Overview

Astrofund sells futures prop trading accounts through two routes it calls flight paths. The Evaluation Flight Path is a one-step evaluation. The Direct Flight Path funds you from the start, with no evaluation. Both come in 25K, 50K and 100K sizes, and both are sold for a one-time price with no subscription.

The site footer describes Astrofund as a "U.S. based company" established in 2023. Its affiliate terms name the business as Astrofund LLC. Only futures listed on CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT can be traded, and accounts are intraday only. The firm says you keep 90% of every payout on both paths, and each account allows up to four payouts.

Some of the firm's pages disagree with each other, for example on how fast payouts arrive and on minimum trading days. We point these out below and say which page we used.

Everything in this review comes from Astrofund's own web pages, saved on 10 October 2026. Rules and prices change, so check the firm's site before you buy.

Programmes and Prices

There are two flight paths. The Evaluation Flight Path requires you to pass a one-step evaluation before you are funded. The Direct Flight Path starts you funded, with no evaluation, but adds a hard daily loss limit and a consistency rule. Neither path charges a subscription.

Evaluation Flight Path

Evaluation prices are one-time. The table shows the higher price on each evaluation card. The home page showed lower sale prices when we checked, so the price you pay may differ.

SizePrice (one-time)Profit targetEOD trailing drawdownDaily loss limitMax allocationReset fee

100K$239$6,000$3,000None6 minis / 60 micros$165

Direct Flight Path

The home page gives Direct prices only as a range: "$187 to $449 for direct". We could not see the price of each Direct size in our captures.

SizeInitial profit milestoneEOD trailing drawdownDaily loss limitCap per payoutMaximum payout per account
25K$1,500$1,000$550$750$3,000
50K$3,000$2,000$1,100$1,500$6,000
100K$6,000$3,000$2,200$2,500$10,000

Astrolab accounts

The home page also mentions Astrolab Spark and Orbit as "$24.99 and $35.99 experimental accounts". It calls them a limited experiment: one per person, with at most 10 sold per type. We could not see their rules, so we do not cover them here.

Account limits, resets and fees

The home page says you can hold up to two accounts per size and can combine evaluation and direct flight paths. The Evaluation rules article says "Up to two active accounts", and the Direct rules article says "Up to two active Direct accounts".

If you breach the trailing drawdown, the evaluation ends. You can buy a reset, up to a maximum of three, to restart the same evaluation at its starting balance. Reset fees are $60 on 25K, $100 on 50K and $165 on 100K. There is no activation fee to move from a passed evaluation to a funded account.

Trading Rules — Evaluation Flight Path

Profit target. The target is measured on end-of-day balance: $1,500 on 25K, $3,000 on 50K and $6,000 on 100K.

Drawdown. There is a single end-of-day trailing maximum loss limit: $1,500 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K and $3,000 on 100K. It trails your highest end-of-day balance and is measured on end-of-day balance, not on intraday open profit and loss. The rules article says it trails "until your drawdown reaches starting balance + $100". Breaching it ends the evaluation.

Daily loss limit. None. The end-of-day trailing drawdown is the only loss rule.

Consistency. During the evaluation, no single trading day's profit may exceed 35% of your total profit when you reach the target. There is no consistency rule once you are funded.

Time and trading days. There is no time limit to pass. The rules article says there is no separate minimum-trading-days rule, but that because of the 35% consistency rule you cannot in practice pass in fewer than three trading days. The home page, however, says "Just trade a minimum of 10 days per month", and the resets article defines an inactive account as one "traded less than 10 trading days in a month". It says an evaluation account that is breached and not reset, or otherwise inactive, is removed after 30 days.

After you pass. You stop trading and close all positions and orders. The account is reviewed for compliance, which the firm says can take up to one business day. You are then moved to a funded account at the same tier, with no second phase and no activation fee.

Funded stage. The funded account has no consistency rule, no daily loss limit and no minimum-balance requirement. The end-of-day trailing drawdown carries over. The payouts article says that after your first payout it locks at your starting balance plus $100 and stops trailing.

Trading Rules — Direct Flight Path

Initial milestone. You start funded. Your first withdrawal requires reaching an initial profit milestone, measured on end-of-day balance: $1,500 on 25K, $3,000 on 50K and $6,000 on 100K.

Drawdown. There is a single end-of-day trailing maximum loss limit that trails your highest end-of-day balance: $1,000 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K and $3,000 on 100K. Breaching it ends the account.

Daily loss limit. A hard daily drawdown limit is enforced during the session, separate from the trailing drawdown: $550 on 25K, $1,100 on 50K and $2,200 on 100K. Breaching it ends the account.

Consistency. No single trading day's profit may exceed 20% of your net profit for the current withdrawal period. The period resets after each paid payout, or starts at account funding for your first payout.

Time limit. There is no time limit on the account and no subscription.

Position Size and Scaling

Astrofund has a contract scaling plan, not a plan that increases account size. The scaling article says it is the same for every account type and that your maximum number of simultaneous contracts rises as your simulated profit grows. Limits update at end of day.

AccountProfit levelMax contracts

The table is shown as published. It has no row for 50K between $2,000 and $3,000, or for 100K between $3,000 and $4,000.

