the account to any balance. The terms cap active evaluation or funded plans at $1 million per person. We did not find a scaling plan.
The FAQ says the firm’s technology is integrated with DXtrade, MatchTrader and cTrader through GooeyTrade. Crypto Only plans run on DXTrade. Funded Futures plans use a Rithmic R|Trader account.
The futures programme allows only futures products listed on CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT. The FAQ says the firm offers 26 cryptocurrency products. The terms say pricing and liquidity come from multiple brokers and liquidity providers.
| Market | Maximum leverage (FAQ) |
|---|---|
| Forex and metals | Up to 50:1 |
| Indices | Up to 10:1 |
| Oil | Up to 5:1 |
| Cryptocurrencies | Up to 2:1; BTC and ETH 5:1 |

Box 2416, Port Purcell, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands. It gives Prop Account LLC’s address as 6800 Broken Sound Parkway, Suite 150, Boca Raton, FL 33487, USA.
Prop Account LLC offers fee-based simulated trading assessments and says it does not provide trading education or other services. The FAQ says the assessment rules are followed in a demo environment. Once you pass, the FAQ says you get a funded account backed by the firm’s capital. The terms say traders who pass are allocated capital to trade in a live account, after entering a Trader Agreement.
Eligibility. The FAQ says traders from all countries except OFAC-listed countries can take part. It does not list those countries. You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal age in your country. The terms reserve the right to limit access by person, region or jurisdiction.
The firm says not all traders who buy a challenge pass to the funded phase, and that online trading is risky.
BestProp4U sells assessments for Forex CFDs, crypto and futures, plus Instant Funding and a pay-after-passing option. Traders who use EAs should note that Crypto Only plans run on DXTrade, which does not support them. Futures traders get Rithmic R|Trader and a stated 90% split in the Live Funded Futures phase. Because many rules in our copy are not tied to a programme, and the pages disagree on several points, read the rules for the exact plan before buying.
