Overview

Atmos Funded sells simulated trading accounts. Its website says it offers “multiple account types (Nova, Standard, Plus, and Instant Funding) across sizes ranging from $5K to $200K”. The site brands itself “Atmos by Taurex”.

The firm says plainly that trading is simulated: “All trading activity is conducted in a demo environment with virtual funds.” It also says it is “neither licensed, authorised, nor regulated by any financial regulatory authority”.

We could only read Atmos Funded’s pages through a fetch tool, so this review is shorter than usual. Several of the firm’s pages give different figures for the profit split, prices, leverage, news rules and payout times. We set these out below and say which we used.

Everything in this review comes from Atmos Funded's own web pages, saved on 7–9 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Key Highlights

✅ Pros

  • The Nova Challenge costs $5 to start, with no minimum days, no time limit and no consistency rule.
  • The Customer Agreement lists no maximum time limit on the 1-stage and 2-stage challenges.
  • Payouts can be requested every 14 days on most accounts, with a $100 minimum.
  • Atmos says EAs and automated bots are supported, with restrictions.
  • The firm states plainly that accounts are simulated and that it is not regulated.

❌ Cons

  • Its pages disagree on the profit split: up to 90% on the website, 80/20 in the Customer Agreement.
  • Its pages also disagree on leverage, the news-trading window, payout processing times and some prices.
  • Nova needs a further one-time fee of $79.00 after passing before the funded account is activated.
  • On funded accounts, trading within 2 minutes of high-impact news is not permitted, and profits from trades that break the rule are removed.
  • Commercial EAs, tick scalping, martingale, grid trading and high-frequency trading are banned.
  • Residents of the United States and several other countries are not accepted.

Programmes and Prices

The website names four account types: Nova, Standard, Plus and Instant Funding, in sizes from $5K to $200K. Evaluation accounts use one phase (1-Step, Nova) or two (2-Step Standard, 2-Step Plus). Instant Funding has no profit target; the rules page says traders “begin in a funded environment”. Atmos says there is “just a one-time evaluation fee that varies by account type and size.” The site also names an Atmos Elevate programme, but we could not see its terms.

Prices on the website

  • 2-Step Standard: from $63 for a $5,000 account to $989 for a $200,000 account. The FAQ gives $549 for the $100,000 account, “full price, before any applicable discounts”.
  • Nova: $5 to start. After passing, a one-time fee of $79.00 unlocks the funded account. Nova comes in $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $200,000 sizes.

During our check the homepage and promotions page were running promotions, and the homepage price cards showed promotional prices. We have not used those as list prices.

Prices in the Customer Agreement

The Customer Agreement has its own fee table for 1-stage challenges, 2-stage challenges and instant-funded accounts:

Account size1-stage2-stageInstant-funded
5,000$63$59$135
10,000$99$89$199
25,000$199$156$299
50,000$329$249$599
100,000$519$449$999
200,000$1,020$899Not offered

The 2-stage prices in this table are lower than the 2-Step Standard prices on the website ($59 against $63 at $5,000, $449 against $549 at $100,000). The table does not say whether its 2-stage column is Standard or Plus, so check the price at checkout.

Trading Rules (by Programme)

Customer Agreement rule table

The Customer Agreement sets these rules for its three account types:

Rule1-stage2-stageInstant-funded
Phase 1 target10%10%None
Phase 2 targetNone5%None
Daily drawdown3%5%3%
Maximum drawdown6% trailing10% static5% trailing
Maximum timeUnlimitedUnlimitedNot applicable
Minimum profitable days33Not applicable
Minimum trading daysNot applicableNot applicable5

In our saved copy the two target rows appear as “Atmos Challenge: 10% 10% N/A” and “Atmos Challenge: N/A 5% N/A”; we read them as the Phase 1 and Phase 2 targets, which matches the 2-Step Standard targets on the rules page. The same table has a 60-calendar-day entry for both challenge types; check the Agreement for any inactivity rule.