Restrictions and Prohibited Strategies

  • Intraday only. All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM EST each trading day, and overnight positions are not permitted.
  • News. News trading is allowed on all accounts, including during major releases such as NFP, FOMC and CPI.
  • Scalping. Permitted, provided trades are taken in good faith and do not attempt to manipulate fill logic.
  • Automation. Automated strategies, expert advisors and trade copiers are allowed. You are responsible for any software errors.
  • Prohibited. High-frequency trading; micro-scalping, defined as more than 50% of your profit coming from trades held five seconds or less; hedging the same instrument across multiple accounts, users or firms; latency arbitrage; and exploiting simulated fill mechanics or platform errors.
  • Instruments. Only futures listed on CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT. The firm says spot currencies, CFDs, stocks, options and cryptocurrencies are not permitted or available. Its approved symbols list does include Bitcoin and Micro Bitcoin futures (see Platforms and Markets).

Payouts

Both paths pay 90% of profits, and both allow up to four payouts per account. After the fourth payout, the firm says it will be in touch about next steps. The minimum withdrawal is $100 on both paths, and you can have one open withdrawal request at a time (the Evaluation payouts article says per account).

Evaluation Flight Path (funded)

  • You need five winning days since your last payout. For the first payout they count from your funding date.
  • A winning day is an end-of-day profit of at least $100 on 25K, $200 on 50K or $300 on 100K.
  • Each request can be up to 50% of your total profit (current balance minus starting balance), capped at $1,000 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K and $2,500 on 100K.
  • The maximum total payout per account is $4,000 on 25K, $8,000 on 50K and $10,000 on 100K.

Direct Flight Path

  • Reaching the initial profit milestone unlocks the first payout, split 90/10.
  • Further payouts, up to four in total, each require you to hold the buffer and meet the 20% consistency rule. The payouts article says "The buffer is always drawdown +100$".
  • Caps per payout and maximum totals are in the Direct table above.

How and when you are paid

Approved payouts are credited to your Astrofund wallet. You can use the balance to buy more accounts, or withdraw it through Rise, which includes a one-time KYC step.

The pages give different timings. The home page says "Weekly payouts on every flight path, paid within 72 hours", and its FAQ says the 72 hours run from approval. The two payout articles say requests are reviewed manually, that approval typically takes up to 2–3 business days, and that marking as paid and wallet credit may take additional time. The Platforms & products article says "Typical processing time is 2 business days". We rely on the payout articles, which are the more detailed pages.

The pages also differ on when identity checks happen. The Platforms & products article says KYC and AML checks happen when you request your first payout. The Restricted Countries article says the broker and clearing firm run them during the set-up of a funded trading account.

Platforms and Markets

The Platforms & products article says accounts run on the Volumetrica platform, with Deepcharts, SATAS and Quantower as supported front-ends. The home page names Volumetrica Web, which runs in the browser, DeepCharts and Quantower. It also says DeepCharts comes with live DxFeed charting data. Once you select a platform in the dashboard you cannot switch back yourself; an admin has to reset it through a Discord ticket.

The Platforms & products article says you can trade CME Group futures across equity indices, energy, metals, FX, agriculture, interest rates and crypto. The approved symbols list includes currency futures such as 6E and 6J, Bitcoin and Micro Bitcoin futures, index futures such as ES, NQ, YM, RTY, their micro versions and the Nikkei 225, crude oil, natural gas, gold, silver, copper, platinum, grains, livestock and Treasury futures. The firm says commissions run from $0.50 per side on micros up to $5 on Bitcoin.

The home page says "cryptocurrencies are not available". The symbols list still includes Bitcoin futures (BTC and MBT), so we read that statement as covering cryptocurrencies themselves, not crypto futures.

Company and Terms

  • Company. The footer says "U.S. based company · Est. 2023". The affiliate terms define Astrofund as Astrofund LLC.
  • Simulated accounts. The affiliate terms say "Astrofund provides simulated funded accounts". The site's disclosure says funded accounts "may represent simulated accounts or live or copied accounts".
  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18. The firm cannot accept citizens or residents of the countries on its Restricted Countries List, or people visiting and mainly trading from those countries. It says the restrictions come from its US clearing firm and broker. The list includes, among others, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mexico, Turkey, South Africa, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine and Russia.
  • Identity checks. You must provide a government-issued ID and a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. If you cannot provide these or fail the checks, the funded account cannot proceed and you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds. The firm says it does not offer refunds and that all purchases are final. The affiliate terms on the Terms page also refer to "Refunded purchases within 30 days (the refund period)".
  • Payment disputes. The Dispute Resolution article says that by purchasing, the user waives all rights to dispute payments related to the products.

Who It Suits

Astrofund may suit futures day traders who want a one-time price rather than a subscription and who close all positions before 4:45 PM EST. The Evaluation Flight Path suits traders who want no daily loss limit and no time limit. The Direct Flight Path suits traders who want to skip the evaluation and can work within a daily loss limit and a 20% consistency rule.

It does not suit traders who hold positions overnight, who want spot forex, CFDs, stocks or options, or who are citizens or residents of a listed country. With four payouts per account, the most you can withdraw from one account ranges from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on path and size.

⚖️ Our Verdict

Astrofund sells one-time-fee futures accounts with a 90% profit split, an end-of-day trailing drawdown, and either a one-step evaluation or direct funding. Accounts are intraday only, each allows up to four capped payouts, and the firm offers no refunds. Its pages disagree on payout timing, so we rely on its detailed payout articles: up to 2–3 business days for approval.