A profitable day means at least 0.50% daily profit: “The Customer must achieve 3 days of at least 0.50% daily profit before they can move to the next challenge stage.” The 5 minimum trading days on instant-funded accounts apply between payouts. The homepage describes the two-phase programme as having “a fixed drawdown” (“Pass both phases and you get funded”), and describes another programme’s drawdown as one that “moves with your highest balance”.

Rules on the website

  • 2-Step Standard: 10% profit target in Phase 1 and 5% in Phase 2.
  • 2-Step Plus: 6% profit target in each phase. We did not see its drawdown limits.
  • Nova: one phase with a 5% target, a 4% daily loss limit and an 8% maximum loss limit. The challenge has no time limit and no minimum profitable days, and there is no consistency rule either in the challenge or in the funded phase.
  • Once you reach the funded stage of an evaluation account, there is no further profit target.

How the limits work

The rules page says the daily limit is “measured at the end-of-day rollover (midnight server time)”, and that some account types have no daily drawdown rule. A static drawdown stays fixed at the initial balance. A trailing drawdown rises with equity, and the rules page says it “locks at the initial balance once a certain milestone is reached (such as a payout)”. It adds that exact percentages, reset times and locking conditions vary by account type.

Consistency

The Customer Agreement says: “No single trading day can account for more than 20% of a Customer’s total generated profit for the payout period.” It does not say in the text we saw which account types this covers; the Nova page says Nova has no consistency rule. The rules page also requires a consistent trading style across all phases of an account.

Leverage

The rules page lists Forex 1:50, Metals 1:15, Indices 1:10 and Crypto 1:2. The Customer Agreement lists FX 30:1, Metals 10:1, Indices 10:1 and Oils 5:1. The rules page says leverage settings are visible in the trading platform, so check there.

Breaches

The rules page says that after a breach “the account is immediately closed, all open trades are terminated, and any profits in the account are forfeited.” It says “a reset option may be available depending on the account type.”

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

News trading

The rules page says that during the funded stage, opening or closing trades on instruments affected by a high-impact news event “is not permitted within 2 minutes before or after the event”, and that profits from trades that break the rule will be removed. The Customer Agreement describes a window of 5 minutes before and after a high-impact news event; another passage refers to profits generated 2 minutes before or after a news event.

Expert Advisors

The Nova page says: “Atmos supports the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated bots. However, certain restrictions and limitations may apply.” The rules page says “Commercial EAs are strictly prohibited” and other EAs may only be used if they reflect the trader’s own strategies and decisions.

Banned strategies

The rules page lists these prohibited strategies:

  • One-sided bets
  • Aggressive averaging
  • Martingale
  • Tick scalping
  • Grid trading
  • Hyperactivity / execution flooding

The website’s FAQ also mentions practices “such as high-frequency trading (HFT), latency arbitrage, hedging across multiple accounts, account management on behalf of others” (our saved copy does not show the full sentence). The Customer Agreement adds:

  • Tick scalping: opening and closing trades within 15 seconds or less.
  • A 90-second rule against frequently reversing positions on the same asset within 90 seconds.
  • Opposite trading or hedging on the same instrument across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinated trading across accounts to mirror positions or strategies “without explicit” approval (our saved copy breaks off there), under its copy trading policy.
  • Third-party, off-the-shelf or marketed strategies for passing assessment accounts.
  • Unauthorised access practices, such as inconsistent IP addresses or sharing devices or credentials.

The Customer Agreement says swap fees apply on all three account types.

Payouts and Scaling

Profit split

The website says “Keep 90% of your profits” and “You get to keep up to 90% of the profits you make”. The Customer Agreement’s table shows a customer/company split of 80/20 on 1-stage, 2-stage and instant-funded accounts. It also says the amount paid “shall be as agreed between the Company and the Customer on the client portal.” The Atmos Program page says consistent traders are rewarded with “Increased Profit-Sharing Potential”, but does not say what split applies at each stage. We could not see the client portal, so check the split shown there before you buy.

Payout schedule and methods

  • Minimum payout: $100.
  • Frequency: “most accounts follow a 14-day cycle.” The Customer Agreement says requests may be made every 14 calendar days from the date the Atmos Account was awarded, and refers to a minimum of 5 calendar days for instant-funded accounts.
  • Nova: the Nova page says Atmos offers on-demand payouts.
  • Methods: digital currencies, bank wire, and transfers to a Taurex live trading account. Payouts are only processed to accounts or methods owned by the customer.

Processing time

The pages give different times. The rules page says payouts are “typically processed within 2-5 business days after approval”. The Customer Agreement and Refund Policy say a request “may take up to three (3) business days to process.” The homepage says “Get paid within hours via bank wire, crypto, or local methods”, and the promotions page says “Atmos processes Payouts in Minutes”. We treat the 2–5 business days on the rules page as the working figure.

Scaling

Atmos says there is “scaling potential up to $400,000 for consistent performers.” Under “Earn More with Atmos Scaling Program”, the Atmos Program page lists these conditions:

  • Trade with Atmos for at least 4 months.
  • Earn at least 2 payouts on your Atmos Account.
  • Follow all trading guidelines.
  • Achieve over 15% in total profits.

Platforms and Markets

The help centre has a section on “MT5 setup, spreads, and commissions.” The Atmos Program page mentions MT4/MT5 in the context of a live Taurex account funded from your payouts, for trading “with your personal funds”; that is separate from the simulated Atmos accounts.

On markets, the homepage says “Access indices, oil, and metals, directly from your Atmos account. Full list available in your platform.” The rules page gives leverage for forex, metals, indices and crypto, and the Customer Agreement gives leverage for FX, metals, indices and oils.

Company and Terms

The legal pages say the website atmosfunded.com is owned and operated by Atmos Global Ltd., which “is incorporated under the laws of the Union of the Comoros” and is “registered under company number HT00525042 and license number BFX2025060.” Its registered office is given as Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Union of the Comoros.

The same pages say educational products, challenge programmes and payment-related services are provided solely by AtmosFunded Ltd., a limited liability company established in Cyprus with company registration number HE471627, at Naxou 1, Strovolos, Nicosia. The Refund Policy instead says Atmos is a registered trading name of Taurex Digital for Marketing Research and Consultancies L.L.C., a company incorporated in Dubai, UAE.

The firm says it is “neither licensed, authorised, nor regulated by any financial regulatory authority”, does not act as a broker, and “does not receive or hold client deposits.” It says trading uses “virtual funds within a simulated environment” and that fees are charged “solely for participation in educational evaluation programs”.

Refunds

The Refund Policy mentions refund requests made within 14 calendar days, but our saved copy does not show the full condition. It says “The Customer is not entitled to a refund of the fee if the Customer terminates the use of the Services”, and the same passage refers to a customer who “fails to complete the Atmos Challenge, or breaches these terms and conditions after having paid the fee.”

Restricted countries

The website says: “Restricted jurisdictions include, but are not limited to: the United States of America, Belgium, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Iraq, American Samoa, Belarus, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Ukraine, the United States Virgin Islands, Wallis and Futuna, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.” The Customer Agreement gives a longer list that also includes, for example, Afghanistan, Cuba, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.

Marketing figures

The homepage says “$1.5M+ IN REWARDS” and “170+ COUNTRIES SERVED”; the Nova page says “$1M+ REWARDED”. These are the firm’s own figures, which we have not checked.

Who It Suits

Atmos Funded may suit traders who want a low-cost start through the $5 Nova Challenge, which has no minimum days, no time limit and no consistency rule. The Customer Agreement lists no maximum time limit on its 1-stage and 2-stage challenges either.

It may suit fewer traders who trade high-impact news, use commercial EAs, scalp very short moves or live in a restricted country. Because the firm’s pages disagree on the split, prices, leverage and payout times, check the terms shown at checkout and in the client portal before you buy.
